Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of the study is: “Controlling Management Waste Industry Natural Stone By Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District (Study Case at Kecamatan Dukupuntang)”. Execution management waste industry natural stone of industry at Cirebon District which not appropriate with regulation Undang-Undang which behavior disturb can cause damage surround, until a necessary and society. Research this reciece koranic verse and answer set of problems about execution controlling Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District abaout management waste, deep matter this waste yield industry natural stone. Factor’s which hamper execution controlling Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District about management waste yield industry natural stone. This research included type research kualitative with interview, direct observation, and study literature. Direct study with interview with official Environmental Local Government at Cirebon District is institiution which have authority deep matter which ink to each other with surround, included only wrong is controlling. Form controlling which behavior is permission procedure for agent business with equip brief team, commit controlling to business with intensity two till three rivers deep years’s. Deep framework handle problem’s, as from intern is limitedness SDM which professional and limitedness means operational field for commit controlling. Factor ekstern is less consiouns ness agent effore to obey. Regulation Undang-Undang which behavior, an expensive cos operational to handle waste and less participation society with handle problem live surround.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In village communities, participatory planning is a very important instrument. Because participatory planning which is one of the series of development trips mentioned above is the first stage that is crucial for the success of the development process, especially in the village.In the Holy Village Mundu District Cirebon District., there is a problem that is not yet fully visible in the implementation of participatory planning and optimization of its activities. Then it is generally found that during this time the level of community participation in development planning is lacking, In Suci village lack of public facilities and less optimal physical development in progress.This research was conducted with the aim to know the Implementation of Participatory Planning in Physical Development in the Holy Village Mundu District Cirebon District. The research method used is Qualilative research method. In this study, the author tries to describe the Implementation of Participatory Planning in Physical Development in the Holy Village Mundu District Cirebon District.The results of research on the implementation of participatory planning in physical development in the holy village of mundu district of Cirebon district are seen from the dimensions of communication gap, the material composed, the scope of the main idea of the implementation of activities, the role of the community, the detailed objectives in the planning, the motivation of community leaders, social gain legitimacy from community component which not yet fully optimal, need to be improved again participative planning until the end, due to lack of ideas channeled and busyness of citizen of Suci Village Mundu Sub-district of Cirebon Regency and other inhibiting factors. Therefore, efforts should be made in improving the level of participation in the Suci Village District Mundu Cirebon regency.

Abstract

Title research is “Plenning Relationships By Head to the effectiveness of AchievementTargets Land and Building Tax in the District Brass Brass District”.The problem that the author found is the effectiveness of the achievement of the land andbuilding tax in the district brass brass district allegedly not been achieved due to non optimalplanning. The research question the authors ask is there a relationship between planning and theeffectiveness of the UN tax target target in sub District Brass Brass.The hypothesis that the author propose is “There is significant relationship betweenplanning and effectiveness in the achievement of the UN Sub District Brass Brass. Methods usedby the writer is a survey method with the quantitative analysis techniques, the study analyzes thevariables supported by the data using statistical formulas. The research proves that the Head ofplanning variables in achieving the UN target of optimal yet reached the stage where enoegh newsuccess with a total score of 859 or 59.7%. In quality it is visible from less optimalimplementation planning steps. Then variabeel effectiveness in the achievement of the UN SubDistrict Brass Brass is also still at levels sufficient or not optimal with a total score of 471 or69.9%.The relationship between the effectiveness of planning variables by Head to theeffectiveness of the effectiveness of the United Nations in the Distric of Guning Jati Cirebonregency high enough to count the value of rs for rs value of 0.532 compared 0.329 for the tablethen the value is significant. Abstract

ABSTRACTDelegation of authority is a right or power of the leadership of subordinates to carry out her duties and requested accountability for the completion of these tasks Civil Service Police Unit is the local technical institute, who are the delegates as enforcement of local regulations No. 4 of 2013 on the prohibition of the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Cirebon. Some problems in the implementation of delegation of authority is still their circulation and sale of alcoholic beverages from class A to class c well supplied and sold in karaoke entertainment venues, cafes, shops and agents.In this study the author uses the theory of the Delegation of Authority proposed by Manullang in his book entitled "Management Basics" (2008: 205), which states that "management is achieving results through others, therefore to be able to realize the manager delegates the absolute need. One of the important qualification of a manager is the ability to delegate some of the tasks and authority to his subordinates. "In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and interview with the informant as a source of information”.The results of this research that the Civil Service Police Unit has a very important role as delegates in combating the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Cirebon. But in reality, delegation of authority implemented still not optimal. Still the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages due to the performance of civil service police unit that is not optimal, among others, is due to less effective and maximum pelaksaanan duties, authority and accountability, lack of budget, personnel and motivation in enforcing local regulations No. 4 of 2013 on banning and sale of alcoholic beverages in the city of Cirebon.

