Abstract

This study reviews the implementation of the Village Assistance Program in Agriculture in Rimba Besar Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Research conducted by describing a situation or event in the field based on events that have occurred. This study aims to find out what are the village assistance programs in agriculture in Rimba Besar Village, Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This problem can be seen from the general picture that the implementation is still not optimal, in terms of the distribution of rice seeds for food crops, usually the distribution of seeds is carried out every 1 year 2 times in 2020 the distribution of rice seeds but what happens in 2021 the distribution of rice seeds is no longer running, and also using rice milling facilities, which are free of charge for rice milling, only for machine maintenance, but the reality is that the community is still charged for the rice milling. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the village mentoring program has been going well, based on the indicators of the implementation of the village assistance program according to M.S Grindlel 1) the resources involved, 2) the benefits obtained 3) the changes achieved. Abstract

The efforts of the Bengkulu City Regional Government in dealing with waste have been quite good by issuing various regional regulations and mayoral regulations, but in the field trash still piles up here and there, this is the background to the research because waste is not managed properly at the Jakat beach tourism object. This study aims to analyze how the collaboration of the Bengkulu city government in dealing with waste in tourism objects. This research method was carried out using a qualitative approach with case studies that focused on what kind of collaboration the Bengkulu city government had in dealing with waste at the Jakat Beach tourism object. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and discussions with the Bengkulu City Regional Government's State Civil Apparatus (ASN), micro-entrepreneurs who are active in the Jakat Beach tourism object. There were 6 informants who came from 3 stakeholders, namely micro entrepreneurs, communities and local government. The results of the study show that the collaboration carried out by the Bengkulu city government in dealing with waste has not been optimal, it has been confirmed that the Bengkulu City Regional Government has not... Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the application of policy No. 2 of 2011 concerning Waste Management. However, this research only focuses on the tourism area of Jakat Beach. This study uses a qualitative method, the research data is sourced from primary and secondary data, to analyze the data through the stages of data condensation, data display, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of regional regulation No. 02 of 2011 concerning waste management in the coastal tourism area of the Jakat City of Bengkulu has not fully proceeded according to the purpose of the issuance of the regional regulation. Confirmed that there is no program for reducing and handling waste properly. Keywords: Waste management, community participation, tourist attraction

Abstract

That the government's policy in increasing domestic revenue for financing development and public services from the tax sector, among others, is through changing the official assessment levy system to a self-assessment, namely by giving trust to taxpayers to calculate, deposit and self-report taxes owed in accordance with tax regulations. through the submission of an annual notification letter. Annual notification letter is a means for taxpayers to report all business activities of taxpayers during a certain period. As a consequence, the Directorate General of Taxes is obliged to provide services, supervision, guidance and law enforcement, among others through the issuance of tax appeals, tax audit processes and tax collection actions. This study uses quantitative research through a survey method based on a Likert scale by distributing questionnaires to respondents as many as 28 statements. The population used is corporate taxpayers who pay corporate income tax at the office, totaling 104 taxpayers as a sample of all registered taxpayers. Because this research method is parametric statistics, while the research questionnaire made using a Likert scale which is an ordinal scale and is usually used in non-parametric statistical methods, before processing the data obtained is first converted from ordinal data to interval data using the Method of Succesive Interval ( MSI). Data processing was carried out using the IBM SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that partial tax appeals have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, partial tax audits have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, partial tax collections have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance and tax appeals, joint tax audits and tax collections, they have a positive influence on taxpayer compliance in the payment of Corporate Income Tax at the Palembang Intermediate Tax Service Office.

Abstract

This study has the goal of knowing and analyzing the effect of personal factors, leadership factors, team factors, system factors, contextual/situational factors on employee performance as well as to determine the most dominant factors influencing the performance of employees of the PRKP & Cipta Karya Office of East Java Province. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method with a sample of 62 respondents. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis technique used is the PLS approach (Partial Least Square) with a software tool in the form of SmartPLS Version 3. The results of the study show that: 1)Personal Factors has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the PRKP and Cipta Karya Offices of East Java Province, 2)Leadership Factors has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the PRKP and Cipta Karya Offices of East Java Province, 3)Team Factors does not affect the Performance of the East Java Province PRKP and Cipta Karya Office Employees, 4)System Factors does not affect the Performance of the East Java Province PRKP and Cipta Karya Office Employees, 5)Contextual Factors has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the PRKP and Cipta Karya Offices of East Java Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Satuan Kerja Penyediaan Perumahan Provinsi Bengkulu dalam Mensosialisasikan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya. Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya merupakan program rumah tidak layak huni menjadi rumah layak huni. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif serta teori Harold Lasswell sebagai pisau analisis. 1) Satuan Kerja Penyediaan Perumahan Provinsi Bengkulu (Who), 2) Menjelaskan kepada masyarakat mengenai program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (Says what), 3) Media cetak yaitu poster dan leaflet, media sosial yaitu Instagram, dan komunikasi verbal (In which channel), 4) Penerima bantuan, pemerintah setempat maupun masyarakat umum (To whom) dan 5) Efek yang dihasilkan yakni masyarakat mengetahui dan terpancing/termotivasi untuk membagun rumah yang layak huni dengan adanya Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (With what effect). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Satuan Kerja Penyediaan Perumahan Provinsi Bengkulu dalam sosialisasi program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya adalah 1) Menganalisis peserta dengan mengenali karakter, pendidikan, budaya dan asal daerah. 2) Media komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu media cetak seperti leafet dan poster. Media komunikasi yang digunakan selanjutnya media komunikasi tatap muka (presentasi) dengan intonasi jelas yang dibantu dengan proyektor dengan menayangkan gambar/video dan power point. 3) Menunjuk komunikator yang kredibilitas dalam program tersebut sehingga masyarakat percaya, mengerti dan menjalankan program dengan baik. Abstract

In every public service process, the public is required to fill in personal data in the registration form, both manually and online. Online services provide great benefits because they speed up the service process and can be done anywhere. But on the other hand, providing personal data through online networks is very vulnerable to personal data security. By providing personal data, it is very likely that population data will be misused by irresponsible parties, causing harm to the owner of the personal data. The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banyumas Regency as a public service agency authorized to issue population documents containing all personal data makes efforts to secure Electronic Identity Card data by implementing an Android-based Digital Population Identity. The purpose of this study was to find out how far the implementation of Digital Population Identity at the Banyumas Regency Population and Registration Office is in an effort to protect people's personal data, the obstacles faced and the benefits to be achieved. This research uses qualitative methods with various relevant sources. The results of the research need for continuous outreach regarding activation procedures and the benefits of applying Digital Citizenship Identity as a substitute for Electronic Identity Cards

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar motivasi kerja pegawai mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan publik Kantor Desa Jombang Kabupaten Jember. Olah data dianalisis dengan alat uji statistik deskriptif menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana. Data dipaparkan dalam narasi ilmiah dan cerita hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Desa Jombang Kabupaten Jember, sehingga penelitian ini diterima karena didukung oleh nilai signifikansinya, hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan, sebaliknya semakin rendah motivasi kerja maka semakin buruk kualitas pelayanan publik.
