Abstract

Penggunaan energi yang berasal dari minyak bumi atau fosil memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan yang kurang baik dan semakin lama jumlahnya juga semakin sedikit. Oleh karena itu, adanya keperluan untuk mencari energi yang dapat memiliki siklus atau terbarukan yang bersifat alami dan tidak merusak lingkungan. Salah satu bentuk energi terbarukan yang berkelanjutan dan memiliki siklus adalah air. Perhitungan pada perencanaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi aliran air pada Bendungan Sei Gong sebagai salah satu sumber energi terbarukan melalui Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH). Perhitungan pada perencanaan ini terdiri atas perhitungan analisa hidrologi, analisa debit andalan, perhitungan daya listrik yang mampu dihasilkan, dan pemilihan jenis turbin yang cocok. Perhitungan analisa hidrologi menggunakan data klimatologi dari stasiun BMKG. Sedangkan untuk perhitungan debit andalan memerlukan data Bendungan Sei Gong. Hasil daripada perhitungan dalam perencanaan ini mendapatkan hasil curah hujan rencana maksimum 100 tahun adalah 442,163 mm, debit banjir rencana 100 tahun adalah 441,984 m3/detik, dan perhitungan debit andalan 0,11 m3/detik. Dengan hasil hidrologi demikian, maka daya listrik yang dapat dihasilkan adalah 3,24 kW. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bendungan Sei Gong berpotensi sebagai PLTMH namun dengan daya listrik yang dihasilkan sangat kecil. Dengan tinggi jatuh air 6 meter, maka jenis turbin yang digunakan adalah jenis turbin Kaplan & Propeller.

Abstract

Road safety is defined as physical fulfillment of road elements according to its technical requirements and roadside conditions so that the road does not contribute to traffic accidents. The condition of roads that meet technical requirements is also called roadworthiness. This paper aims to review safety aspects of road worthiness tests. The study was conducted using qualitative approach based on procedures for roadworthiness test according to Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 11/PRT/M/2010. Data from field test results and surveys are then processed to obtain roadworthiness categories by referring to six technical components, namely geometric, pavement structures, bridges, right of way, traffic management and road equipment. The Tambu-Tompe National Road section in Central Sulawesi was chosen as the case study. The results indicated that the segment is categorized as “Conditional” where the proportion of “Eligible” and “Conditional” is 44% and 56%. The results of the study can be used by road authorities to determine priority of fulfillment of road function category. Abstract

Jalan Simpang Patung Kuda – Simpang Bengkong Seken adalah ruas jalan kolektor yang berada di Kota Batam, dengan kondisi eksisting jalan yang ada berupa jalan dengan satu jalur yang dilalui oleh kendaraan dengan arah berlawanan tidak terbagi dengan aktivitas yang padat. Kepadatan pada jalur ini sering muncul akibat volume kendaraan yang melintas tidak bisa terlayani dengan baik oleh lebar jalan yang ada. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan bahwa berdasarkan survei lalu lintas terhadap jenis kendaraan arah Jalan Simpang Patung Kuda – Simpang Bengkong Seken mencapai 3.680 kendaraan/hari dalam 1 jalur lalu lintas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi perencanaan perkerasan kaku dan menganalisa penyebab kemacetan pada ruas Jalan Simpang Patung Kuda – Simpang Bengkong Seken. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana peneliti melakukan analisa, perhitungan dan evaluasi terhadap perkerasan kaku berdasarkan metode Pd T-14-2003 tentang perencanaan perkerasan jalan beton semen serta kapasitas ruas jalan berdasarkan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlu adanya peningkatan kapasitas pada ruas Jalan Simpang Patung Kuda – Simpang Bengkong Seken. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruas jalan tersebut memiliki derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,94 sehingga perlu dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas jalan menggunakan jenis perkerasan kaku. Struktur perkerasan kaku direncanakan dengan menggunakan ketebalan 200 mm, mutu beton K-300, tulangan anyam Ø8-200 mm, tulangan dowel Ø33-300 mm panjang 450 mm, dan tulangan tie bars Ø 16 mm - 750 mm panjang 700 mm.

Abstract

With the development of technology and information, Indonesia's construction also continues to develop. This can be seen from the many construction projects that are being carried out or that have been completed in Indonesia. In the construction project process, of course it will involve project management so that the construction project goes according to plan and can utilize resources effectively, one of them is by arranging project work scheduling. This study aimed to evaluate project scheduling using the Line of Balance method. The research discussion would include determining the duration of work using the Line of Balance method, comparing the duration of work with existing scheduling and identifying the advantages of project scheduling with the Line of Balance method. The research data util ized scheduling from Santika Hotel Batam construction project. Abstract

The use of private vehicles that are increasingly out of control causing traffic congestion. About 71% students and college students in the city of Yogyakarta use private vehicles daily. The main solution to overcome this in Yogyakarta is by improving the quality of public transportation. Students are reluctant to use public transportation because their residential area is not yet reached by Trans Jogja. The purpose of this study is to analyze the need to add bus stops that are suitable for students in the Urban Aglomeration Area of Yogyakarta in order to increase the student's desire to use Trans Jogja, so that it is expected to reduce congestion. The results of this study indicate that the distance between the school or campus to a bus stop has already met the standard, but there are still as many as 9% of students whose school or campus's location is within >400 meters to the bus stop. Meanwhile, the distance from the house to the bus stops does not meet the standards because as many as 45% of students whose house location is within > 400 meters to the bus stop. So Trans Jogja need to add additional stops around residential houses and around schools or campuses to increase the number of students to use Trans Jogja as many as 330 bus stop points consisting of 267 existing bus stops and 63 new bus stops. Abstract