Abstract

Motivasi Camat dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Ligung Kabupaten Majalengka merupakan judul yang dibuat oleh penulis. Alasan penulis memilih judul tersebut karena penulis ingin mengetahui Camat dalam memotivasi pegawainya dan sejauh mana fungsi motivasi berjalan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain: untuk mengetahui motivasi Camat dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Ligung Kabupaten Majalengka. Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat Camat dalam memberikan motivasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas di Kecamatan Ligung Kabupaten Majalengka. Untuk mengetahui upaya motivasi Camat dalam m ningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Ligung Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Deskriptif Kualitatif, dengan informan kunci dalam penelitian ini yaitu Camat Kecamatan Ligung. laforman pendukung pada penelitian ini yaitu 2 orang pegawai bagian umum dan pelayanan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis datanya dengan cara pengumpulan data, data reduction, data display, dan Conclution Drawing/VerifIcation. Hasil wawancara menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi Carat Kecamatan Ligung dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai masih belum sepenuhnya berjalan baik dan optimal karena masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan atau kendala seperti tidak adanya Reward dari camat yang diberikan kepada pegawa yang berprestasi dan kurangnya sumber daya mausia yang memadai.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Camat, Efektivitas, Pegawai

Abstract

he title of the study is: "Discipline Policy Implementation Working Civil Harjamukti InCirebon City Village". The research was conducted with the aim to describe theimplementation of the policy discipline of civil servants working in the VillageHarjamukti Cirebon. The background of this research is the low labor discipline of civilservants in the Village Harjamukti Cirebon, it is evident from the lack of understandingof the civil servants of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 Concerning Discipline ofCivil Servants. This study aimed to determine the extent of policy discipline of civilservants working in the Village Harjamukti Cirebon city and what are the barriers thatexist in implementing the policy of labor discipline civil servants. The method I used isdescriptive qualitative methods, the research took place in the Village HarjamuktiCirebon, while the informants in this study were all civil servants ranging from villageheads, secretaries, Kasie and executive staff in the Village Harjamukti Cirebon. In theresearch results that work discipline has not been done optimally, seen from the factor ofcommunication where there are employees who do not understand the informationprovided by the village chief and still there are employees who do not follow brefingstaff, sources of factors are considered less where employees have less kehlian and skillsin their respective fields and there are employees with disabilities to operate a computer,and the disposition of the factors considered sufficient but not optimal where Ward hasprovided motivation but there are lazy employees and delaying the work, of the factorstructure of bureaucracy feels pretty good where the employee has to understand andexecute the existing working procedures and duties in accordance with their respectivefields.The theory of policy implementation that is used is the theory of Edward III, whichconsists of 4 factors: 1. Abstract

Abstrak A research writer do is the influence of spatial planning of the office against labor productivity employees in the administration of the economy of the secretariat of the city of Cirebon. A problem which the author told labor productivity is employees in economic administrasi the regional secretariat of cirebon city still low, it is alleged that the problem caused by spatial planning of the office of ineffective.Research methodology who writers do is quantitative research methodology, where starting from collecting data, of interpretation of data, until the result of his research use numbersResearch questions submitted, is the influence of spatial planning by the head office part against labor productivity employees.A hypothesis that is in order following “Allegedly there is a significant positive effect of the spatial planning and the office of the chief of staff of the Secretariat of the Local Administration, Cirebon City”Of hypotheses it can be formulated hypothesis statistic i.e. H0 ( hypothesis zero ): rs count “of rs table, hence the formulation the problem is “there is no positive influence and significant between spatial planning of of office by the head of labor productivity of employees in economic administrasi regional secretariat of cirebon city.” and Ha ( of alternative hypotheses ): rs count & gt; of rs table, hence the formulation the problem is “there are the influence of a positive and significant between spatial planning of of office by the head of labor productivity of employees in economic administrasi regional secretariat of cirebon city”.In research results obtained that spatial planning office done by the head of administration regions economy secretariat of the city of cirebon has is good enough but not optimal as is apparent from the success of spatial planning of the office that 53 % with a score of 412, total and labor productivity employees have good enough but still low as 53 % with a total score 412. The implementation of the spatial planning of the head of the office part by having influence that tightly against labor productivity employees in part economic administration secretariat of the city of cirebon regions with a value of rs count 0,876 and if in rs compare with table worth 0,464. Because rs count larger than rs table, there is the influence of a positive and significant between spatial planning of of office by the head of labor productivity of employees in economic administrasi regional secretariat of cirebon city .Thus h0 ( hypothesis zero ) were rejected and ha ( of alternative hypotheses ) accepted.

