Abstract

The importance of the role of human resources or employees in achieving organizational goals is explained through efforts to improve employee capacity and performance. Employee performance is measured through the achievement of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and to achieve organizational goals, there needs to be organizational supervision and commitment. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of leadership supervision on employee performance at the Constitutional Trial and Corrections Bureau at the General Secretariat of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia. The results showed that leadership supervision of employee performance at the Constitutional Court and Corrections Bureau, General Secretariat of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, was found to have a significant influence, as indicated by a high correlation level of 0.674. Likewise, employee commitment to the performance of their duties in the same Bureau shows a strong impact on performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.698. Furthermore, when leadership supervision and employee commitment are considered together, both are proven to have a strong influence on employee performance at the Constitutional Court and Corrections Bureau, General Secretariat of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia, with a correlation coefficient reaching 0.746.

Abstract

Researchers aim to make chitosan with variations in operating temperature and the addition of NaBH4 at the deacetylation stage. Chitosan is produced through three stages namely demineralization, deproteination and deacetylation. The deproteination process with 3.5% NaOH ratio 1:10 (w/v) was reacted at 80°C for 2 hours, then continued with the demineralization process with HCl 1 N, 1:10 (w/v) ratio reacted at 38°C for 1 hour. For the final stage of making chitosan, a deacetylation process with 60% NaOH is carried out, a ratio of 1:20 (b / v) with the addition of NaBH4 (0.5 and 1) g and variations in operating temperature (100,110,120) °C at the deacetylation stage for 2 hours. In calculating the value of the degree of deacetylation, researchers use the ratio of absorption band A1655 / A3450 to calculate the value of the degree of deacetylation and the baseline method to assist in the calculation, from this calculation, the value of the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is obtained as much. (46.8%, 49.4%, 56.6%, 62.1%, 72.1%, and 74.8%). The best treatment in this study is the deacetylation process temperature of 120 ° C and the addition of NaBH4 concentration as much as 1 g with a deacetylation degree value of 74.8%.

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the world of investment, with the emergence of online-based stock investment applications. Along with its popularity, legal protection of investors has become very important. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the legal protection mechanism provided to investors on online-based stock investment applications. The method applied in this legal research is the study of normative juridical research methods, which refers to research on substance analysis of laws and regulations, books, journals and papers as well as other jurisprudence. Normative research because research specifications are more made on secondary instructions in the library. The results showed that legal protection for investors in online stock investment applications involves various aspects, ranging from laws and regulations to internal policies of application organizers. Existing regulations, both national and international, provide a legal basis that protects the rights of investors, but there are still some weaknesses in their implementation. Legal uncertainty, information transparency, and the responsibility of application operators are crucial aspects that need to be improved to improve investor protection. Regulatory alignment, the active role of supervisory authorities, and education to investors are also key steps in improving legal protection for investors on online-based stock investment applications.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recognize and analyze the bond between doctors and sufferers in the perspective of customer protection law The type of research used in writing this law is normative legal research, with a research approach using legislation, concepts and types of data sources with secondary data and qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Discussion: This study examines the relationship between doctors and patients in the perspective of consumer protection law, then about patient losses for medical acts in general, then will review the legal responsibility of doctors from consumer protection in civil terms. Conclusion: There is an asymmetric relationship between doctors and patients, and laws are needed that protect consumers. The responsibility of doctors, which has been regulated in the code of medical ethics, criminal responsibility can arise if it is proven that there are inappropriate acts.

Abstract

The development of Indonesian commercial property (PPKom) released by the Department of Statistics of Bank Indonesia (BI) in the first quarter of 2022 welcomes 2022 as the year of revival of the Indonesian property sector. The annual performance (year on year) of the property industry sector (real estate) grew by 1.19% since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to property growth, technological developments are increasingly facilitating and accelerating the transaction process, especially electronic shopping transactions (eCommerce). The transition of the Analog to Digital era encourages all business sectors to be more creative in mastering market competition, one of which is in the construction material supply demand sector. Abstract

