Abstract

Kinerja yang dalam bahasa Inggris disebut dengan “performance”, yang berarti tampilan kerja; unjuk kerja; wujud kerja. Kinerja merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan seseorang dalam melaksanakan, menyelesaikan tugas serta tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan harapan dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sedangkan, kinerja guru adalah kemampuan seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di sekolah dan bertanggung jawab atas peserta didik di bawah bimbingannya dengan meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat diartikan sebagai suatu kondisi yang menunjukkan kemampuan seorang guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya di sekolah serta menggambarkan adanya suatu perbuatan yang ditampilkan guru dalam atau selama melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran. Manajemen Penilaian Kinerja Guru di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga, pertama. Perencanaan (Planning) meliputi: Pembentukan dan penyusunan Surat Keputusan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren, Penentuan waktu sosialisasi ke dewan guru, Persiapan penyusunan instrument penilaian dan rekapitulasi nilai, Penentuan nama tim penilai oleh bidang HRD, Refleksi, Evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Kedua. Pengorganisasian meliputi: Pengadaan Rapat Koordinasi guru, dosen, karyawan, staff, dan pimpinan pondok pesantren, Mengadakan pemberitahuan dan koordinasi dengan waka kurikulum, akademis di setiap satuan Pendidikan, Koordinasi bidang akademis, Koordinasi dengan bagian keamanan, dan Koordinasi dengan pimpinan (mudir) pondok pesantren. Ketiga. Pelaksanaan (Actuating) meliputi: Pembagian SK Yayasan Pondok Pesantren tentang Tim Penilai, Pertemuan awal antara penilai dan asesi untuk pengecekan kesiapan perangkat, bahan, alat, sumber, serta media yang digunakan dan koordinasi awal antara keduanya, Penilaian langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, Pencatatan data presensi kehadiran setiap kegiatan., Kompilasi nilai oleh bidang HRD, Kegiatan Refleksi bersama, Pendokumentasian hasil akhir PKG. Keempat. Pengawasan (Controling)meliputi: Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren, Bidang HRD, Bidang Akademis, dan Kepala sekolah yang dibantu waka kurikulum

Abstract

Bahasan ini berusaha mengungkap metode-metode pendidikan yang terdapat dalam al-Qur’an. Metode tersebut kemudian disinergikan dengan tema-tema kekinian. Dengan menggunaan penelitian literatur (library research), dan pendekatan tafsir, diharapkan akan diperoleh pengetahuan tentang metode pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan semangat al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, sedikitnya terdapat lima bentuk metode pembelajaran yang diajarkan oleh al-Qur’an. Metode-metode tersebut antara lain; Metode cerita atau ceramah. Metode ini sejalan dengan al-Qur’an surat al-Kahfi ayat 66-67. Metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan dialog. Metode ini sejalan dengan al-Qur’an surat al-Anbiya ayat 52-61. Metode penyadaran, metode ini sejalan dengan al-Qur’an surat Luqman ayat 13. Metode pemberian hukuman. Metode ini sejalan dengan al-Qur’an surat al-Nisa ayat 34. Selanjutnya, metode yang terakhir yaitu metode keteladanan. Metode ini sejalan dengan al-Qur’an surat al-Ahzab ayat 21.

Abstract

This writing explores progressivism aspects in Sir Muhammad Iqbal's thought and attempts to construct educational system based on his ideas. As it is known that one important problem in Indonesia is the loss of Indonesian identity as indicated by the moral and spiritual fading. Long time ago, Muhammad Iqbal had felt similar unrest about the problem and finally led to his progressive ideas. This study belongs to library research using literature methodology. The study analyses Muhammad Iqbal's ideas with the progressivism philosophy. The results show that Iqbal’s thoughts indicated that he was a progressive person. However, the basis and estuary of Iqbal’s progressivism thought is different from the West’s. Iqbal's progressivism stems from faith and leads to the position of man as God's representative. As an effort to renew education, it is necessary to build an education system that aims to create a perfect human being by utilizing his potential

