Abstract

Increasing economic growth requires the organizers of Fatmawati Airport to develop airside facilities. Along with these developments, it is deemed necessary to analyze the development of flexible pavement geometry in existing and future conditions, considering the runway as a place for several flight activities to occur. For this reason, the runway construction itself is capable of receiving and carrying aircraft loads that are appropriately planned. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the geometric development of flexible pavement on the Fatmawati Airport runway and the existing condition of the flexible pavement on the Fatmawati Airport runway, whether it can serve traffic loads until 2041. Analysis of geometric development on the runway is processed using the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The geometric development of the flexible pavement obtained is then compared with the existing conditions of Fatmawati Airport, Bengkulu City. Based on the runway analysis of Fatmawati Airport, the results of the geometric development of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) rules for runway development should be lengthened by 209 m. These results indicate that the flexible pavement on the Fatmawati Airport runway cannot increase the aircraft load. Bengkulu traffic until 2041, so development is needed. However, the width of the runway has met the classification of 45 m, so there is no need for development.

Abstract

Likuefaksi merupakan kejadian dimana konsistensi tanah berubah dari padat menuju cair akibat berkurangnya tegangan efektif tanah. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena adanya beban siklik ataupun gempa bumi. Kejadian likuefaksi umumnya terjadi pada tanah dengan distribusi butiran pasir halus dan muka air tanah yang dangkal. Likuefaksi dapat menimbulkan kegagalan pada konstruksi maupun tanah seperti seperti sand boils, flow failures, lateral spreads, ground oscillation, kehilangan daya dukung, bangunan turun masuk ke dalam tanah, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui potensi likuefaksi tanah dengan menggunakan permodelan 2 dimensi menggunakan perangkat lunak Quake/W. Data yang digunakan dalam permodelan ini yaitu data stratigrafi tanah yang berasal dari pemboran dan data karakteristik tanah meliputi distribusi ukuran butir, persentase butiran halus, dan indeks plastisitas tanah hasil dari pengujian laboratorium. Selain data kondisi tanah, data gempa juga digunakan dalam permodelan. Data gempa yang digunakan yaitu berupa kurva time history perubahan percepatan terhadap waktu. Permodelan dilakukan dengan skenario kondisi statis dan kondisi dinamis agar memberikan gambaran bagaimana perubahan kondisi tanah sebelum dan setelah gempa. Perubahan tegangan efektif tanah ditinjau pada kedalaman 1m; 1,5m; 2m; dan 2,5m. Hasil permodelan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan tegangan efektif tanah hingga 30% pada masing-masing kedalaman.

Abstract

The increase in population and economy is in line with the demand for movement to palu area and also from Palu to other areas using air transportation. Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport is one of the gateways to Central Sulawesi. Therefore, runway pavements should be able to receive the largest planned aircraft from the farthest planned route. This study aims to analyze the geometric development of runway pavement of Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport. The process of geometric analysis of runways using the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) method using Boeing 737-900 ER as a planned aircraft, the results of the analysis were then evaluated against the existing geometric conditions of runway pavement Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport. Based on the results of the analysis obtained the results of the length of the runway with boeing 737-900 ER planned aircraft of 3019 m. Therefore, it is necessary to development on the runway of Mutiara Sis Al Jufri Airport of 769 m in order to serve the plan aircraft optimally without any restrictions on the weight of the aircraft. At runway width, runway shoulder, runway strip, RESA and stopway do not need to be developed because it has met ICAO rules.

Abstract

Kota Batam merupakan salah satu Kota dengan kegiatan Industri yang cukup besar dan banyak sekali perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri seperti minyak dan gas. Selain perumahan dan kawasan industri, dikota Batam akan dibangun suatu kawasan dengan berbagai kegiatan didalamnya seperti apartemen, kantor, rumah sakit, mall dan ruko-ruko untuk perdagangan lainnya yakni kawasan Mega Super Blok Meisterstadt Batam. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Menyajikan kondisi eksisting sistem pengolahan air limbah yang ada di kawasan Meisterstadt Batam serta Menganalisa konsep waste water management yang cocok untuk diterapkan dikawasan Meisterstadt Batam.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam metode ini penulis juga melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak terkait untuk mendapatkan pendekatan dari materi penelitian yang akan diambil. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan dokumentasi saat berada di lokasi penelitian untuk menambah data primer yang nantinya dapat dilampirkan. Kondisi eksisting dari sistem pengolahan air limbah yang ada di kawasan Meisterstadt Batam yakni menggunakan kolam retensi yang fungsinya untuk menampung air limbah, dikumpulkan dalam satu titik atau kolam sebelum akhirnya dialirkan menuju sungai/titik kumpul air terdekat. penulis akan menawarkan konsep manajemen air limbah yang cocok dan nantinya dapat diterapkan di kawasan Meisterstadt Batam. Metode yang dipilih adalah pengolahan air limbah secara biologis dengan metode biofilter anaerob aerob. Serta menyarankan untuk menerapkan lembaga operator yang nantinya dapat pengatur jalannya proses pengolahan air limbah dikawasan Meisterstadt Batam.

