Abstract

Concrete is a material widely used in construction projects. The quality of concrete is strongly influenced by some of its constituent materials such as water, cement, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and other additives. In the implementation of construction using concrete, there is a great deal of damage to concrete materials, one of which is porous or with other names voids (cavities or holes). Therefore, repair methods used for occurring damage in concrete are needed. This study used a 15cmx15cmx15cm cube-shaped concrete sample divided into three samples, namely 6 cubes of normal concrete, 6 cubes of concrete made intentionally porous with grouting method using Sikagrout215, and concrete which was intentionally made porous with a method of grouting using a mixture of cement and water (cement paste) 6 cubes. Each cube were tested its compressive strength at the stage of 7, 21 and 28 days. The results showed that the cause of porous concrete was caused by several factors including cement water factor, lack of compaction process, the aggregate ratio used, and poor workability. Concrete compressive strength results at 28 days showed that the compressive strength of normal concrete was 230,459 kg / cm², concrete grouting with 215 cycles of 318,532 kg / cm², and grouting concrete with a mixture of cement and water 316,707 kg / cm². Grouting concrete using 215 cycles has the largest value among the three samples. Hence, in this study the grouting method is the right choice to make porous concrete repaired. Abstract

Pembangunan bidang konstruksi yang semakin meningkat menuntut pihak pelaksana pembangunan untuk penyelesaian aktivitas proyek dengan lebih cepat dan efisien. Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi umumnya banyak menghadapi permasalahn baik kegiatan dengan waktu, biaya maupun mutu. Mengaplikasikan BIM sampai pemodelan 4D dan menganalisi kinerja waktu pada proyek pembangunan workshop kapal merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Software yang digunakan dalam proses pemodelan adalah Revit Structure, Navisworks. Pemodelan 3D diantaranya terdapat pondasi, kolom, balok, pelat dan atap. Menggabungkan jadwal atau schedule dengan model 3D akan menghasilkan pemodelan 4D didalam software Autodesk Navisworks. Analisis kinerja waktu yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kurva S. Penerapan BIM telah dilakukan hingga memperoleh model dalam bentuk 3D dan 4D. Berdasarkan nilai deviasi, proyek ini tidak mengalami keterlambatan sama sekali. Nilai deviasi positif tertinggi +19.15% dan terendah +7.33%. Serta melakukan perhitungan anggaran biaya berdasarkan pemodelan di revit structure dengan total biaya Rp. 5.813.838.429.

Abstract

Fire disaster is one of the disasters that is very detrimental to the community both in terms of casualties and property and assets that are invaluable. Building A University of Semarang (USM) and the assets in it are very important things to maintain. Several USM buildings have been equipped with facilities regarding fire preparedness, but most of the USM buildings also do not have these facilities completely. Apart from the facilities, the building occupants' knowledge of fire disaster preparedness cannot yet be known to what extent their understanding is. Evaluation of infrastructure which refers to the standards set by the government needs to be carried out. This can increase awareness and can also minimize losses that can occur. So that activities that take place in the USM area can run well and calmly. There is a significant relationship with a strong enough to strong and positive direction correlation level between the combination of the relationship between 2 variables consisting of HR, Program, and Facilities variables. The residents of building A USM are considered to be ready to face the risk of fire disasters, although the current condition of supporting facilities for fire disaster preparedness is deemed necessary to be added. Abstract

Jalur Utara Pulau Jawa merupakan jalur penghubung pusat-pusat perekonomian besar di Pulau Jawa, hampir 85% pergerakan lalu lintas orang dan barang melalui lintas ini. Untuk mengurangi beban pada jalan nasional lintas utara Pulau Jawa, maka dibangunlah jalur ganda kereta api lintas utara Jawa yang mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2015. Kemudian pertanyaan muncul bagaimana kinerja angkutan barang melalui jalan darat dan jalur kereta api setelah beroperasinya jalur ganda kereta api lintas utara Jawa. Penelitian kinerja angkutan barang dilakukan dengan membandingkan waktu tempuh, biaya operasional antara moda jalan dan kereta api dari Jakarta menuju Surabaya berdasarkan studi literatur penelitian dan survei yang pernah dilakukan, sementara pengukuran kepuasan jasa pelayanan dilakukan menggunakan metode survei kuesioner secara online terhadap konsumen jasa pengiriman moda jalan dan kereta api, kemudian akan dianalisis menggunakan service quality, importance performance analysis, dan dimensi servqual. Hasil penelitian kinerja angkutan barang dalam segi waktu menunjukan moda jalan melalui jalan tol membutuhkan waktu perjalanan tercepat yaitu 10 jam, dan biaya operasional untuk mengangkut 800 ton barang menggunakan kereta api merupakan moda dengan biaya operasional terendah yaitu Rp. 506.336.000,-, sementara pengukuran kepuasan jasa pelayanan perusahaan angkutan jalan darat mempunyai nilai rata-rata servqual -0,356 dengan nilai Quality yang mendekati memuaskan, sehingga perlu perbaikan pelayanan pada 11 atribut faktor prioritas IPA dengan nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dalam kategori puas, sementara pelayanan perusahaan angkutan kereta api mempunyai nilai rata-rata servqual -0,573 dengan nilai Quality yang mendekati memuaskan, sehingga perlu perbaikan pelayanan pada 11 atribut faktor prioritas IPA dengan nilai CSI dalam kategori cukup puas.

