The population in the study was teachers at SMA Dirgantara Center which numbered 34 teachers, while the sample determination technique was. So the sample in this study was 34 people. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a study that aims to find out the degree of relationship and pattern/form of influence between two or more variables, where by this research will be built a theory that serves to explain, predict and control a symptom. As for the data sources in this study from primary data and secondary data. Where is the primary data from observations, interviews and questionnaires? While secondary data can be from documented data. Test results (t) or partial tests show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance as well as motivational variables that also have a positive and significant effect on teacher teaching performance. Simultaneously transformational leadership and motivation of achievement havea positive and significant impact on the teaching performance of teachers. The result of determination is obtained a correlation regression value of 0.770, meaning that together transformational leadership and motivation to excel against the teaching performance of teachers at SMA Dirgantara Center has contributed to a close and positive level. Then the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.566 (56.6%). So it can be said that 56.6% variation of bound variables i.e. transformational leadership and motivation to excel on the model has a contribution to teacher teaching performance at SMA Dirgantara Center while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Anemia is a health problem in this world, especially in developing countries where an estimated 30% of the world population suffers from anemia. Pregnant women are the most vulnerable to malnutrition because there is an increase in nutritional needs to meet the mothers and a fetus needs during pregnancy. One of the alternatives to overcome iron deficiency anemia is the fortification of foods that are consumed by many people, namely sweet potatoes. The aims of this research was to determine the effect of consumption of sweet potatoes processing on hemoglobin levels of multiparous mothers. This research was conducted for 1 year consisting of the first stage, namely determining the research sample based on the criteria of 32 samples, the second stage was giving informed consent and determining the intervention given, the third stage with the type of research used was Quasi-Experimental research with pretest-posttest only control group design, The design was to measure the hemoglobin levels before and after the intervention giving sweet potatoes for 2 weeks in the control group and the intervention group. The fourth stage was processing the data by using the paired T-test and independent T-test. The results of statistical tests used the paired T-test showed that in the control group the value of ρ = 0.005 <α = 0.05 and the intervention group ρ = 0.000 <α = 0.05. And the results of statistical tests used the independent T-test obtained a value of ρ = 0.008 <α = 0.05, which means that there is an influence between sweet potatoes procesing and an increase of Hb levels for multiparous pregnant women at Minasa Upa Public Health Center of Makassar.

Abstract

Many infant mortality rates are due to premature events. Premature babies are at high risk for hypothermia and hyperbilirubinemia. To overcome this, an incubator can be used as a warmer and light therapy as blue light therapy for yellow babies. However, both medical devices have still been found using manual control. If the health worker is tired of working and manually controlling both devices, it can put the baby at risk. Multifunctional infant incubator based on ESP32, which is an infant incubator equipped with phototherapy and a mechanical swing. This multifunctional baby incubator has the ability to warm the baby's body, the baby yellow light therapy, and can calm the baby when crying. This tool can be monitored remotely using the Internet of Things (IoT). The sensors used are the DHT22 sensor and the sound sensor. Multifunctional baby incubator can make it easier for hospital or basic health care facility level to monitor baby's health in real time without being at the device location and the resulting data can be stored neatly.

Abstract

Utilization of ultisols in Southeast Sulawesi may be approached by inoculating viable arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) exposing plant growth-promoting activities to the growth of native economical plants. This study investigated a combination of AMF and liquid organic fertilizers from coconut husks to improve the growth of soybean plants grown on ultisols as one of the potential marginal soils in the region. The coconut husk served as an abundant, cheap, yet potential source for the preparation of liquid organic fertilizers. This study used two factorial design with four treatment levels. The first factor was designed for different AMF species (10 g/pots): control (M0), Acaulospora delicata (M1), Septoglomus constrictum (M2), and Claroideoglomus etunicatum (M3) while the second factor was designed for different concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (mL/pots): control (P0), 150 mL/pots (P1), 200 mL/pots (P2), and 250 mL/pots (P3). Based on ANOVA results, the independent application of AMF species and liquid organic fertilizers gave significant results in regards to the experimental variables such as plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, and stem diameter. The best combination of treatment was observed in the treatment using Septoglomus constrictum with the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer of 250 mL (M2P3) to yield the highest growth performance of soybean plants on ultisols.

Abstract

The main function of a bank is based on banking law no. 7 of 1992 is as an intermediary institution. As an intermediary institution, banks must be able to maintain profitability ratios and capital adequacy ratios. This is because the capital adequacy ratio of a bank is an important benchmark for consumers or users of these banking services. The focus of this research is to determine how much influence the profitability ratio of a bank, namely the ratio of NIM, OEOI and ROE to the Bank's Capital Adequacy, namely the CAR variable. The research method used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that all profitability ratios had a simultaneous effect on bank capital adequacy. Meanwhile, for the individual effect, only the ROE variable has no effect, while the other variables, namely NIM and BOPO, have a partial effect on CAR.