Abstract

Estimasi biaya struktur memiliki peran penting pada tahap perencanaan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode Artificial Neural Network (ANN) sebagai metode pendekatan untuk menghasilkan estimasi biaya struktur gedung yang keakuratannya dapat diuji. Permodelan gedung merupakan struktur beton bertulang dengan model tipikal bentuk persegi panjang yang berfungsi sebagai gedung rumah sakit. Estimasi biaya struktur terdiri dari biaya pekerjaan balok, kolom dan pelat. Tahap pelatihan permodelan ANN menggunakan 60 variasi data dari pengembangan variabel penelitian berupa luas lantai, jumlah lantai, tinggi kolom, kelas situs, dimensi balok dan dimensi kolom. Hasil permodelan ANN menunjukkan estimasi biaya struktur lebih sensitif terhadap variabel dimensi balok dan kolom. Permodelan ANN estimasi biaya struktur menghasilkan nilai persentase error/MMRE sebesar ±1,55% pada data learning dan ±9,75% pada data uji random.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan konstruksi pada umumnya memerlukan suatu manajemen proyek pada setiap pengerjaan proyek. Hal ini dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih optimal dan waktu yang cepat sesuai dengan yang telah diharapkan, baik untuk perusahaan itu sendiri ataupun pihak owner. PT. Kaliban Bangun Prakarsa merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang kontraktor dan sebagai pelaksana dalam pembangunan ruko 3 lantai De Monde Junction. Agar proyek dapat diselesaikan sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang telah disepakati maka suatu proyek dibutuhkan penjadwalan proyek yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat anggaran biaya yang akan dikeluarkan, dan penjadwalan dalam pembangunan, serta membandingkan realisasi dari proyek pembangunan ini dengan perencanaan yang telah dibuat. Metode penjadwalan proyek pada penelitian ini dengan mengaplikasikan metode EVA (Earned Value Analysis) yang berdasarkan dari bobot anggaran biaya yang sudah dihitung setelah itu akan dilakukan analisis terhadap realisasi pekerjaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini telah didapatkan bahwa kegiatan konstruksi yang dilakukan pada proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan yang sangat signifikan. Dapat dilihat dari gambar kurva S realisasi yang telah dibuat, dan juga dari perhitungan Planned Value (PV) yang didapatkan sebesar Rp. 20.145.003.680, sedangkan Earned Value (EV) yang didapatkan sebesar Rp. 14.836.795.210,32, sehinggan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) yang didapatkan 0,7365. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti Force Majeure, kurangnya sumber daya, adanya pekerjaan tiang pancang yang belum selesai sehingga terhambatnya proses pembangunan oleh pihak kontraktor.

Abstract

Batam as a region with leading sectors of marine, tourism, industry, fisheries and Batu Ampar as Main Port has the potential to be developed. One of the main centers of activity is large ports and international airports that have the potential to become national and international-scale economic gateways for logistics hubs. The aim of this research was to determine The Challenges of developing a logstics hub in Batu Ampar Port. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach and secondary data from the Batam port office and the Human Settlements and Spatial Planning Office. The results of this research are there are some challenges from the aspects of Geography, Infrastructure, Connectivity, Transportation costs and time, Trade movement requirements, Shipping dependability, Transport and trade regulations. Poor logistics performance is a major obstacle to trade growth in most cities in Indonesia. In this case there is an international shipping port but does not yet have adequate facilities and infrastructure to become a logistics hub.

Abstract

In the middle of social distancing imposed by the government of Indonesia to reduce the spread rate of COVID-19 virus, the use of bicycles has emerged as a new trend in various cities in Indonesia, one of which is the Special Region of Yogyakarta. However, the increasing growth of bicycle users are also directly proportional to the data on cyclists' accidents. One of the factors causing high number of accidents on cyclists is the human factor. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of cyclists in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data used in the study were granted from questionnaires and field observations of cyclists. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics and behavior of cyclists. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method with a questionnaire resulting the number of respondents as many as 362 cyclists. The results showed that the behavior of cyclists in Special Region of Yogyakarta were quite good, but there are still a lot of cyclists that do not know about regulations governing road cycling safety. It was found that the use of safety equipment does not present traffic compliance.

Abstract

Structural planning that is not in accordance with regulations and theories can result in construction failure. As for one of the factors that influence planning errors is to take into account the burden on the building. The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of structural strength at Kaliban School and also to design solutions for structural strengthening. This study has 5 stages namely, structural design modeling, loading analysis, structural analysis, design, and design control. Structural analysis used ETABS application assistance and manual calculations in accordance with PPIUG, 1983; SNI 1727, 2013; SNI 2847, 2013. The results of ETABS analysis show that the structure of the Kaliban School plan is not resilient so it needs to be re-planned with ETABS method. For existing structures, it is necessary to strengthen the structure because the condition of the building is in the construction phase. The redesigning is done by changing the dimensions of the structural components, calculating the number of reinforcement and add joist to reducing the span of the floor plate. Structural reinforcement was done by adding joists (WF steel profiles 400 x 200 x 8 x 13 BJ 37) to reduce the floor plate span and calculate of BJ 37 steel plate requirements for structural components based on the necessary load from the ETABS analysis results.

Abstract

A strong earthquake is an earthquake that emits very strong energy with a strength of more than 5 on the Richter scale that causes buildings to vibrate for some time. The natural period of the building is the length of time the building vibrates when the earthquake occurs until the earthquake stops which results in the risk of damage and even collapse of the building. One of the buildings that experienced the collapse was due to having a small natural period of the building so that the building was unable to withstand the vibrations caused by the earthquake to the maximum. To minimize the risk of collapse in buildings during an earthquake, one of them is planning an earthquake-resistant building by using a base isolator in order to increase the period of the structure so that it is able to soak up vibrations and slow down the movement of buildings that are excited by the earthquake. The purpose of this study was to determine the natural period of the building and the effect of using a base isolator when an earthquake occurred. The method used in this study is to plan buildings without base isolators and buildings with base isolators and analyze using the SAP2000 v.14 auxiliary program. The results of this study showed that the natural period of the building with Base Isolator in 3D increased 1.59 times for the X direction and 1.63 times for the Y direction. And the effect was a decrease in the displacement of the structure for the period by 66%, 46%, and 41% based on the three earthquake records.
