Abstract

This thesis aims to examine the management process applied in the Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang. Beginning with the curriculum planning process, implementing the curriculum, and how to evaluate the curriculum of the Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang. This research aims to find out and describe the managerial process of the curriculum, and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of efforts to achieve the vision, mission that has been set.This thesis is a report on the results of field research using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study research approach that takes place at the Al-Rifa'ie 2 Malang Boarding School.Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by reducing data, then presenting data, and finally from the compiled data conclusions are drawn. Checking the validity of the data is done with credibility which includes Triangulation, peer checking, extension of observation time, increasing perseverance.The results of the analysis show that the curriculum management implemented by p Madrasah Murottilil Qur'an Al-Rifa'ie 2 At the planning stage, the process carried out was planning the implementation time, the learning program, making the academic calendar, and how the evaluation was held. At the implementation stage, it starts with a new santri test, conducts learning and conducts an ascension test. The evaluation process is carried out at least 2x in one month, and 1 and after one semester.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangat rentang terjadi yang namanya konflik, baik antar pribadi atau kelompok, apalagi jika kita berinteraksi dalam sebuah organisasi, konflik bisa saja muncul karena hal sepele atau mungkin hal yang berat. sehingga salah satu jalannya adalah bagaimana mengatur konflik agar tidak menjadi lebih meluas atau bisa dikendalaikanpengelolaan konflik ke arah positif membutuhkan proses dan usaha yang tidak mudah. konflik dapat dijadikan sebagai stimulus peningkatan komunikasi dan kualitas kerja, namun  juga dapat menurunkan kualitas kinerja seseorang jika tidak dapat dikendalikan( wijayanti, dalam hasanah). oleh karena itu, konsep dan perumusan manajemen  konflik yang tepat sangatlah dibutuhkan. pengelolaan konflik juga mendapatkan perhatian dalam kajian agama islam.  hubungan baik antara manusia dengan allah diatur secara terperinci dalam seluruh dasar agama islam yang juga mengatur hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia termasuk masalah konflik. dalam islam, konflik merupakan bawaan alami manusia sebagai bukti penciptaan allah swt dalam berbeda jenis kelamin serta berbeda bangsa dan suku bangsa. perbedaan tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya perbedaan mulai dari bentuk fisik, warna kulit, pemikiran, nilai, bahasa, agama, kebudayaan, perilaku dan sebagainya yang keseluruhannya merupakan sumber terjadinya konflik

Abstract

In educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, the policy of a leader becomes the center of discussion and attention of experts, namely in terms of science itself and other sciences. Based on these facts, especially those related to the policies of the boarding school leaders have the right to all authority and responsibility that exist in the foundation, especially in formal education under its auspices. Therefore it is necessary to re-examine the policies of the Islamic boarding school leaders in the development of formal education, so that in the development of education it is not only in Islamic boarding school education.          Based on the cases taken, the formulation of the research problem is to describe how the policies of the leader of the Islamic boarding school Hidayaul Mubtadi'in Kembang in the development of formal education, and to describe how the policy making process of the leader of the Islamic boarding school Hidayaul Mubtadi'in Kembang in the development of formal education. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data which was then selected and simplified according to the research findings, by presenting data that could be drawn conclusions. In this study, the data validity checking techniques used were credibility, transfrability, dependability, and confirmability              The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) The policy of the leader of the Islamic boarding school Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Kembang in the development of formal education is made in a way that is always side by side, in line and continues to collaborate with the school. the policies are also very good, and very supportive of the existing programs in schools. Planning any policies before the start of each year of the education period. Planning references are the government's vision and mission, vision and mission of the institutions and pesantren programs. Policy efforts include meetings to evaluate development programs, strengthening collaboration, and building creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship. Policies are made on the basis of deliberation and the existence of responsible parties, namely caregivers, administrators, school principals and all WAKA, 2) The process of making policies for the leadership of the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Kembang Islamic boarding school in the development of formal education, namely receiving input and suggestions by considering conditions and situations, communicate intensively, and use the alternative dar'ul mafasid muqoddamu 'ala jalbil masholih in the rules of ushul fiqh, accompanied by holding meetings and deliberations.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan lembaga pendidikan adalah kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah merupakan seorang pemimpin lembaga pendidikan yang mengatur sumber daya lembaga pendidikan untuk bersama-sama mewujudkan visi dan misi lembaga. Dapat dikatakan kepala sekolah merupakan ujung tombak yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur dan mengkoordinasikan sumber daya manusi untuk membangun lembaga pendidikan yang maju dan bermutu. Sehingga kepala sekolah ditutut untuk menguasai dan mengetahui hakikat kepemimpinan, dan strategi-strategi dalam meningkatkan kepemimpinan yang dijalankan.

