Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how work environment and compensation affect employee loyalty at KJPP Agus, Firdaus & Rekan. The sample for this study was 45 employees from KJPP Agus, Firdaus & Rekan, and the saturated samples technique was used to choose the sample non-probability sampling. The validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and t test were utilized to analyze the data in this study using the SPSS 25 program. According to the findings of the data analysis and hypothesis testing, the work environment variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee loyalty variable (Y) with a value of sig. 0.006 < 0.05 or tcount 2,916 > ttable 1.682. While compensation variable (X2) demonstrates a positive and significant influence on the employee loyalty variable (Y) with a sig. 0.009 > 0.05 or tcount 2,755 > ttable 1.682

Abstract

This study aims to prove the differences in the growth of Micro and Small Industry (IMK) production caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and differences in the Indonesian Economic Corridor (KEI) region. The study was conducted on IMK spread across 34 provinces in Indonesia based on data from BPS. The data analysis method used is comparative analysis using two way anova. The results of the study proved that: (1) there was a significant difference between the growth of IMK production before the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic; (2) there is a significant difference between the growth of IMK production in each KEI; (3) interaksi KEI with the covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on the difference in the growth of IMK production and (4) there is a difference in the average growth of IMK production in each KEI before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The method used is a qualitative research method. This study aims to determine how the evolution of the use of the Village Financial System Application in Mattunru- Tunrue Village and the quality of village financial accountability after the application of the Village Financial System Application. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study, internet searching. This study uses the term informant, namely village employees who understand and are directly involved in the process of using the Village Financial System Application and the people of Mattunru- Tunrue Village who feel the benefits of implementing the application. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. From the results of the evolution of the use of the village financial system application in Mattunru- Tunrue Village, it is known that Mattunru- Tunrue Village regularly updates the village financial system application version every year, this is done so that the village can use existing and improved features or the latest features of the application to support the creation financial reports. Then for the quality of financial accountability in Mattunru- Tunrue Village, after the implementation of the Village Financial System Application, it was found that there had been an increase due to the implementation of the principles of village financial management and balanced with compliance with applicable regulations when managing existing funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of strategies that have been implemented so far using Management by Objectif (MBO). This research was conducted at PT Beta Medical as a Medical Device Company in Indonesia. MBO is used in this study as an analytical tool because this company is a family company and this company is not so complex and not large-scale, only being the sole and non-single distributor of medical devices imported from the manufacturing countries. So to achieve this goal, this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data display, and verification. While the research subject is Mr. Andre Marthino, B.Mgt, MIB as the Marketing Director at PT Beta Medical and also as the son of the owner of the company PT Beta Medical, namely Mr. Drs. Ec. Amiruddin M. Noer, MBA. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the strategy that has been implemented by PT Beta Medical is still very ineffective because the targets set by the company have not been achieved for the last two years. Most likely in the following year it will not be achieved. All of this can happen because the implementation process is not so good, clear and focused on each division which results in many obstacles and problems faced by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of frontliner performance on customer satisfaction at a private bank in Jakarta through self-efficacy, engagement, and the ability of frontliners. By using descriptive quantitative method. through proportional random sampling. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS 24 application. With a sample of 212 people, the results showed that self-efficacy, engagement and ability had a positive and significant effect on performance. The higher and professional the self-efficacy, engagement, and ability of the banking frontliners, the higher the performance of the bank's employees. And the higher the performance of the frontliners, the more satisfied banking customers will be in receiving the services provided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of excellent service, customer satisfaction and location, on customer loyalty at PT. Binajasa Abadi Karya. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires through the G-form. The research sample is 82 companies that use services or are tenants at PT. Binajasa Abadi Karya. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially excellent service, customer satisfaction and location had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Results of F-test showed that excellent service, customer satisfaction and location simutaneously affect customer loyalty, with an adjusted R-square value of 46.1%.

Abstract

Net interest margin ditentukan oleh suku bunga melalui GAP (kesenjangan dana). Jadi tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek langsung suku bunga terhadap net interest margin dan efek tidak langsung suku bunga terhadap net interest margin melalui GAP. Sampel penelitian ini adalah bank umum konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2007-2019 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Ada 10 bank umum konvensional yang dipilih sebagai sampel. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi data panel fixed effect dengan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suku bunga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap net interest margin, GAP memediasi pengaruh suku bunga terhadap net interest margin. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan yang melibatkan variabel mediasi GAP untuk melihat pengaruh suku bunga terhadap net interest margin dalam lingkup Bank Umum Konvensional di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan diharapkan dapat memberikan tambahan referensi secara akademis. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi manajemen bank umum konvensional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine respondents' perceptions regarding digital dexterity in the workplace. The research also focuses on how digital dexterity includes critical skills such as mobilize, execute, transform, and agility. This type of research is exploratory-descriptive using 20 items of the 8 elements of the digital dexterity instrument developed by Capgemini Consulting. The results show that there are still many organizations that do not fully have adequate access to adapt to the digital era or the industrial revolution 4.0. This also prevents employees from receiving the training, facilities and infrastructure needed. Therefore, access to adequate technology, training and digital skills development are needed for employees to be able to create human resources that are ready to face the digital transformation needed.