Abstract

Jabodetabek development has had an impact on the supporting transportation system, the more developed Jabodetabek, the more developed the existing transportation system. But at this time in various countries in the world there is an outbreak of Covid-19 which has a major impact on all aspects. In Indonesia a system has been set up aimed at suppressing the expansion of the Covid-19 outbreak by implementing a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) system. Large-scale social restrictions are restrictions on certain activities of residents in an area suspected of being infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-191 in such a way as to prevent the possibility of spreading Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-I9). Large-scale Social Restrictions must be based on epidemiological considerations, the magnitude threats, effectiveness, support of resources, operational technical, political, economic, social, cultural, defense and security considerations.The impact of the PSBB is strongly felt in aspects of the existing transportation system, therefore there is a need to study "Jabodetabek Transportation System in the Cons PSBB ". This research uses descriptive analysis. This method is used to identify the impacts that are influenced by factors that are happening. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is known that the Jabodetabek transportation system service during the PSBB implementation based on the existing influence factor is the public transportation system in Jabodetabek felt the overall impact such as railroad tracks, public buses, conventional taxis and online taxis and motorcycle taxis. This public transportation service system is limited in terms of operating time and passenger restrictions, so this condition is not good for many people because it also impacts on the weakening of the economy, reduction in transportation modes and passenger congestion. So that this condition is not good in various aspects, but the influence factor is aimed at suppressing the spread of Covid-19 which is still endemic in Indonesia, especially in the Jabodetabek area which has become a red zone. The decrease in the number of passengers occurred since January 2020, starting on April 15, 2020 the number of passengers decreased significantly, namely 78.70% in KRL, 90.12% in TransJakarta, 94.12% in MRT, 93.05% in LRT, 64.71% in Taxi and 58.33% in taxibike. Abstract

Permintaan untuk membangun sebuah bangunan yang kuat namun murah merupakan sebuah hal yang sering terjadi kepada kontraktor. Konstruksi baja biasanya digunakan pada bangunan industrial seperti gudang atau bengkel beserta bangunan yang mempunyai sifat memfasilitasi kegiatan industrial. Kelebihan konstruksi baja adalah mudahnya untuk ereksi bangunan sehingga menggunakan waktu yang singkat, dan juga lebih kuat daripada beton pada bentangan yang sangat besar. Namun, biaya dalam konstruksi baja lebih besar daripada konstruksi beton. Pada penulisan ini, digunakan proyek perkembangan area peleburan timah pada Tanjung Uncang. Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, dilakukan pengambilan data di lapangan beserta observasi langsung pada lapangan. Setelah data tersebut diperoleh, data tersebut akan dianalisa dan dihitung. Structural Engineering diterapkan pada penulisan ini. Dengan pembebanan dan kasus pembebanan yang ada sesuai dengan SNI 1727-2013, struktur tersebut akan dianalisa dengan bantuan program ETABS dan hasil dari pembebanan akan dimasukkan ke dalam perhitungan desain balok kastela sesuai dengan AISC Castellated and Cellular Beam Design. Hasil analisa tersebut akan digunakan dalam menganalisa dan membandingkan efisiensi antara balok kastela dengan balok konvensional. Efisiensi biaya menggunakan balok kastela dibandingkan dengan balok konvensional pada proyek ini sebesar 8.43%. Sedangkan efisiensi volume menggunakan balok kastela dibandingkan dengan balok konvensional pada proyek ini sebesar 17.58%. Untuk rasio kekuatan dari balok kastela B2 dan B3 adalah 0.345 dan 0.907 pada masing-masing profil, sedangkan untuk balok konvensional B2 dan B3 adalah 0.933 dan 0.768 pada masing-masing profil. Walaupun efisiensi pada biaya tidak menarik, namun balok kastela bisa berfungsi lebih efisien karena pekerjaan MEP bisa melalui bukaan dari balok kastela.