Abstract

Changes and accelerations in the progress of information technology in the industrial revolution era 4.0 with the characters simple, faster, cheaper and Accessible bring changes in the meaning of life in the context of Islamic religious education, especially in the use of appropriate learning strategies so as to be able to answer challenges in the digital age. The method used in this research was carried out with literature study through hermeneutic analysis so that it was able to capture the meaning, values ​​and intentions contained in the learning strategies of Islamic education in facing the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. In addition, the authors use content analysis, namely research conducted on information that is carried out data analysis and scientific processing. The results showed that the challenges faced in learning PAI in the industrial revolution 4.0 era included reduced direct interaction between teachers and students, the role of teachers displaced by technology. learners lose the attitude of tawadhu 'and the concept of the blessing of science to the teacher, the erosion of the value of spirituality in learning, the teacher must be able to become a role model for students so that students do not lose role models in the reality of their lives, the blurring of scientific knowledge from references obtained through Digital Digital media. Abstract

In the development of the Indonesian nation, every effort is aimed at improving the quality of human resources, which means that people are central to national development and as an effort to increase competitiveness in the global market. Effective management of human resources (HR) must be considered in order to support the strategies that will be applied in order to contribute in creating competitive advantage in an organization. Competitive advantage can be created through effective human resource management by taking into account internal and external factors of the organization / educational institution that will be confronted. In addition, competitive human resources need to be supported by several elements, namely strategy in human resource management, organizational resources, and organizational strategy. The discussion of this study regarding; First, the concept of Human Resource Management which discusses the design or ideas, understanding and functions of human resource management. Second, Competitive Advantage in Human Resources, which is about the ability obtained through the characteristics and resources of a person, to have higher performance compared to other educational organizations / institutions in the same industry or market. Abstract

Non-directive learning emphasizes efforts to facilitate learning, achieve personal integration and maximize the thinking power possessed by students by providing support for the spirit of religious learning. Students are trained to think across disciplines, solve every problem according to their abilities and desires and must be accountable. Thus, students have more space for creativity and increase their enthusiasm for learning. The role of the teacher in this learning model is as a facilitator. The results obtained from the application of this non-directive learning model are 44.2% of students can follow the non-directive learning model, while 55.8% of students have not been able to follow the non-directive learning model. Although the results obtained are still relatively low, these results have shown that students in learning play an active role in building a more conducive classroom atmosphere.

Abstract

Naḥwu ṣaraf is a very important science to support and facilitate in mastering Arabic. Because of the importance of these two sciences, they are known as tools, which are tools for reading yellow/classical books. The aim of naḥwu ṣaraf learning as a tool for reading the texts of the book is a tool or key to understanding the contents of Arabic texts, especially those related to Islamic religious knowledge. But until now many students of Islamic boarding schools based on pesantren find it difficult to understand the science of naḥwu ṣaraf. Departing from these problems, the authors intend to examine the naḥwu ṣaraf learning strategy applied by Madrasa Aliyah Ali Maksum teachers in the Krapyak Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta and Al-Imdad Featured Islamic Schools in Al-Imdad Islamic Boarding School in Bantul. This research is qualitative research. The method of data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the method used to analyze data is descriptive-analytic, which is the method used to compile data that has been collected, explained, and then analyzed. The results of this study are; naḥwu ṣaraf learning strategies undertaken by Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum and Madrasah Aliyah Featured Al-Imdad teachers include the following: strategies for reading the text of the book, muḥādathah Arabic, game strategies (language games/demonstrations), development of naḥwu ṣarafs that suit your needs or those that are in need most widely used, giving gifts/sanctions, motivating students with kalam wisdom or bait na'am (shi'ir), application examples in the form of al-Qur'ān and al-Hadīth. This learning strategy emphasizes naḥwu ṣaraf learning strategy innovation so that students are able to read books or texts that suit their needs. This has achieved significant results because it has reached the set value (KKM). Even Madrasah Aliyah Ali Maksum students often win in various yellow book reading competition (MQK) events, both at the district, provincial, and even national level.

