Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technology is growing rapidly and is a demand for companies requiring accounting systems that can produce financial statement information. CV. Optik Bonie is a company engaged in trading and still uses the system manually in the process of making financial reports starting from recording cash receipts, cash disbursements, sales, purchases and receipt of repayment of accounts receivable to financial statements making. This makes it possible at the time of the process to occur an error in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in searching for the required data. The application of accounting applications using Myob Premier V.16 is a solution to solve problems that exist in the company and with a computerized system that can make activities effective and efficient compared to manual methods.

Abstract

The research objective is to test and analyze the effect of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of Toyota Avanza cars at PT Astra International Tbk; Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch. The approach of this research is quantitative research. The results of the study which conclude is that service quality partially has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Toyota Avanza car at the Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch. Partial promotion has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Toyota Avanza car at the Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch. Service Quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Toyota Avanza cars in Auto 2000 Medan Krakatau Branch with adjusted R Square of 61.3% and the remaining 38.7% are varied by other factors not examined such as price, product and quality product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate a form of cash flow statement sharia intact. The benefits of research with formulated cash flow statement sharia expected were: first, accounting sharia which until recently remained at the level of philosophical theoretical can be implemented in the field. Second, to contribute to the practical accountant do his practice according to Islamic values and goals syariah; the third gives empirical evidence that actual Muslims still do accounting activity appropriate syariah that can serve as a source of financial reports developing syariah; all four contributed constructively in the preparation of the financial accounting standards for companies outside of Sharia Banking. The results in this research is in the operating activities of PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah,Tbk if seen from the receipt of the cash flow ketundukkan is in compliance with Sharia cash flow statement the cash flow out yet for ketundukkan is still not listed. While the cash flow from investments rather than cash flow comes from the acceptance of the transaction but rather of ketundukkan creativity. Whereas the funding of the activity is in compliance with Sharia cash flow statement but still need for conformity. And for great deals in substance may have already done but in its cash flow statement is not in the list. Because of its form of Sharia cash flow statement for Banking still need further elaboration. Also realized that the financial statements of the above sharia still has many limitations. Conceptually the financial statements still have constraints to the depth of the substance.

Abstract

This research entitled "Affixation in Tolaki Language" is a research on Tolaki language in Konawe district, Southeast Sulawesi, which examines phonemes, morphemes, words, phrases, clauses, sentences, and discourses. In this study will use the morpheme language unit for study. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What are the functions and meanings of Affix? 2) What is the process of affixation in the Tolaki language? The purpose of this study is: To describe the affixation process in Tolaki language and to know the function and meaning of affixation. Morfem bound in Tolaki language there are several types, including (i) Prefixes are prefixes that are located at the beginning of the basic form in this study there are prefixes including: me, ma, ine, no. (ii) Infix is ​​an insert that is located in the middle of the basic form in this study, there is an infix: i, no (iii) Suffix is ​​a suffix located at the end of the basic form in this study, there are suffixes: no, i, ikaa, to, and ( iv) Confix is ​​a combination of affixes on the basic form, in this study there are confixes including: me- ... i, pe -...- no, no -...- i, no -... to. And the word formation process in the Tolaki language is in the prefix, infix, suffix and confix.

Abstract

The problem in this study is to find out how the pattern of character education through the application of 9 pillars in the Indonesian Heritage Foundation character school and its opportunities and challenges. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of application of character education in the elementary school of the Indonesian character Heritage foundation. The method used in this study is a qualitative field method with data analysis using interview, observation, and documentation methods. Conclusion The application of 9 character pillars is flowed every morning for 20 to 25 minutes before learning begins.

Abstract

The age development that spurred the improvement of Science and Technology (IPTEK) made mayasrakat inevitably to follow the situation, where the satisfying goods needs were dwindling but public consumption continued to increase. The more you increase your satisfaction needs, the more garbage. The garbage is between plastic bottles. Plastic bottles are one of the waste which is quite dangerous because not all plastic bottles can decompose. Plastic bottles can be found anywhere, especially around the community. The bottles are wasted even though they can still be empowered and can even be an additional income for the community if they are able to process them as well as possible. The community service activity (PKM) is expected to be able to improve the quality of the community in processing waste or plastic waste into an economic value item so that it can increase income and support community income in the village of Pematang Setrak, Teluk Mengkudu District, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (a) the application of puzzle media on the subjects of the Qur'an class VIII Hadith at MTs Miftahussalam, Bogor City, (b) the ability to memorize the verses of the Qur'an in learning the Qur'an VII class Hadith in Bogor City MTs Miftahussalam and (c) the influence of the use of media puzzles on the ability to memorize the verses of the Qur'an in the subjects of the 8th grade Al-Hadith in MTs Miftahussalam, Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a quasi-experimental method with pretest and posttest control group design. The population in this study were eighth grade students at Mifathussalam MTs, Bogor City. Determination of samples using sampling techniques where the entire population is sampled (census / total sampling). Based on the results of the sampling technique obtained samples of class VIII A as the experimental class and class VIII B as the control class. The results of research data analysis that has been carried out before and after treatment there are significant differences obtained by the value of t -10.559 abel t table 2.011, t table can be seen in the statistical table at a significance of 0.05 with the degree of validity (df) = nk or 50-2 = 48 Because the t-count is -10.599 ≤ ttable 2.011 and the significance is 0.05 (0.00 <0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the media for the application of puzzle media in the subjects of the Qur'an in the class VIII Hadith at MTs Miftahussalam, Bogor City has an effect on the ability to memorize the verses of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of organizational commitment, Role Conflict, professionalism and leadership style against the performance of the Auditor. The scope of research is the public accountant who worked in the Office of Public Accountant. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, Role Conflict, professionalism and leadership style against the performance of the Auditor. This research included in the quantitative research. The sample in this research as much as 7 Office of Public Accountant. This research data is primary data, where the data in this study were gathered using survey methods through the dissemination of the questionnaire directly to the respondents. Model analysis of this research in the form of multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational commitment, professionalism and leadership styles of positive and significant effect on performance, while the auditor's role conflict and significant negative effect on performance of Auditors.

Abstract

Firm value shows maximizing shareholder wealth through stock prices. Company value is the price paid by prospective buyers if the company is sold. For companies that issue shares in the capital market, the stock price traded on the stock is an indicator of company value. This research was conducted on basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, liability, and growth partially and simultaneously on firm value. The population in this study are basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2013 to 2017, with a purposive sampling technique obtained as many as 25 companies. The data in this study are secondary data and the hypothesis testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis which produces the equation Y = 0.858-0.002X1 + 0.235X2-0.022X3. The results showed that partially, liability had a significant effect on firm value, while managerial ownership and growth had no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, managerial ownership, liability, and growth have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The problem in this study is what meaning is contained in Mombesara's speech in the process of the Tolaki tribal marriage ceremony. This research is also expected to be useful for the development of knowledge in enhancing the ability to analyze and assess the function of the community at the Tolaki tribe wedding ceremony, this type of research is ethnographic qualitative research that directs efforts to a good understanding behind ideas, ideas, feelings of motives or beliefs. Specifically the research focuses on the meaning, function of an event, object, person, situation and condition of events, its relation to the context in the Mombesara traditional ceremony, Location of this study, Konawe Regency Wonggeduku Subdistrict. The subjects of this research are Tolea, Pabitara, Puutobu and Community Leaders which is deemed sufficient and mastering and understanding to provide the necessary information in accordance with research relating to the mombesara traditional ceremony.
