Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the effect of independent commissioners, risk management committees, and chief risk officers on the implementation of enterprise risk management at the Non Bank Financial Services Institution (LJKNB) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016 and analyze the effects simultaneously and partially. The sample in this research is 23 LJKNB in ​​Indonesia by using sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data with the method used is logistic regression analysis method. Based on the results of data processing, it is found that simultaneously independent commissioner variables, risk management committee, and chief risk officer significantly influence the implementation of enterprise risk management in Non Bank Financial Services Institution listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The influence of independent commissioner variable partially has no effect on the application of enterprise risk management in Non Bank Financial Services Institution listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Meanwhile, the risk management committee and chief risk officer have a positive and significant impact on the implementation of enterprise risk management in Non Bank Financial Services Institution listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Abstract

This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approach. Research data in the form of information about process and data result of action obtained from result of observation, test result and discussion. Sources of data were obtained from the approach of learning process skill approach in science lesson. Research subjects consisted of teachers and students of class V SD Negeri 02 Manggilang which amounted to 20 people. The research procedure is done: planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the research In the first cycle obtained the results of the implementation in view of the aspects of teacher meetings I 75%, meeting II 78.5% and student aspects meeting 67.8%, meeting II 75% while the results of implementation in cycle II seen from aspects of teachers 89, 2% and student aspect 92,8%. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers can implement the learning process using the Process Skills approach. Keywords: Approach Process Skills and Science.

Abstract

This research uses Structural approach. With this structural approach, the researcher can see the extent to which a literary work has a moral value in the novel to be analyzed. The source of data in this research is Konawe's ritual poem by Iwan Konawe and its contents. The form of data in the form of elements of images in five poems contained in each of five poems by Iwan Konawe. The research process is done by data collection and data analysis. Data obtained by way of reading and recording. The analysis is presented in the description. The result of this research is submitted as a whole that Iwan Konawe poem image, is a poem image contained in five poems Konawe ritus Iwan Konawe work can be used as learning and inspiration in real life. Abstract

The village of Bre has a lowland and highland topographic character with an area of ​​196.61 Ha/ m2. The village of Bre is run by two rivers that directly stretched into the sea that can be directly utilized by bre community to grow crops. Ibm Program in village Bre is distimuli by problems experienced by UKM Rengginang, that is (1) UMKN Rengginan in Bre Village has not been well organized in a container organization (2). The knowledge of the makers of Rengginang is still very minimal on how to deal with competition in the market, and (3) do not understand how to make financial bookkeeping, where finance for business rengginang per day often mixed with finance for daily needs. Abstract

Law enforcement is the process of realizing legal desires into reality. What is meant by legal wish is the minds of the law making body formulated in the rule of law. When law enforcement in the study of legal sociology is confronted with law enforcement in criminal law studies then law enforcement actually has a different paradigm. Law enforcement can not run in one corridor regardless of law enforcement in the teaching of other legal fields. In designing academic texts a legislation, in particular the law, should keep in mind the ultimate objective of the law. Sometimes a law only focuses on some legal subject or entire legal subject. When there is a specialization of the subject of law then if the ultimate goal is more directed to religion can use the teachings of Catholicism primarily on love. Abstract

This research aims to find out the problems contained in learning Indonesian at inclusive schools in Jombang and the solution to overcome it. Besides, it is expected to know the weakness of learning Indonesian so that the researcher can design learning program accordance the curriculum used. The result of research shown that: 1) some problems faced in learning Indonesian is the lack of understanding of inclusive students on teacher explanations, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of teachers assistant or tutor, lack use of varied learning resources 2) solutions to overcome the problems that occur are: move inclusive students to a quieter class to perform intensive guidance and then returned in the regular class if the students have already understood the explanation given by teachers, need for attention from the government to fulfill the infrastructure facilities of each inclusive education school, fulfill the needs of incisive tutors, form a special group through social media consist of parents of inclusive students and the school to discuss the development of students both school and home, , conduct training for teachers to utilize learning resources to be more varied and utilize technological sophistication to support the utilization of learning resources. Abstract

The form of wage protection is the goal of the worker/laborer in doing the work to earn sufficient income to finance his life with his family, which is a decent living for humanity. During this time workers always neglected their rights in doing the work. Issues discussed in this paper are Is legal protection for workers/laborers in North Halmahera Regency in compliance with Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower and What are the Barriers in Legal Protection for Workers? This research is conducted by using type of juridical Normative legal research. so the source of the Law material is analyzed is the legal material by using the Law and Case Approach. Abstract

The problem of workers is one important thing in running a company because the company in doing activities to get a goods or services required the existence of workers, workers themselves are assets of a company. When companies experience bankruptcy the rights of workers to a company must be clear and also the process of payment of workers' wages, especially in companies that experienced bankruptcy. How legal protection is provided by the government against workers whose company is declared bankrupt. In reviewing the problem using normative juridical methods, consisting of laws, books, and journals on employment and insolvency. The results of this research is that protection starts from the rights and obligations. Abstract

Influence on Performance Competence Master Teacher At SMPN I Lambuya Konawe Through Work Motivation As an intervening variable. The purpose of this study is to describe and test the effect of teacher competence on motivation and performance of teachers. Specifically the purpose of research to explain and examine the role of teachers' motivation to work in mediating the relationship between the competence of the teacher's performance. The design of this research uses explanatory research approach with data collection conducted cross-section through the questionnaire. The population of this study was all government school teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Lambuya Konawe totaling 45 people. The sampling technique is saturated samples (census) in which the entire population as a sample of 45 teachers. Data analysis techniques to answer the problem in this research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that teacher competence and significant positive effect on work motivation and performance of teachers. Furthermore, teachers work motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Keywords: Teachers Competency, Motivation Work, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the student activity during the applied method of guided discovery and student learning outcomes after applied guided discovery method on the material surface area and volumeof sphere in class IX. The method used in this study is the method of quasi-experimental category one short case study, in which the sample taken one class of 37 people conducted in SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. Technique of collecting data with observation and test method. To find out student activity used observation sheet, then look for percentage of overall activity. Meanwhile, to find the average value used the average calculation formula (mean). From the data analysis, obtained the average percentage of total student activity during applied guided discovery method is good. Likewise with student learning outcomes after applied guided discovery methods are also categorized well. Thus, guided discovery methods are very well used especially in mathematics learning.