Abstract

The high rate of growth of the construction sector in Indonesia has not been matched by its level of success. Problems are still found in many construction projects that result in project unsuccessfulness, including time loss and bad quality work. In order to support the success of construction projects in Indonesia, the aim of this study is to determine the critical factors that influence the success of construction projects in Indonesia. Data collection through questionnaires on 417 respondents who were directly involved in the project. The questionnaire was based on 4 previous studies, measured by a 5-point Likert scale of agreement and consisting of 64 project success variables. The analysis was performed using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The results of this study indicate that there are 6 factors that influence the success of construction projects in Indonesia, namely: (1) Factors related to the Project Manager; (2) Factors related to the Contractor; (3) Factors related to Supervisors; (4) factors related to the project; (5) Factors related to Owner; and (6) Factors related to Owner2. Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu indikator utama kinerja keselamatan infrastruktur jalan. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah kecelakaan lalu lintas yang masih sangat tinggi terjadi di negara berkembang, khususnya di Indonesia. Di beberapa negara maju, upaya dalam maminimalkan jumlah kecelakaan terus dikembangkan, salah satu langkah awalnya adalah melakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan antara tingkat kecelakaan dan kondisi jalan/ lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola hubungan hasil penilaian keselamatan jalan berupa Road Protection Score (RPS) dengan tingkat kecelakaan. Pada penelitian ini, hubungan tingkat kecelakaan dan RPS ditinjau pada studi kasus ruas jalan Nasional Pantura dalam Kota Tegal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam hal ini kondisi infrastruktur jalan dan lingkungan jalan diwakili oleh suatu nilai Road Protection Score (RPS) dan/atau Star Rating yang dikembangkan oleh International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP). Nilai RPS dihasilkan berdasarkan penilaian terhadap elemen-elemen jalan yang disimpulkan dalam suatu formulasi. Hubungan tingkat kecelakaan dan Star Rating di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi dan uji statistik untuk mengetahui kekuatan serta signifikansi hubungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan yang terjadi antara tingkat kecelakaan dan Star Rating adalah sangat lemah. Hasil tersebut mengindikasi kondisi infrastruktur jalan dan lingkungan jalan memiliki dampak yang berbeda-beda terhadap resiko kecelakaan suatu lokasi jalan.

Abstract

President Joko Widodo has issued a ban on all people to go home on Eid al-Fitr 1441 Hijri to suppress the spread of the covid19 virus. The purpose of this paper is to find out what the impact of the prohibition of going home due to the co-pandemic19 on the air transport business in Indonesia. One of the sectors affected by the prohibition of going home is the tourism sector. Another sector affected by air transport is the aviation itself. Various sectors, both formal and informal, experienced a very significant decrease in sales and impacted on rising unemployment in Indonesia. Also affects unemployment. Data collection techniques are using secondary data that is data obtained from previous researchers to be processed based on the author's personal thoughts. The results obtained from this study are a decrease in the number of passengers per February 2020 domestic flights by 10.06%, while international flights decreased by 31.25%. This certainly has the potential to go down further after the prohibition of going home. PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's total revenue. In Q1 2020, it decreased by 33%. In addition to the high season period, namely the Eid Mubarak, school holidays, and Hajj and Umrah this year, it is estimated that there will be no increase in the number of passengers. In March 2020 there was a decrease in hotel room occupancy by 20.64% of YoY. This decline figure is interpreted to continue to decline due to the prohibition of going home due to an increase in hotel occupancy rates in Lebaran and school holidays which in previous years could increase by up to 10%. Unemployment in DIY rose 0.52% to 3.38 % from the previous 2.86%. The potential increase in unemployment nationally can occur between 4.25 million people to 9.35 million people. The positive impact of the existence of this homecoming ban makes people not reduce the substance of going home during Eid al-Fitr that is mutual forgiveness via online to practice adaptation. Abstract

Wharf merupakan fasilitas pelabuhan sebagai tempat kapal berlabuh untuk bongkar muat barang atau penumpang. PT. Paxocean merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang marine engineering di Batam. PT. Paxocean akan merancang dan membangun wharf untuk tujuan tertentu. Wharf dibangun dengan dimensi panjang 300 m dan digunakan untuk memperbaiki kapal dengan panjang 280 m dan draft 5 m dan level seabed berada di kedalaman -8 m. Dalam penelitian ini akan dipelajari dan direncanakan struktur wharf yang terdiri dari slab, fender, bollard dan sheet pile. Struktur dihitung dengan menganalisa beban dan menghitung momen terbesar yang terjadi akibat beban terfaktor. Langkah yang digunakan dalam menganalisa beban adalah dengan mengumpulkan data dan design input dari pemilik. Slab direncanakan untuk menahan beban hidup sebesar 2 t/m2 dan didukung oleh sistem pondasi tiang pancang. Slab direncanakan dengan tebal 300 mm dengan tulangan D20-200 dua lapis. Fender system direncanakan untuk menahan berthing force akibat kapal. Berthing force yang terjadi dihitung dengan kecepatan kapal sebesar 0,15 m/s. Besarnya gaya tersebut sebesar 77,06 ton dengan menggunakan UE-800 berkapasitas 119,61 ton. Bollard direncanakan menggunakan pipa dengan tebal 12 mm dan diameter 600 mm untuk menahan beban sebesar 500 kN. Kapasitas pipa baja tersebut sebesar 2304,56 kN. Sheet pile direncanakan untuk menahan tekanan aktif tanah. Momen yang terjadi akibat tekanan tanah aktif sebesar 315,7 kNm. Sheet pile KSP IIIA memiliki nilai momen tahan sebesar 1503,53cm3. Sheet pile KSP IIIA memiliki nilai section modulus sebesar 1520 cm3.