Perkeretaapian di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari peran penting sarana dan prasarana yang selalu dirawat dalam kondisi optimum. Kinerja operasional bergantung pada kesiapan sarana dan prasarana melalui perawatan dan pemeriksaan secara berkala. Proses pengecekan dan perawatan didukung dengan adanya depo dan stabling dalam penyediaan sarana kereta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memodelkan lokasi stabling penyimpanan kereta untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan jaringan kereta di Jawa. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis multikriteria AHP-TOPSIS untuk menentukan kriteria yang berpengaruh dalam penentuan lokasi. Penentuan lokasi didapatkan berdasarkan peringkat nilai preferensi dari hasil analisis. Hasil penelitian ini ditentukan oleh enam kriteria yang berpengaruh yakni topografi, ketersediaan lahan, kawasan bencana, interkonektivitas, aksesibilitas, dan rencana tata ruang. Alternatif lokasi stabling terdiri dari enam rekomendasi yakni Gedebage, Pekalongan, Boharan, Rambipuji, Kebumen, Cikarang.

Abstract

This study discussed about management of coastal area in Kulon Progo Regency based on the risk of the earthquake and tsunami. The aim of this study was to identify potential hazard earthquake and tsunami, analyze the suitability of using land exists to spatial pattern planning, and describe direction of management area’s coastal based on reduction of earthquake and tsunami risk in Kulon Progo Regency. Data was used in this study was information about earthquake and tsunami occurrence obtained from the government institution and also United States Geological Survey (USGS), satelite imagary from digital globe. Data of spatial policy which was used in this study were document of Area Spatial Planing, Coastal Zoning Plan, and small islands at study site. Analyzer used in this study were spatial analyzis, peak ground acceleration analyzis, cross tabulation, and descriptive-qualitative. The result of this study showed that coastal’s area in Kulon Progo Regency categorized as having a medium earthquake with PGA value 134, 754 gal and a high tsunami potential with an area of 7702, 614 Ha. The results of the assessment of the conformity of existing land use in 2016 to the spatial plan in the document of Coastal Zoning Plan of Kulon Progo Regency in 2014-2034 tends to show high deviation of space with the extent of using land mismatch of 10399,139 Ha of the total area of research. Based on that, the direction of coastal management of Kulon Progo Regency has five management scenarios, namely; (1) scenario a-1 in the form of early warning and direction of high population density; (2) b-I scenario in the form of early warning, mitigation, and direction of high population density; (3) b-II scenario in the form of warning, mitigation, and direction of medium population density; (4) b-III scenario in the form of early warning, mitigation, and low population density direction; and (5) scenario c-III in the form of early warning, mitigation, preparedness and low population density directive.

Abstract

Kontruksi-kontruksi bangunan yang ditemukan di Indonesia pada umumnya memanfaatkan beton untuk bahan struktur utama. Meskipun mempunyai kelebihan, beton juga mempunyai kekurangan dalam pemakaiannya yakni beton memiliki sifat yang getas sehingga praktis tidak mampu menahan tegangan tarik yang getas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan serat polypropylene terhadap kuat tekan pada beton normal dan mencari atau mengetahui komposisi kandungan serat polypropylene yang menyebabkan kuat tekan beton yang optimum. Dari hasil tes yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil dari pengujian beton campuran terdiri dari beton campuran serat polypropylene 1%, 2% dan 3%. Pada beton 1% umur 7-28 hari mengalami penurunan kuat tekan beton yakni 438.86 kg/cm2 dengan persentase 91%. Sedangkan beton 2% mengalami peningkatan yakni 505.70 kg/cm2 dengan persentase 105% dan beton 3% mengalami penurunan yakni 330.31 kg/cm2 dengan persentase 69%.

Abstract

Abstract The oprit pile of Labu Sawo Bridge has a height of about 9.70 m with a length of 125 m, planning the labu sawo bridge oprit there is a problem in the subgrade is a type of clay soil which is not good because it has low soil bearing capacity, high moisture content and cracks (DPT) due to landslides so that they have the potential to experience ground movement and shifting. Therefore, calculation of slope stability and soil bearing capacity needs to be done to determine how much the slope safety and bearing capacity of the embankment soil. In the calculation of the analysis, the method used to find the safety value (SF) of the embankment slope is the Bishop and Janbu method. From the results of the method used, the security number given is calculated and then the safety figure is calculated. Based on the calculation results, the oprite embankment slope is categorized as a stable slope with the safety value of the Bishop method of 1.262. while the slope stability analysis used the Janbu method of 1.455 from the Bishop and Janbu method, the oprite slope of the Labu Sawo Bridge was categorized as slope in stable condition. Abstract

Pavement is a space for vehicles to operate, consisting of a composition of materials which is divided into several layers aiming to withstand the weight working on it and distribute them to the layers below. Road Pavement consists of several types, flexible pavement, rigid pavement and composite pavement. Road which is commonly used in Batam city is composite pavement, which is a combination of rigid pavement and flexible pavement. This study discusses the use of glass powder as an alternative to filler in the AC-WC pavement mixture. Waste pieces of glass that are no longer in use are destroyed until they pass through filter no. 200, pieces of glass are easily encountered because of the many furniture that uses glass as the main material. Glass waste as a filler mixture is expected to reduce the budget and reduce glass waste itself. The sample in this study consisted of 3 samples with 3 types of test, conventional asphalt with 4 samples, asphalt with a mixture of 3% glass powder filler with 3 samples, and asphalt with a mixture of 6% glass powder filler with 3 samples. Based on the laboratory tests that were conducted, asphalt that uses glass powder filler as a filler substitute meets the 2018 BinaMarga specifications with the MQ value of 637,235, VIM value of 3,829, VMA value of 18,609 and VFA value of 79,455. Based on this study it can be concluded that glass powder waste can be used as a replacement for pavement fillers.
