Abstract

Fever in children is a common condition, especially in children under 5 years of age. Parents have an important role in handling children when they have a fever. Different knowledge of mothers will result in different management of fever in children. Self-medication measures for fever in children vary greatly in the community, some are not yet able to do self-medication because there are very high concerns such as fear of seizures and others. There are also those who have been able to do self-medication with physical therapy or drugs (antipyretics), but rationality in using fever medicine for children can be good and it can be bad. Pulomerak sub-district, Banten. Methods: Analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The results of the research number of respondents in this study were 44 mothers with an average age of mothers was 32.68 ± 7.087. Most of the respondents have low education (45.5%). Most of the respondents' occupations were housewives (31.8%) and most of the family income was above the minimum wage. It was found that 52% of the respondents had low knowledge about fever and it was found that 50% of the total respondents had good and bad management of fever. Based on the results of the Chi square test, it was found that the value of p = 0.002 and the prevalence ratio was 7.0 (1.1 to 46.2) so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about fever and the management of fever in children.

Abstract

The objective of the research is about finding strategies of teacher’s innovativeness by using POP SDM method where it firstly conducted by qualitative research to explore variables affecting teacher’s innovativeness. The dominant variables are creativity and personality as independent variables, and perceived organizational support (POS) as intervening one. After finding variables and constructing model constellation through theoretical framework and expert judgment, then the model is examined by a quantitative research using path analysis on 155 teachers of state primary schools at South Tangerang. On the basis of hypotheses test, the direct effect of variables upon teacher’s innovativeness is Ŷ= 0,283X1 + 0,235X2 + 0,481X3, the direct effect of independent variables upon intervening is X3 = 0,381 X1 + 0,573 X2. Whereas the indirect effect of creativity upon teacher’s innovativeness through POS is βx1yx3 = 0,183, this value is < 0,283X1 which means POS is not significantly effective as intervening on the effect of creativity upon teacher’s innovativeness through POS. While the indirect effect of personality upon teacher’s innovativeness through POS is βx2yx3 = 0,276 that it is > 0,235X2 which means POS is significantly effective as intervening on the effect of personality upon teacher’s innovativeness through POS. Eventually, Sitorem analysis is conducted to determine teacher’s innovativeness improvement by strengthening weak indicators and maintaining good ones in variables ordering based on the highest coefficient correlation. On the basis of SITOREM result, the indicators prioritized to be improved are sequentially from POS, creativity, and personality

Abstract

The adverse impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the maritime supply chain has been felt. Ensuring the stability and efficiency of maritime supply chains in the post-epidemic era is critical for economic recovery and social development, as it is the most important player in international trade. Fortunately, in order to enhance the sustainability of the maritime supply chain as a core industry, ports can strengthen cooperation by integrating with land transport companies. Pricing strategies for the decentralized, centralized and hybrid models are discussed and the effects of state regulation are analyzed. Based on the research results, it was found that if both shipping supply chains were centralized and provided exactly the same services, port congestion due to a crisis such as a pandemic would not significantly erode profits. Second, if the government steps in, maintaining some sort of decentralized supply chain for delivery is a much better option, and prices will go up for it. However, in order to increase the sustainability of the shipping supply chain, the decentralized structure needs to be urgently transferred to a centralized structure, and welfare may decrease when loss of time is high.

Abstract

Kasatker Disinfolata (Navy Information and Data Processing Service) is an institution in the Indonesian Armed Forces engaged in the field of information and data processing. This institution is a professional supervisor of personnel who handle information and data processing. As an adviser for the infolahta profession, the task is to plan, prepare, implement, control and evaluate the assignment of infolahta professional personnel. In realizing consistency in control of the infolahta profession within the Indonesian Navy, it is necessary to reform and organize the infolahta profession personnel in the form of personnel coaching. The problem that will be faced at this time is that there is no data that states the infolahta profession. To support these needs requires a decision support system to facilitate the determination of infolahta profession soldiers. For research using the Profile Matching method as a decision support system. Based on three criteria, namely general education, service in infolahta and military education in terms of Specialist Development Education (Dikbangspes). From the results of this study resulted in a form in the form of personnel recommendations with the highest value from each profile target
