Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix and service quality on JKN customer satisfaction at the Tasikmalaya City Clinic, this study uses descriptive and verification methods, data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results revealed 1) marketing mix influenced JKN customer satisfaction with a value of 0.589, 2) service quality affected JKN customer satisfaction with a value of 0.669, and 3) marketing mix and service quality jointly influenced JKN customer satisfaction with a value of 0.684. Conclusion, there is an effect both directly and jointly the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction National Health Insurance in the Tasikmalaya City clinic. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible disorder of renal function, in which the body's ability to fail to maintain metabolism and balance of fluids and electrolytes, causing uremia. The purpose of this study in general was to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and quality of life in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. The study sample was 64 patients with CKD who underwent hemodialysis at the hemodialysis installation with accidental sampling technique. The results showed that most patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent haemodialysis (71.9%) had severe anemia and most (56.3%) had a poor quality of life. Chi square test results obtained ρ value 0,000 (α = 0.05). Conclusion, There is a statistically significant correlation between anemia and quality of life in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis in the RDUD Dr. Hemodialysis room. M. Yunus. Suggested to Dr. Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu to control the incidence and symptoms of anemia experienced by CKD patients. Keywords: Anemia, Hemodialysis, quality of life, CKD

Abstract

Hemodialysis is a process of cleansing the blood by accumulation of waste. Hemodialysis is used for patients with end-stage renal failure or patients with acute illness who need dialysis for a short time. This study aims to study the relationship of therapeutic communication with anxiety levels in hemodialysis patients in hospitals. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional research design. Sampling in this study used an accidental sampling technique of 38 respondents. Data obtained directly by providing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results obtained: (1) Of the 38 respondents who did therapeutic communication as many as 27 people (71.1%), and who did not do therapeutic communication as many as 11 (28.9%). (2) From 38 respondents there were 20 people (52.6%) severe anxiety, 4 people (10.5%) moderate anxiety, 10 people (26.3%) mild anxiety, and 4 people (10.5%) did not there is anxiety. (3) There is a relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety level in hemodialysis patients in the Hemodialysis Room of RSUD. Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu, with p-value = 0.003 0.005. It is expected that health workers, especially nurses, use therapeutic communication techniques prior to hemodialysis to reduce the anxiety of patients who will undergo hemodialysis by providing more accurate information regarding actions to be taken to foster a relationship of trust between clients and nurses. Keywords: Therapeutic Communication, Anxiety Level, Hemodialysis

Abstract

Social isolation is a condition of isolation from someone with schizophrenia so that the ability to interact with others decreases to be something negative. This study aims to determine the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on the social interaction ability of social isolation clients in Bengkulu Province. The research method, this research is a quantitative study using a Quasi Experiment research design with a pre test and post test approach design without control group. The sample of this study was 30 people with total sampling techniques. The results of the study of social interaction ability of patients social isolation seen from the variables of cognitive abilities, affective and behavior. The average cognitive ability before giving therapy is 13.79, while after therapy is 19.88. The average affective ability before therapy was 14.58 while after therapy was 17.33. The average behavioral ability before therapy is 9.64 while after therapy is an average of 11.06. Based on the results of the t-dependent test, there were differences in the average score before and after the administration of Cognitive Behavior therapy, with the ρ value of each variable 0,000 (α = 0.05). Conclusion, Cognitive Behavior therapy has a significant effect on the ability of social interactions of social isolation patients in Bengkulu Province. Cognitive behavioral therapy is recommended as nursing therapy in treating social isolation clients with decreased social interaction abilities. Keywords: Cognitive behavioral therapy, Social interaction ability, Client social isolation

Abstract

Sectio saecarea (SC) is a method of giving birth to the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterine wall. One of the complications of SC is pain in the incision area. The non-pharmacological pain management strategy is to warm compress with the scent of lavender. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm compress therapy with lavender aroma on decreasing pain intensity in post SC patients before and after warm compresses with aroma lavender. This type of research is quantitative research, with a pre-experimental research design method, using the design of one group pre test - post test design.        On the results of univariate analysis the pain intensity of post SC patients was obtained before a warm compress with lavender aroma in the hospital. The FKT Bengkulu in 2018 is 15 people (100%) Respondents experience moderate pain with a scale of 4-6. While the pain intensity of post SC patients after being warm compressed with lavender aroma is 12 people (80.0%) respondents experienced mild pain with a range of 1-3, and 3 people (20.0%) respondents with moderate pain intensity with a range of scales 4-6. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was an effect of warm compress therapy with lavender aroma on the reduction in pain intensity in post SC patients in the hospital. Bengkulu DKT with a p-value of 0.01 0.05. It is recommended to RS.DKT Bengkulu to apply warm compress therapy with lavender aroma in the management of pain in post SC patients. Keywords: Sectio caesaria, pain, aroma of lavender

