In estimating the risk in the face of uncertainty , companies can use analysis as a financial report estimated future formulation of the plans . Use report analysis a finance company capable of know estimation the work of these efforts division in his company. To know the financial performance of corporations in this is done through the profitability analysis ( rentabilitas ). Through the ratio of the company capable of measuring the extent to which the company ability to obtain profit. Objectives in this research is to investigate and to identify the financial performance of pt wijaya karya ( persero ) tbk a period of 2014 until 2018. In this research data collection used through via a observation and the literature study with reference to the company financial performance data. Research methodology in the writing of this is done through which is done based on the ratio of the with of a quantitative approach . Observation data to the financial pt wijaya karya ( persero ) tbk the period 2014 until 2018 . Based on the results of the analysis can summarized in general during the past year observation data ratio in the ratio of the gpm, npm, oim roe and had fluctuations caused earnings up and down and ratio in roa was decreasing.keywords : Ratio Analysis, Financial Performance, Profitabiliy

In the current era of globalization, technology is growing rapidly and is a demand for companies requiring accounting systems that can produce financial statement information. CV. Optik Bonie is a company engaged in trading and still uses the system manually in the process of making financial reports starting from recording cash receipts, cash disbursements, sales, purchases and receipt of repayment of accounts receivable to financial statements making. This makes it possible at the time of the process to occur an error in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in searching for the required data. The application of accounting applications using Myob Premier V.16 is a solution to solve problems that exist in the company and with a computerized system that can make activities effective and efficient compared to manual methods.

PT. Aneka Gas Industri Tbk sebagai salah satu perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), yang terkategori perusahaan besar perlu memperhatikan, mengevaluasi dan merumuskan strategi dalam pemberian motivasi yang tepat kepada sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dapat berdampak positif bagi perusahaan.Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial ada pengaruh antara variabel motivasi terhadap variabel kinerja sebagai salah satu penentu pentingnya unsur motivasi yang dapat menentukan dan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai uji t hitung untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X) sebesar 10,230 dan t tabel 2,011 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dikarenakan nilai t hitung > t Tabel dan nilai signifikan < dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, atinya Variabel Motivasi (X) dapat dikatakan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Variabel Kinerja (Y).

Studi empiris yang mengkaji aspek keprilakuan pada minat, melaporkan adanya perbedaan temuan tentang preferensi dosen yang belum memiliki jabatan fungsional akademik dan dosen yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik terhadap pilihan waktu (time prefereuce) dan sikap terhadap resiko (risk attitude) dalam mengurus kenaikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Beberapa studi melaporkan bahwa dosen yang telah memiliki sertifikat pendidik, memilih opsi perspektif waktu yang bersifat “segera”, meskipun dengan nilai utilitas yang lebih rendah. Sementara itu, dalam studi-studi yang lain dilaporkan bahwa dosen yang belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik cenderung santai dalam mengurus kenaikan pangkat dengan menunggu batas waktu maksimal kenaikan pangkat habis. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam studi ini bahwa tidak ada perbedaan preferensi terhadap waktu antara dosen bersertifikasi pendidik dan dosen belum bersertifikasi pendidik, namun dosen yang telah memiliki sertifikasi pendidik bersikap lebih menghindari resiko dibanding yang belum memiliki sertifikasi pendidik.Kata Kunci : minat, sertifikasi pendidik, jabatan fungsional, Prefereusi Terhadap Pilihan Waktu

AbstrakPada setiap perusahaan menginginkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam penyampaian informasi guna memberikan kontribusi yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Kemajuan teknologi informasi sangat mempengaruhi proses pengolahan data penggajian dan data karyawan pada Badan Musyawarah Warga Delatinos Tangerang Selatanyang masih dilakukan sangat sederhana. Hal ini terlihat dari data absensi karyawan, penggajian, dan laporan gaji. Sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan dalam hal laporan dan keakuratan data yang kurang efektif. permasalahan lain yang timbul adalah dalam hal pencarian data yang tidak bisa diakses dengan cepat. Penulis merumuskan permasalahan penggajian pada Badan Musyawarah Warga Delatinos Tangerang Selatan dengan metode waterfall, Kemudian membangunnya dengan sebuah sistem penggajian berbasis web. Dengan dibangunnya sistem berbasis web diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahan data baik absensi, penggajian, dan laporan. Selain itu, website ini juga memiliki kelebihan dalam pengaksesan datanya yang bisa dilakukan dimanapun dan setiap saat.Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, penggajian, karyawan AbstractAt each company wants speed and accuracy in delivering information in order to provide optimal contribution to the company. The progress of information technology greatly influences the processing of payroll data and employee data at the Delatinos Community Consultative Body which is still very simple. This can be seen from employee attendance data, payroll, and salary reports. So that it raises problems in terms of reports and data accuracy that is less effective. Another problem that arises is in terms of searching for data that cannot be accessed quickly. The author formulates payroll issues at the Delatinos Community Consultative Body with the waterfall method, then builds it with a web-based payroll system. With the construction of a web-based system, it is expected to provide convenience in processing data both attendance, payroll and reports. From an Islamic point of view, children are a mandate given by Allah to their parents, to provide good and healthy education, involving families is a place for children to learn, communicate, communicate, and behave towards the environment associated with it, and a children will always need a lot of attention and affection from both parents. The role of parents in the development of early childhood education from an Islamic point of view must be able to provide an explanation of all the children born in a state of nature, instill monotheism and aqeedah truly to children, teach children to help prayer, teach children to read the Koran, motivate children to always pray, teach children to always be grateful, motivate children to worship at the mosque, teach children to always be naked, teach children to always maintain the cleanliness of the body, and teach children to love each other God's creatures. By involving parents in providing education that contains Islamic religious values, it is expected that these early childhood children can support the process of adaptation to the outside environment, bearing in mind that these early childhood have strong character and faith in the process of development of growth and development for child.

Investors will see the company's growth from the premium, disagio, and company fundamentals before making a decision to buy and sell company shares. So starting from this this research will analyze the premium, disagio, and fundamentals of the TLKM Stock Code with data taken from PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Ipot Applications from PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, and the Stockbit Application from PT Stockbit Sekuritas. After that, the data will be continued in the premium and disagio analysis process as well as financial ratios using financial ratio analysis and other procedures using arithmetic calculation techniques that can be interpreted in the form of an economic translation and explanation related to the company's fundamentals. Media use of letters has been known in human civilization for a long time. A letter is a means for delivering information in the form of a written statement to another party both on its own behalf (personal) and because of an official. The position of the letter can be said as a representation in the form of an expression or statement from the sender in communicating the matter conveyed. In brief, it can be stated that the letter is an important communication tool in the administration of work. Continuous correspondence relations, it is common for this activity to be referred to as correspondence or correspondence. the handling of correspondence activities both in the incoming letter and in the outgoing letter in the form of an effort to receive letters, grouping letters, directing letters and the process of efforts to record letters, distribute letters and send letters. The findings of the secretary's assignment in handling incoming letters and outgoing letters are found to be facts. Management of incoming letters has not been optimal and the outgoing mail has not been running optimally.