The unemployment rate of graduates of the Diploma Three and Bachelor Programs is still very high, this happens because the competencies possessed by graduates do not match the qualifications requested by the company and there is also a decrease in the number of vacancies because they are still in the economic recovery period after the Covid 19 pandemic, so there is an imbalance between the number of vacancies and the number of job seekers and in the end the competition for jobs becomes tighter. This makes an opportunity for universities to build and develop a university whose graduates are able to compete in the world of work to meet customer needs and qualifications. One of them is Bina Insani University Bekasi which has the advantage of equipping graduates with competencies based on main hard skills, additional hard skills and soft skill competencies. to achieve its goals, business planning is carried out to improve the quality of its graduates, and to manage the variability of external factors, a thorough risk analysis is needed. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research uses the literature study method. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that external factors can be analyzed using Porter's analysis and PETS analysis which then to deal with the variability of external factor threats in business planning projects, can be done by identifying risks, analyzing risks, evaluating risks, handling risks, communicating and consulting, monitoring and reviewing, finally recording and reporting risks. So that with a well-managed risk management function in each work unit, it is hoped that Bina Insani University Cikarang Campus can support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in the company as a whole.

Abstract

Field facilitators are assistants to community self-help groups in the Infrastructure Development program (SPALD-S). TFL plays an important role in the implementation process technically in the field and administratively. TFL provides supervision, assistance and guidance to KSM leaders and communities receiving MCK assistance. Therefore, field facilitators play a very important role in the implementation process of the SPALD-S Infrastructure development program for MCK construction. The Muna Regency PUPR Service, Southeast Sulawesi, still uses manual calculations to calculate data from participant selection results. This takes a long time, and even results in errors in determining TFL that do not meet the requirements, which results in the implementation of activities in the field technically and administratively. For this reason, a systemized process of calculating data from selection results that has been determined by several specified criteria is needed, with a decision support system to determine field facilitators for SPALD-S infrastructure development using the Weighted Product method. The results of calculating 10 data were ranked in order from highest to lowest, namely A1, A8, A4, A9, A6, A2, A5, A10, A7, and A3. The accuracy value obtained was 53.33%.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pendidikan saat ini yang dipengaruhi oleh perubahan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran akibat pandemi COVID-19, penerapan teknologi dan media digital menjadi penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Bagaimana pembelajaran blended learning ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 17 melalui metode blended learning, kombinasi antara pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan fleksibel bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan pembelajaran terpadu (blended learning) dengan media gawai dalam penerapan kemahiran berbahasa Inggris di era new normal, khususnya di SMPN 17 Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi, deep interview, dan analisis konten. Pendekatan observasi dilakukan secara langsung di SMPN 17 Balikpapan, dengan peneliti terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan utama dari pendekatan ini adalah memberikan siswa peluang untuk mengenal berbagai metode dan aplikasi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik melalui penggunaan teknologi.

Abstract

Plastic waste has a serious impact on the marine environment, threatening more than 800 marine species, and can affect the food chain down to humans. The aim of this research is firstly to find out, analyze and explain issues related to strategies for preventing marine pollution from ship waste. This research is normative legal research which considers research as analysis. The data analysis technique used is through data collected from legal materials with descriptions in effective, orderly and logical sentences so as to simplify the analysis of the results of the problem formulation. Results of the research Currently, MARPOL Regulation 73/78 Annex V is an important international legal instrument to prevent marine pollution by waste from ships. This regulation prohibits the dumping of waste into the sea, except under certain conditions. In the implementation and management of waste on board ships, activities ranging from waste collection to disposal, must all be carried out in accordance with the procedures regulated in Annex V MARPOL 73/78, if If waste management is not carried out according to predetermined procedures, waste dumping will occur anywhere and wherever the ship is located so that in the future waste that is thrown carelessly can cause pollution in the sea.

Abstract

This study aims to know the role of village-owned enterprises in increasing Village Own Source Revenue and to know the obstacles in managing village Owned Enterprises of Tatede village. The location and time of study was done in Tatede Village, Lopok sub-district, Sumbawa district from June to August 2023. The type of this study was qualitative descriptive study, namely study that describes several data formulated in the form of words. The method used to collect data is by using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis tool used was the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study showed that the role of village Owned Enterprises of Tatede village was running properly, such as doing savings and loan business and water deportation, in which from the both of these business can improve the village economy, provided new employment opportunities for village communities and it could increase village owned enterprise. Village owned enterprise of Ai Muncar has been effective in providing contribution on Village Own Source Revenue in Tatede Village. The management of Ai Muncar Village Owned Enterprise had been done using cooperative principles, transparency, which was done professionally and independently.