Abstract

Peneliti dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan, obeservasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan dikantor kecamatan gebang kabupaten Cirebon. Informan kunci Camat kecamatan gebang kabupaten Cirebon dan informan pendukung yaitu Kepala desa dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian bahwa Pelayana pembuatan surat keterangan tidak mampu di Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Cirebon belum optimal karena masih masyarakat yang mengeluh dengan orang yang mampu bisa mendapatkan bantuan (beasiswa) sedangkan orang yang tidak mampu tidak mendapatkannya, sehingga sehingga masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak tepat sasaran,dalam faktor yang menghambat dalam pembuatan surat keterangan tidak mampu sudah cukup baik dalam pelayanannya namun lebih di teliti kedepannya, hambata-hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelayanan dikecamatan gebang kabupaten Cirebon diantaranya Masih belum adanya suatu keseimbangan antara jumlah pegawai dengan beban kerjanya, keterbatasan alat/computer dan belum tepat sasaran. Upaya yang dilakukan yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan yaitu menertibkan pedoman pelayanan dan menambahkan alat pencetak surat keterangan tidak mampu.Kata Kunci: Koordinasi, Pelayanan Publik

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul: "Hubungan dengan Efektivitas Organisasi Berencana Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Pelaksana Bimbingan Pertanian, Perikanan dan Kehutanan (BKP5K) Cirebon" masalah penelitian Perencanaan BKP5K Cirebon belum berorientasi pada kualitas dan kuantitas kerja yang baik dan waktu pelaksanaan kerja belum efektif serta pelaksanaan program kerja BKP5K Cirebon belum optimal karena koordinasi yang buruk dan konsolidasi antara sub-bagian pekerjaan. Rumusan Masalah "Efektivitas Organisasi belum tercapai karena Ketahanan Pangan Badan Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan Pedoman Pertanian, Perikanan dan Kehutanan (BKP5K) Cirebon belum optimal".Tujuannya adalah Tahu Perencanaan BKP5K Cirebon; Mengetahui Efektivitas Organisasi Cirebon BKP5K; Mengetahui Hubungan dengan Efektivitas Organisasi Perencanaan BKP5K Cirebon; Mengetahui apa hambatan yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan perencanaan BKP5K Cirebon.               Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Perencanaan Organisasi Menurut Nawawi (2009) dengan dimensi; Tujuan dari Rencana Hendak dicapai; Sistem atau Cara untuk mencapai tujuan; Perkiraan Waktu dalam Rapat Informasi dan Data Sumber Daya, Sarana dan Venue. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Efektivitas Organisasi Karyawan Menurut Gibson (1994) dengan dimensi; Produksi, Efisiensi, Kepuasan dan Adaptasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei kuantitatif. Teknik pemilihan sampel berdasarkan teknik stratified random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur, observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara.            Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan Organisasi Perencanaan memiliki hubungan dengan Efektivitas Organisasi karyawan di Pelaksana Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Penyuluhan Pertanian, Perikanan dan Kehutanan (BKP5K) Cirebon. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh rs rs hitung sebesar 0,642 dan 0,171 dengan meja gelar di 5% kesalahan, dan korelasi berada pada 0.600 s / d 0,799 sehingga tingkat hubungan Hubungan dengan Efektivitas Organisasi Perencanaan Ketahanan Pangan dan Pelaksana Badan Pertanian ekstensi, Perikanan dan Kehutanan (BKP5K) Cirebon sangat berkorelasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The title of this research is "Analysis of Coordination by the Head in the Framework of Improving the Effectiveness of Workers' Effectiveness in the Cirebon City Sports and Culture Youth Office".The problem that the authors put forward from the observations that the authors found at the time of the research is that the implementation of employee work is less than optimal in order to achieve the objectives seen from the quality of employee work that is not as expected in achieving the goals, it is seen from the state of facilities and infrastructure in the Sports Culture Youth Service and Cirebon City Tourism is inadequate in terms of the number of employees and each field that is not in accordance with the expertise so that the quantity of employee work is less visible than the less optimal implementation of employee work activities in order to improve performance in the city of Cirebon. The lack of understanding of employees and lack of coordination between leaders and employees is not optimal where it is in accordance with the opinion of Stoner (in Sugandha 2005: 21) argues as follows: "Coordination is the process of integrating targets and activities of units that separate (parts and functional fields) of an organization to achieve organizational goals efficiently".Identification of problems in the research is how coordination is done by the Head of Service in order to improve employee work effectiveness, coordinating support factors by the service head in order to improve employee work effectiveness, and factors inhibiting coordination by the service head in order to improve employee work effectiveness in the Office Cirebon Sports Culture and Tourism Youth.The method used by the author is a qualitative method through a descriptive approach. According to Moleong (2007: 6) suggests qualitative research as follows: "Qualitative research is research intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects, such as behavior, perception, motivation, actions, and others. Holistically and by way of description in the form of words and languages. In a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods.
