Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a separate obstacle for society in general, ranging from social constraints to improving the economy of a society in particular. This situation must be taken into consideration by the household craft industry players to be able to survive and develop their business activities in generating productivity and profits through market orientation and entrepreneurship strategies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurship on the marketing performance of the wood craft industry business actors in the village area of ​​Boro Kedungwaru, Tulungagung. The population and samples that became the object of this study were all wood craft business actor as many as 45 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, and data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale as the instrument. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determinant coefficient test and hypothesis testing (t test & F test). The results of the research conducted showed that 1) It was a significant and partial influence between market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of household handicraft business actors during the recovery period of the COVID-19 pandemic. 2). Market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant impact simultaneously on the marketing performance of household handicraft business actors during the recovery period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have urgency and contribution in supporting the marketing performance of wood handicraft business actors especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there are differences in financial performance in the health sector (hospitals) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic. Comparative quantitative approach is the method used in this research. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of financial statements of registered Health Sector Companies (Hospitals) and presenting financial report data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Quarter 1 to 4 of 2019 as a reflection of conditions before the Covid-19 pandemic and reports financial year 2020 Quarters 1 to 4 as a reflection of conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research variable used is the liquidity ratio proxied by (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio) Solvency ratio is proxied by (Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Total Assets) Activity ratio is proxied by (Fixed Assets Turn Over and Total Assets Turn Over), Profitability ratios are proxied with (Return On Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin). The results of this study indicate that the variables of liquidity, solvency, activity have no difference in financial performance while the profitability variable shows there is a difference in financial performance. Abstract

Planning a good system strategy and information technology is expected to help companies achieve business goals. The achievement of these business objectives must be supported by all parts of the company, so as to create a value chain that will provide margins for the company. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the baking chocolate processing industry located in Tangerang Regency. Data collection methods used by researchers are observation, interview and literature study. Based on the interview results, there are still problems regarding the absence of a system of long-term mutually beneficial relations with customers. Lack of adequate human resources, as well as not maximizing the management of research data for chocolate product stability analysis. The method used in the research of strategic planning for Information Systems and Information Technology is Ward and Peppard. In this method several stages are carried out, including: Analysis of the business external environment using the PEST method and analysis of five Porter competition models, while analyzing the business's internal environment using a SWOT, Value Chain and CSF analysis. Then mapping the application portfolio using the Mcfarland Strategic Grid method. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of price and cashback offer on Go-Food purchase decision by using Gopay digital payment feature found in Gojek application. The type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach and use survey methods in data collection. This study involves 100 respondents using the Go-Food application. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with using SPSS statistical software version 24. The results of this study found that partially the price variable does not have significant influence on Go-Food purchase decision using Gopay digital payment. Meanwhile the cashback offer variable has significant influence on Go-Food purchase decision in using Gopay digital payment. However, both the price variable and the cashback offer have a significant effect simultaneously on Go-Food purchase decision using Gopay digital payment. So it can be concluded that the cashbach offer is an effective marketing strategy to attract consumers in deciding to purchase Go-Food using Gopay digital payment. For future research, it is better for the price variable to be studied in the selection of indicators. In addition, it is better to add a mediating or moderating variable that can bridge the research gap, or add other variables such as product rating, product quality, and others, so it can be improve Go-Food consumers purchase decision using Gopay digital payment. Abstract

Horticultural agribusiness such as fruits has local and international market share. Besides that, Fruit agribusiness supports the eighth Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of the fruits that have become a commodity for agribusiness in Indonesia is the strawberry. Magelang Regency is a regency in Indonesia that produces strawberries. SOGA Farm Indonesia (SFI) located in Ngablak District is a strawberry producer that fulfills the demand for strawberries in Magelang Regency. To meet the demand for strawberries to income, SFI regulates the cropping pattern with a single row plant system to produce grade A strawberries and processes strawberries of below standard quality into strawberry jam. To determine financial feasibility, it is done by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), Gross B/C, Net B/C, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period. The financial analysis results of these two businesses are feasible to increase SFI's income during the Covid 19 pandemic. Keywords: Income, Productivity, SDGs, Jam, Single Row Plant

