Abstract

Android application is designed for agro product E-Commerce that utilize the MySQL database. This application aims to help the Banten Provincial Government to realize the target of corn self-sufficiency in Banten by connecting farmers directly with their consumers. Java, XML, and PHP are used to develop this application. The E-Commerce adheres to the type of C2C system where third party accounts are employed in the transaction. It has a multi-level user system where anyone can register as a seller, buyer, or transportation service. Sellers and transportation services can directly promote their goods in this system. After clicking the button on the application, the Buyers can immediately make transactions quickly, safely, and comfortably. BlackBox and compatibility testing were carried out and produced 100% success. It is indicated that our application is suitable for the digital corn trade management system in Banten to strengthen food security.

Abstract

The trilobite larva of horseshoe crab were tested to the light color, where the response of adult horseshoe crabs to green LED lights is unknown. This study aimed to observe the behavioral response of adult horseshoe crab towards green LED lights. The method used in this study was an experimental laboratory with 22 individuals T.gigas with a total length ±34 cm in certain criteria such as having hard carapace, no shell damage, no molting, and not in the spawning phase. The experiment was carried out in 82 repetitions in artificial ponds and observed under infrared camera. The data was collected by number of responses, time, and patterns. The results showed that 77% horseshoe crabs gave a positive response to light and 23% gave a positive response to dark areas. Horseshoe crab pattern to light response is divided into Straight to Light (41), Side to light (9), Ligth to dark (13) and Straight to dark (12), Side to dark (5) and dark to light (2). The fastest direct straight response is that LED lights that attract horseshoe crabs move quickly and respond immediately Straight to Light with is 18.66 sec/m. This study shows that the adult stage have positive phototaxis and attract to green LED lights by giving faster time with direct response patterns.

Abstract

Mi kering merupakan salah satu makanan favorit yang terbuat dari tepung gandum. Ketergantungan Indonesia terhadap impor gandum haruslah dikurangi yaitu dengan mencari bahan subtitusi lokal yang memiliki nilai gizi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi tepung rumput laut Gracilaria spp terhadap karakteristik mi kering. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mensubtitusikan tepung rumput laut Gracilaria spp sebanyak 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 dan 25% pada pembuatan mi kering. Analisis yang dilakukan pada mi kering adalah komposisi kimia, sifat fisik dan karakteristik organoleptik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik subtitusi tepung rumput laut terdapat pada perlakuan A dengan penambahan 5% tepung rumput laut Gracilaria spp. Nilai komposisi kimia dan sifat fisik mi kering perlakuan A adalah kadar air 6,30%, kadar protein 12,48%, kadar lemak 0,59%, kadar abu 2,61%, kadar serat 0,37%, cooking time 203 detik, cooking loss 7,34% dan daya serap air 93,08%. Nilai organoleptik pada mi kering perlakuan A yaitu warna 4,53 (suka), aroma 4,80 (suka), tekstur 5,30 (suka) dan rasa 5,23 (suka).

Abstract

Cendawan entomopatogen merupakan salah satu aset kenaekaragaman hayati yang potensial untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai agen pengendali hayati. Akan tetapi informasi mengenai keragaman cendawan entomopatogen  terutama di kawasan kasepuhan adat Cisungsang sangat terbatas.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyediakan informasi mengenai keanekaragaman hayati cendawan entomopatogen di kasepuhan adat Cisungsang. Cendawan entomopatogen ditumbuhkan dalam mediun buatan dan diidentifikasi secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis.  Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi diperoleh 11 isolat dari 3 lokasi berbeda yaitu sawah, hutan dan area pemukiman Dari hasil identifikasi menunjukan bahwa yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu famili Clavicipitaceae sebanyak 6 spesimen. Cardyciptacea sebanyak 2 spesimen, Mucorales sebanyak 2 spesimen dan famili Ophiocordycitaceae sebanyak 1 spesimen. Isolate tersebut berasal dari jenis Metarhizium, Beauveria, Hypocrella. Hymenostilbe and Absidia.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the influence of product quality, distribution and digital marketing towards the marketing performance of the UMKM of pecak bandeng as local culinary in pandemic era. The kind of data used in this study is the primary data based on questionnaires given to the owners of pecak bandeng UMKM in Serang city which have used digital marketing. The measurement techniques using likert scale 1-5 and tested with the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer a hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that product quality, distribution and digital marketing have an influence on the marketing performance with a significance value 0.00 < 0.05. The result means that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. And the result means the coefficient of determination indicates product quality, distribution and digital marketing has an influence towards the marketing performance is 96% while the rest 4% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The rhizosphere is a part of the soil located around the plant roots. The community of microorganisms in the rhizosphere is more diverse than the non-rhizosphere soil. Fungi are the most common microorganisms found in the rhizosphere and could influence soil fertility and increase plant resistance against pathogen and environmental stress. This research aimed to study the community of fungi in the rhizosphere of local rice varieties from Banten. Samples were collected from the rhizosphere of eight local rice varieties of Banten, i.e. padi Kewal Bulu Hideung, padi Limar, padi Guling, padi Siang, padi Cokrom, ketan Langgasari, ketan Ruyung dan ketan Cae. Fungi were isolated using the serial dilution method and plated into Potato Dextrose Agar medium. The fungal isolates recovered from the medium were purified using the same medium. Fungal isolates were identified based on their morphological characters. In total, 35 isolates were recovered belonging to seven genera, namely Aspergillus, Chaetomium, Fusarium, Gongronella, Mucor, Penicillium, and Trichoderma. The most abundant fungal community was found in the rhizosphere of padi Guling and padi Ruyung. This research gives insight into the diversity of fungal rhizosphere of local rice from Banten, which might have a role in their resistance against pathogens. Testing these isolates against the particular pathogen of rice could be done in the future to see the potentials for biological control used in rice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk abon bandeng yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM Bilvie. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multiattribute Fishbein, Importance Performance Analyze (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Dalam menentukan sampel, peneliti menggunakan data kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS 22. Dari hasil perhitungan terhadap 105 responden dan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis Multi-atribut Fishbein menunjukkan bahwa nilai sikap (Ao) responden konsumen bandeng abon Bilvie di Kota Serang adalah 316,46 sehingga nilai tersebut terdapat pada interval Positif. Untuk hasil Importance Performance Analysis dapat diketahui bahwa dari 5 atribut produk tersebar di kuadran 2, kuadran 3, dan kuadran 4. Hasil Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) menunjukkan bahwa responden sangat puas dengan atribut-atribut produk abon bandeng Bilvie dari perhitungan Kepuasan Pelanggan. Indeks tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai yang diperoleh adalah 81%, sehingga termasuk dalam interval sangat puas (80% - 100%).