Abstract

The incidence of DHF in Fakfak Regency has increased since the last 3 years so it needs to be evaluated. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the DHF P2P program in terms of input, process and output aspects in the working area of the Fakfak Community Health Center in the City of Fakfak Regency. This type of research is qualitative which is presented exploratively descriptively through in-depth interviews. The subjects of the study were the DHF P2P program coordinator, jumantik cadres, foging officers and the Head of the Puskesmas. Data collected by in-depth interview technique. The results of research on the implementation of the Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever disease prevention program in the Puskesmas Fakfak area were reviewed from the Input aspects: 1) Implementing staff, the knowledge possessed by officers and jumantik cadres was quite good; 2) Allocation of funds comes from BOK and JKN funds, but not sufficient; 3) Other program facilities are available, foging machines are still limited. In terms of Process; 1) Program planning,  it has been arranged in the KAK (Terms of Reference);2) Implementation has not been maximized, mass foging cannot yet be carried out due to limited funds; 3) Standard and periodical recording and reporting has been carried out in the format provided. Output aspects of DHF morbidity rate in 2017 are still high 42 cases, the rate of larvae free coverage since 2017 has increased and in 2018 until the third trimester reached 80%. In conclusion, the implementation of the DHF P2P program at the Fakfak Health Center has not been effective, obstacles experienced due to limited personnel, limited funds and lack of active community and cross-sectoral involvement. Suggestions for DKK to continue to do promotive and preventive efforts by adding funds, refracting cadres who are not active, adding foging machines and involving the community. Keywords : Puskesmas DBD P2P Program, Input, Process and Output

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a non-communicable disease which is projected to experience a significant increase in the world, including in Indonesia. An increase in the population of people with DM has an impact on the increased incidence of diabetic ulcers as a chronic complication of DM. Diabetic ulcers that occur will have an impact on the quality of life of DM sufferers themselves. The purpose of this study was to find out how the quality of life of DM patients with diabetic ulcers. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using interview techniques and observational approaches. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. The variables studied were the quality of life of DM patients with diabetic ulcers including physical, functional, psychological and social dimensions. The results of this study generally illustrate that the quality of life of DM patients with diabetic ulcers shows a good category. The quality of life of DM patients on the physical dimension is mostly in the good category (60%), the functional dimension is mostly in the good category (80%), the psychological dimension is mostly in the good category (80%), and the social dimension is mostly in the good category. medium category (40%). It can be concluded that the quality of life of DM patients with diabetic ulcers is generally in the good category. Abstract

 Urinary infection is a pathological condition that has been known for a long time and can be found in various primary health services to subspecialty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the incidence of infection urinary tract in patients at the urological clinic poly Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. The research design used qualitative with a descriptive approach. The informant's research method in this study used the "Purposive Sampling" technique. The source of information in this study was patients who visited the urology clinic poly Dr. Married M Yunus Bengkulu and data from the medical clinic of the urology clinic Dr. RSUD M Yunus Bengkulu as many as 5 patients. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques. The results of this study obtained a theme namely, a etiological aspect. In the etiological aspect, it is found the patient have a habit of holding urine and drinking less water, especially at certain times and circumstances. The conclusions were the informants understood a little about urinary infections, all informants had experienced urinary tract infections for the first time, the sexual activities carried out by informants were reasonable or mediocre sexual activity, all informants had the habit of sometimes holding back urination, especially in when certain activities such as long trips and work, and all informants have the habit of drinking water. Keywords: Infection, Knowledge, Etiology, Handling.

Abstract

Caring is a nursing action based on the desire to understand, help and reduce suffering by taking the best actions for health. Caring behavior must also be given to Covid-19 patients. The research objective was to determine the adaptation of nurses' caring behavior in Covid-19 patients in the RSUD Dr. Isolation room. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, involving 10 participants as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and observations observing the caring behavior of nurses in providing nursing services to Covid-19 patients. Data analysis techniques include transcripts of interview results, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation, which are then concluded. The results of the study were obtained, all the participants had applied aspects of caring, namely caring, responsible, friendly, calm, patient, always ready, motivating, empathetic towards Covid-19 patients and their families, even though there was worry and anxiety in themselves participant. Conclusion, nurses still have caring behavior in providing nursing care and can adapt to apply caring behavior to Covid-19 patients sincerely even though as individuals they have a sense of concern. It is suggested that the spirit of caring should always be turned on in nurses, this requires support from management in improving the physical, mental and spiritual health of nurses so that nurses can provide professional nursing services. Keywords: Adaptation, Behavior, Caring

Abstract

The distraction method is a method for pain relief by diverting the patient's attention to other things so that the patient will forget about the pain he is experiencing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons on the decrease in pain scale during injection in preschool children (3-6 years) in the Edelwis room of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest and posttest design. Samples of 30 respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out using a pain scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies that were related in this study. The results of the study, from 30 respondents there were 23 people with mild pain and 7 people with moderate pain after being treated watching animated cartoons. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value of -3.963 is obtained with the A symp value. Sig (ρ) = 0,000, because the value of ρ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons to reduce the pain scale in pre-school children when injecting in the Edelweis room of Dr. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. It is expected that health workers and the community can be more focused on care for children when the child is hospitalized in undergoing hospitalization. Keywords: Distraction Technique, Watching Animated Cartoons, Pain Scale