Abstract

 Entrepreneurship development management in boarding schools is a form of economic independence boarding schools. Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that has the function of printing human resources as a whole, has expertise in religious knowledge, general science, and entrepreneurship as an effort to equip students with the skills to face the challenges of the times. The development of entrepreneurship at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school is an actualization of the role of the Islamic boarding school as an independent institution and a printer of superior human resources. The issue that will be examined is how the management of entrepreneurship development in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang, as well as several supporting and inhibiting factors in entrepreneurship development in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school.This research is a case study with qualitative descriptive research. Data obtained from research subjects such as caregivers, business unit heads, board administrators and students managing business units Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data condensation, data presentation and then drawing conclusions by paying attention to findings in the field with theory.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that, first, entrepreneurial development management in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school through four management functions (1) Development planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, and (4) Supervision. Second, supporting factors for entrepreneurship development at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school are (1) caregiver support, (2) entrepreneurship curriculum, (3) assistance from academics, and (5) adequate infrastructure. The inhibiting factors are (1) there is no structure of the business unit, (2) funding constraints, and (3) the relatively short time allocation of entrepreneurship development

Abstract

Pembiayaan pendidikan adalah suatu hal yang urgen didalam merkembangan dan pelaksanaan pendidikan. Pembiayaan makro pendidikan adalah pembiayaan yang dilakukan secara komperhensip dalam suatu negara. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguraikan hakekat pembiayaan makro pendidikan dan menganalisis redaksi-redaksi dari undang-undang Sisdiknas dan undang-undang pesantren mengenai pembiayaan pendidikan.Dari kajian literatur yang peneliti lakukan, penelitian ini menghasilkan pertama, hakekat pembiayaan makro pendidikan adalah pembiayaan yang di berikan pemerintah, baik pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah yang semuanya dianggarkan 20% dari total Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dan dari pemerintah sendiri Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah. Kedua, Analisis UU Sisdiknas dan UU Pesantren didalam pembiayaan pendidikan ada beberapa perbedaan, karena disetiap pemabasan baik dari Sumber Pendanaan, Pengelolaan Dana dan Gaji Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan ada penjabaran-penjabaran yang berbeda dari kedua undang-undang tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan manajemen implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Aliyah (penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Integratif NU Al-Hikmah di Kabupaten Malang). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data dan penyajian data. Di Madrasah Aliyah Integratif NU Al-Hikmah di Kabupaten Malang, peneliti menemukan beberapa fakta tentang kegiatan implementasi kurikulum 2013, yaitu kurikulum 2013 yang menjadi kurikulum inti dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di madrasah tersebut dipadukan dengan kurikulum untuk memperkuat segi keagamaan siswa yang menjadi ciri khas pendidikan Islam yang ada di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, manajemen implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Aliyah Integratif NU Al-Hikmah di Kabupaten Malang, yaitu: (1) perencanaan kurikulum 2013, (2) pengorganisasian kurikulum 2013, (3) implementasi kurikulum 2013, (4) evaluasi kurikulum 2013, (5) faktor penunjang dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum 2013, (6) hasil manajemen implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Aliyah Integratif NU Al-Hikmah di Kabupaten Malang

Abstract

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources both educators and educational staff. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. Efforts to increase or develop it lead to one meeting point that is so that the school towards the ideals expected by all existing stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at Sunan Giri Islamic Middle School. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources both educators and education personnel has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

Abstract

Integration curriculum management is an effort to explain all components that combine general science and religious science in achieving Islamic educational goals without any dichotomy of science. The curriculum in that question is a curriculum that strengthens monotheism, with the intention of describing Islam which complete, comprehensive and integral.        This research was conducted at MTsN 2 Kota Malang  that are advanced and performing with the aim of analyzing and finding: (1) the concept of integration curriculum, (2) implementation of integration curriculum management, (3) implications of integration curriculum management.         This study uses an interpretative paradigm, with a qualitative approach, a type of case study, with a multi site design. Abstract

Islamic education is a very important lesson for elementary school’s age where this lesson is a basic knowledge for student’s in the future but, there is problem to apply Islamic lesson in this society because people still using traditional approach, where the point of value depends on cognitive aspect, whom teacher helping the student yo pass the final examination without any further values. And they built this tyoe of learning without develop attitude character, psychology development, society life, physical and mental state of students. So in this research, the researcher look for development Islamic education, the process and the execution of curriculum 2013 at elementary school. This research is using qualitative method with literarture review. The points of this research are Islamic education at elementary level using thematic approach for basic implementating involving juridical religious base and psychological and curriculum 2013 pointing on competency and character of students.