Abstract

This field research uses the Phenomenology approach in studying the Islamic tradition of the Archipelago as a phenomenon that can be used as a basis for multicultural education. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis. There are seven backgrounds that make this research urgent. First, multicultural education needs to be developed in Indonesia as a nation that has a lot of diversity. Second, multicultural education developed at this time does not prioritize multicultural education based on community traditions. Third, the Islamic Archipelago tradition can be the basis of multicultural education in society. Fourth, the Nusantara Islamic Tradition in Temanggung can be used as a basis for multicultural education. Fifth, there is no such research that studies multicultural education based on Nusantara Islamic traditions in Temanggung. Next, there are five discussions which are examined in more depth. The results of this study indicate that there are 25 kinds of Nusantara Islamic traditions in Temanggung and have been studied in depth through research so that they can be used as a basis for multicultural education for people in Temanggung. The twenty five archipelago Islamic traditions include the use of the terms of prayer, tahlilan, wayang syuro month, 10 muharam grebek, interfaith nyadran, coronary corpse, tobacco season tradition, wethonan tradition, sajen tide ceremony, earth ruwat tradition, megekah nasi megono, friday pahingan, titi sedak tradition, ha ha ki ageng putih, halal bi halal interfaith, supernatural "bodo", interfaith tolerance, 7 monthly tradition, moderate yasinan, the term 'send', borehan, aboge beliefs, tradition of kupatan, seven kinds of porridge vegetables, and apeman traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how (1) implementation of curriculum 2013 in SMP Negeri 6 AmbarawaSatuAtap subject of Islamic Religious Education (2) Factors that hamper and support (3) effort done by school in overcoming obstacle of 2013 at SMP Negeri 6 AmbarawaSatuAtap. The results showed that the curriculum of 2013 in SMP Negeri 6 AmbarawaSatuAtap still not maximal because it still use KTSP learning device. The learning process is mainly on the subjects of Islamic religious education coverage of the material that is too broad so that the lack of face-to-face time, the lack of availability of facilities prasana, and educators who are still less than the maximum in teaching. The curriculum in 2013 focuses more on student activeness and requires students to seek other knowledge from various sources. From the results of interviews conducted, it was concluded that the teachers felt that they have not been able to make the learning tools of the 2013 curriculum and the students have little difficulty in finding the wider material because of the limited facilities. Education infrastructure is one of the important resources in the utilization and management, so that the expected goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan budaya ruwatan cukur bajang, unsur-unsur pendidikan Islam dan nilai filosofis pendidikan Islam yang terdapat didalam budaya ruwatan cukur bajang di dusun Pawotan, desa Kaliwungu, Kecamatan Bruno, Kabupaten Purworejo. fokus penelitian yang akan dikaji sesuai dengan rumusan masalah yaitu (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan budaya ruwatan cukur bajang di dusun Pawotan, Desa Kaliwungu, Kecamatan Bruno, Kabupaten Purworejo?, (2) bagaimana unsur-unsur pendidikan Islam dalam budaya ruwatan cukur bajang di dusun Pawotan, Desa Kaliwungu, Kecamatan Bruno, Kabupaten Purworejo?, (3) bagaimana nilai filosofis pendidikan Islam dalam budaya ruwatan cukur bajang di dusun Pawotan, Desa Kaliwungu, Kecamatan Bruno, Kabupaten Purworejo. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didalam pelaksanaan ruwatan cukur bajang terdapat akulturasi budaya yaitu budaya agama Islam dan budaya jawa kemudian didalam unsur-unsur pendidikan Islam dalam budaya ruwatan cukur bajang adalah peserta didik (anak yang di bajang rambutnya), guru (orang tua), tujuan dan materi pendidikan Islam meliputi : Akidah, Ibadah dan akhlak. Kemudian nilai filosofis pendidikan Islam dalam budaya ruwatan cukur bajang adalah budaya sebagai pranata pendidikan, terdapat pendidikan moral lingkungan (hubbul alam) dan juga dari aspek aksiologi pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam budaya ruwatan cukur bajang yaitu Hablum min Allah, Hablum Min An-nas dan Hablum min Alam.
