Abstract

The development of the culinary industry has caused changes in people behavior, this has encouraged companies to continue to innovate in terms of gaining market share. These innovations are related to strategies which include product, price, place, and promotion which will be able to attract consumers to make purchasing decision. This study aims to determine the effect of the product, price, place, and promotion on purchasing decisions at D&D Chicken and Burger Sumobito Jombang. The result method used in this research with analytical techniues using mltiple linier analysis. The population in this study were consummers who made purchases at D&D Chicken and Burger Sumobito Jombang with a total sample of 50 respondents. The result of this study indicate that product, price, place, and promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneosly and the most influential variable is the promotion variable.

Abstract

This research purpose to know influence of works environment and dicipline toward employee productivity in sugar company of Ngadiredjo Kediri. Technic data analysi kuantitatif in this research used with the collection the survey data or observasi using primary data who obtained by quesioners, this sample in this research amount 146 respondens. Take of sample by random sampling, that is taking of sample compound each subjects of the populations, therefore, all subjects was assumed same for every subjects to derive the occasion selected to be sample. Technic of analysis data used regresi linier berganda. The result of research is shown up that; 1) Working environment has influenced positive toward employees productivity, 2) working discipline has influenced significants for partial and simultaneous toward the employees of productivity, 3). Working environment and working discipline have influenced simultaneous toward employees productivity Sugar Company of Ngadiredjo Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of research was to know influence of mix marketing on the decision of purchase services at costumers car rental siBorju Jombang. Technique of analysis quantitative dara in the research used with the collection of survey data or observation using primary data who obtained by quisioners. The sample of this research was 70 respondents. Technique of collecting data used questioner that has been tested by validity and reliability. T test and F test to know the significance of independent variable toward dependent variable. The results showed that the marketing mix had a positive and significant influence on service purchase decisions on SiBorju Jombang car rental consumers.

Abstract

This research use analysis technique quantitative data with data collecting observation use primer data that is get from population. A sample in this research was 125 respondents. The sample took by nonprobability sampling Technique actually purposive sampling which is technique take from the element of population and chosen from respondent’s voluntary who represent of the population and chosen to be a sample. Technique of data analysis use Regresi Linier Berganda. The result shows that: (1) Image label has positive influential and significant of purchasing decision. (2) Realizing label has positive influential and significant of purchasing decision. (3) Both of image label and realizing do simultaneously of purchasing decision mineral water which is has label “AQUA” (Study case Consumer at Kawasan Makam Gus Dur in Tebuireng Jombang)

Abstract

The research purpose is to know of work environment and motivation on employee job satisfaction in sugar company of gempolkrep mojokerto. This kind of research used technik data analysis qualitatif with approach associative analysis. This Populasi taken was 296 permanent employees, take of sample by random sampling, this sample in this research amount 170 respondent, this research used technik with the collection the survey data or observasi, interview and documentation. Analyze data using statistical methods using validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression formulas. The results showed that, (1) The work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and (3) Simultaneous work environment and motivation influence the work satisfaction of Gempolkrep sugar factory employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Ngadiredjo Kediri Sugar Factory by using research technique of quantitative data analysis and research methods of causal with data through surveys and distributing the questionnaires to 157 employees of the Nngadiredjo Kediri Sugar Factory using random sampling, namely interpretation the members of sample from the population are taken randomly without regard to the strata in that population. The technique of data analysis is using the Linear Regression of the tuned. The results of this hypothesis study showed the results that (1) Partial Discipline affects employee performance in Ngadiredjo Kediri Sugar Factory, (2) Work motivation partially influences Employee Job Performance in Ngadiredjo Kediri Sugar Factory, (3) Discipline and Work Motivation have Simultaneous influence on Employee Job Performance in Ngadiredjo Kediri Sugar Factory.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Effect of Price, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions of Xiaomi Smartphones (a case study of the Faculty of Economics, Hasyim Asy'ari University). This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques with survey data collection techniques (observation) using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. Samples were taken with a saturated sampling technique where all populations were sampled in the study. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that: (1) price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (3) brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (4) price, product quality and brand image have a significant (simultaneous) influence on purchasing decisions of Xiaomi smartphones.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to know: 1. The influence of promotion toward the buyers’ interest, 2. Whether or not the product quality influences the buyers’ interest and 3. Whether or not promotion and the product quality influence the buyers’ interest. This is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. There are three variables in this research, namely promotion (X1), the product quality (X2) andthe buyers’ interest (Y). The data was got by administering the offline questionnairs to the university students staying at Islamic Boarding School of Girl of Walisongo Cukir Jombang, in which their ages were 18 years old up to 23 years old. The sample used in this research was 109 respondents. The sampling used was the purposive sampling. The data was analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the variable of promotuion influences the process of decision making in buying. Then, variable of the quality of the product influences the process of decision making in buying. Both the promotion and the product quality influence the buyers’ interest. Based on the result of this study, it is suggested that Rabbanishould be able to defend and increase their promotion as well as improve their product quality because the variables of promotion and the product quality have the dominant influence toward the buyers’ interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service to member satisfaction using associative descriptive quantitative methods, this study only looks for differences between the independent variables on the dependent variable only. The results of this study indicate that the quality of services consisting of significant physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy and guarantees do not significantly influence member satisfaction at KSP PARAMA (Para Raya Mayapadha).
