Abstract

A good design plan needs to be considered in the spatial arrangement of health service facilities. The Pesantren 1 Community Health Center plans to build an ergonomic medical record room. Creating or designing an ergonomic space requires knowledge of human anthropometry, work requirements, tool design, facilities used, methods, physical and psychological work schedules, and aesthetics. Many room designers have created designs that go beyond 2 dimensions. Planner 5D is an application that can assist users in designing a room. Planner 5D lets you easily create 3D designs from any angle. The purpose of this research is to design a medical record room using the Planner 5D application. Researchers used qualitative methods to collect information by interviewing medical record officers as the main informants and the head of the Community Health Center as key informant or triangular informant. The results of this study are the number of human resources needed, the number of infrastructure needs, circulation analysis of space for movement, and the layout of medical records designed by considering the anthropometry of officers. In conclusion, designing using the Planner 5D application is easy to implement. Because of the many features that are presented, the thing that needs to be considered in making layouts with this application is that in selecting furniture it is necessary to pay attention to the user's anthropometry.

Abstract

Tegalrejo Primary Health Care has been using SIMPUS to organize EMR since 2019. The existence of regulations requiring the use of EMR in all health facilities beginning in 2022 emphasizes the importance of preparing for EMR implementation in clinics that haven't implemented it, such as the Maternal and Neonatal Health Clinic for Pregnant Women at Tegalrejo Primary Health Care. The aim of this research is to identify the features and data items required by the Maternal and Neonatal Health Clinic for Pregnant Women to implement EMR. The analysis used fishbone diagram with a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. The material factor: the existing EMR system hasn't been able to meet the needs of medical records required by midwives, the machine factor: the performance of the available computers running slowly, the methods factor: the medical record documentation was still manual, and the officers hadn't proposed the formal application for the development of SIMPUS for pregnant women, the man factor: the officers hadn't produced an overview of the needs for EMR for pregnant women, officers' hectic working hours hindered officers from submitting EMR. Identifying needs comprises adding and reducing data items required to maximize EMR deployment.

Abstract

Information Systems in health care facilities consist of several subsystems that are integrated with each other to support sustainable development (SDGs). One of them is the Electronic Medical Record (RME). The implementation of RME at Dr. Gondo Suwarno Hospital, Semarang Regency (RSGS) so far is in the form of SIMRS which is used only for transasional activities. The implementation encountered several obstacles including manual registration verification in the system, difficulties in retrieving report data due to the system between units that are not integrated and features that are not adequate user needs. Research was conducted to determine the influence of organization / management as an intervining variable on RME readiness. This study was conducted using sequential explanatory through questionnaires and interviews with respondents, namely system users. Data is processed quantitatively using SmartPLS and qualitative. Respondents consisted of 65 SIMRS users. The results showed P-Values of 0.246 on system quality against organizational structure. The test indirectly shows the quality of the system against RME readiness through the organizational structure with P-Values 0.256 and the organizational structure against RME readiness using systems with P-Values 0.464. Management is expected to be able to examine human resources, service models and vendors to be selected in the system development process.