Abstract

The research background is risk of the loan credit which is the one problem which inseperable from the operations system in credit service unions in district Oebobo of Kupang City. In observation the loan default, the efforts of tackling was involved two important factors were credit evaluation and control credit. This research was conducted in 15 units of credit unions that were selected based on the criteria previously and the sample were 30 persons from credit management and supervisory elements. Technique in collecting data is observation interview, questionnnary, and documentation. The result proved that the Credit Evaluation and Credit Control had the significant partially influence to minimizing the Risk of Loan default on the credit union in district Oebobo of Kupang City through simple Linear Regression Analysis results in agreement line standard. This research also proved that the managements in credit union have to maintain and applying the evaluation and control credit system that usefull to minimize the level of loan default risk. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic period of the various risks that will be borne by the provision of health services is of particular concern to the public and the government. The people of Karawang Regency and its surroundings will focus on the management of these services. So this study aims to analyze directly the quality of service and how much attractiveness the patients have in order to continue to choose RSU Fikri Medika Karawang permanently for medical services for themselves and their families with perceived service satisfaction. The results of the distribution of the questionnaire to the respondents through the google questionnaire with the number of samples set at 100 respondents using the non-probability sampling quota technique. All questionnaires returned properly. The results of data analysis showed that the average patient who visited RSU Fikri Medika Karawang was young and female. Data processing with SPSS Version 24 showed that all data were valid and had a very good value for the consistency/consistency of the research instrument. Each variable of service quality and patient attractiveness has a strong impact on customer satisfaction, and has a strong contribution from the independent variable to the highly significant dependent variable. All alternative hypothesis tests accepted and rejected the Ho hypothesis in the significant test and the simultaneous test. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on the Indonesian economy, including the construction sector. Many projects were delayed due to the company's funding difficulties. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk as one of the companies engaged in the construction sector was also affected by the pandemic, indicated by declining financial performance. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT Waskita Karya before and during the pandemic and to examine the company's financial ratios. The study used descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The data comes from internal companies and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using the secondary data, the analysis focuses on the current ratio, quick ratio, debt to assets ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and return on equity. The results showed that several indicators of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk's financial performance were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. In terms of liquidity, the current ratio and the quick ratio differ significantly before and during the pandemic. The solvency ratio, both the debt to assets ratio and the debt to equity ratio, were not significantly different before and during the pandemic. In profitability ratios, return on assets and return on equity are both significantly different between before and during the pandemic. Abstract

The phenomenon of Hijrah is familiar in big cities and involves many young people. The Shift Pemuda Hijrah is one of the Islamic movements that formed the phenomenon of hijrah in the city of Bandung. To support its da'wah operational activities, Shift Pemuda Hijrah formed a business unit called Shift Merchandise. Shift Merch is engaged in the apparel sales industry. Shift Merch, which was initiated in 2015 in Bandung and launched into the clothing industry in March 2016. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy of Shift Merch in building brand awareness. This study uses an interpretive paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study were obtained through observation, documentation, literature study and the results of interviews with the Shift Merch branding officer as a key informant, a marketing expert as an expert informant and Shift Merch admin as a supporting informant. The results of this study reveal that there are message strategies and media strategies used by Shift Merch in carrying out marketing communications that are always integrated with Shift Media, because Shift Merch is a measuring tool for indicators of the success of their preaching Shift Pemuda Hijrah. Through its marketing communication medium, namely Instagram, Shift Merch has succeeded in building brand awareness through Shift Media. Suggestions that researchers can give are to add new media channels and build stories on creative messages so that they can build their own brand awareness. Abstract

In order to achieve its goals and objectives, every company needs to choose the most effective IT project management method. This study aims to determine which methods are used by companies the most, in IT project management governance, both domestic and foreign companies. This study also aims to determine which methods are most effectively used. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is conducted to collect and evaluate previous studies related to IT project management. Among studies collected from DOAJ and Google Scholar, only 23 studies are considered eligible. This study finds that scrum is both the most used and the most effective IT project management method in domestic companies while agile is both the most used and the most effective IT project management in foreign companies.