Abstract

The impact of the conversion of rice fields on rice food durability can be seen from the availability of rice produced by rice compared to the rice consumption needs of the population. The availability of rice is obtained by converting the amount of production in the form of dry rice (GKP) into rice, while the population's rice consumption needs are calculated using the approach of Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). The results of the study show that the population projection of Serang City in 2026, the total rate of conversion of rice fields for the last 5 years in Serang City is -4.64 percent or has decreased by around 387 Ha. The conversion of rice fields in Serang City has a negative impact on availability of rice. As a result of the conversion of rice fields, Serang City experienced a loss of rice production of 3785.46 tons and it is predicted that Serang City in 2026 will experience a shortage of 78,324 tons of rice to supply the food needs of the residents of Serang City if the Serang City government does not take action to reduce the rate of land conversion. and the rate of population growth. To supply the food needs of Serang City in the next 5 years, Serang City needs an area of  22,806 hectares of rice fields to supply the food needs of Serang City of 185,092 tons of GKP in 2026. It is predicted that Serang City will experience a shortage of 15,370 hectares of rice fields if the government does not take action. to control the conversion of rice fields and the population growth of Serang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efek dari penambahan asam formiat yang berbeda dalam pembuatan silase limbah ikan terhadap kecernaan dan gambaran darah ikan patin (Pangasius sp.). Penelitian ini terdari 4 jenis pakan yang berbeda dan 3 kali ulangan, yaitu: P1 (70% pakan komersil dan 30% tepung limbah ikan), P2 (70% pakan komersil dan 30% tepung silase limbah ikan dengan penambahan asam formiat 3%), P3 (70% pakan komersil dan 30% tepung silase limbah ikan dengan penambahan asam formiat 5%) dan P4 (70% pakan komersil dan 30% tepung silase limbah ikan dengan penambahan asam formiat 7%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kecernaan total, protein dan lemak tertinggi secara nyata (P<0.05) diperoleh perlakuan P1 dan P2, sedangkan nilai terkecil terdapat pada perlakuan P3 dan P4. Nilai leukosit, hematokrit, dan haemoglobin untuk setiap perlakuan umumnya berada di luar kisaran normal nilai gambaran darah ikan air tawar. Penggunaan asam formiat dengan dosis 3, 5 dan 7% dalam pembuatan silase limbah ikan tidak berdampak positif pada nilai kecernaan pakan ikan patin. Penggunaan asam formiat juga berdampak negatif pada proses fisiologis ikan patin yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai leukosit, hematokrit dan haemoglobin yang diperoleh berada diluar kisaran normal ikan air tawar

Abstract

Catfish is a freshwater fish that is widely cultivated in almost all parts of Indonesia. Potential business catfish, and many enthusiasts, the difference in the distance between the location of the cultivator and the location of the seller causes the need for fish transportation to support production activities. Fish transportation can be defined as an act of moving fish alive from one place to another in which measures are taken to keep the fish survival high up to its destination. One of the efforts to streamline transportation costs is to increase the density of fish in the transportation medium. The high density of fish in closed transportation media is a problem because the demand for oxygen (O2) is also increasing. This transportation research was carried out on March 7 - 8 2020 along the roads of Pandeglang city, Pandeglang district, Serang city, Serang district and Cilegon city. The results of the study in each treatment showed a survival rate value (100%). The test results show that in each treatment the average ranges from 27.7-27.9oC, this shows that each treatment has no effect on temperature changes. The pH parameter in each treatment shows a relatively stable number with an average value in treatment A, B and C of 6.1 mg / L.
