Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kompetensi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor melalui permainan outdoor. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Danaraja Banyumas pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II berjumlah 26 siswa dan obyek penelitinnya adalah meningkatkan kompetensi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor melalui permainan outdoor. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti bekerjasama dengan guru penjasorkes. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus terdiri dari 6 kali pertemuan, kemudian tahap dalam setiap siklusnya yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menelaah semua data yang tersedia, baik data kuantitatif secara statistik deskriptif komparatif (persentase) maupun data kualitatif secara analisis kritis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui permainan outdoor dapat meningkatkan kompetensi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor yang semula pada prasiklus kelulusan sebesar 34,6% menjadi 61,5% pada siklus I, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 76,9%, sehingga kompetensi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 42,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1). To find out whether there is an influence "Teaching Games for Understanding Models" in physical Education on the character of the responsibility of fourth grade elementary school students. (2). To find out how much influence the "Teaching Games for Understanding Model" at physical education learning on understanding the Responsibility Attitude of fourth grade children in elementary school. This type of research uses the quasi experiment method in the form of pretest-posttes non equivalent control-group design.The research subjects used in this study were fourth grade students of Klumprit 3 Mojolaban Elementary School. Sukoharjo The size of the study subjects was 27 students. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaire responsibility that has been developed from Don Hellison (1995) through a valid and reliable question instrument with Cronbach's Alpha: 0.921. The data analysis technique used in this study used the Wilcoxon difference test to see the gain score of the pretest and posttest. The results of data analysis can be concluded that: (1). There is a significant effect between the Application of the TGfU Learning Model to the Responsibility of 4th grade elementary school students. It is obtained that the calculated Z value for the TGfU Learning Model is -4,543 with a significance value of 0,000 because the significance value is lower than 0.05, the null hypothesis number is rejected, from the research conducted, the hypothesis is accepted. (2).From the description of the data it was seen that the average pre test results of 50.9630 and post tets were 67.4815, thus there was an increase in the influence of the application of the TGfU model on student Responsibility by 16, 52.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of learning front roll floor gymnastics using Google Classroom at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri in the academic year 2020/2021. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Sampling in this enelitianis the probability sampling is a sampling technique that provide equal opportunities for every member of the population. The poulation in this research is 7 PJOK teachers and 427 grade X students at SMA N 2 Wonogiri. Samples 5 PJOK teachers and students of X 211 class. The data collection technique is done by taking a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data obtained is the transcript of the questionnaire results. Then the data used is the percentage descriptive analysis. Research on the effectiveness of learning front roll floor gymnastics using google classroom at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri for the 2020/2021 school year, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) From the point of view of students on factor 1, the conditions for e-learning have an average value of 39.05. Faktor 2, the quality of e-learning obtained an average of 39.79. Overall, the effectiveness of Google Classroom PJOK learning was obtained an average of 78.83. Of the 211 students, 74 students (35.07%) were categorized as moderate. 2) From the teacher's point of view on factor 1 The conditions of e-learning learning obtained an average value of 42.6. In factor 2, the quality of e-learning learning obtained an average of 46.8. Overall, the effectiveness of Google Classroom PJOK learning from the teacher's point of view obtained an average of 89.4. Of the 5 teachers, 3 teachers (60%) were categorized as moderate. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research that has been carried out regarding the effectiveness of learning front roll floor gymnastics using google classroom at SMA Negeri 2 Wonogiri in the academic year 2020/2021 it can be concluded that it is moderate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes basic of mini volleyball with implementation play approaches to learners iv a grade of mi muhammadiyah jimbung, in the academic year 2016/2017.This study close to practice clas action. Study held in 2 cycle consists of 4 steps in every cycle consists of planning, action, oservation and reflection. Subject in this study is learners of IV A MI Muhammadiyah Jimbung whichamounts to 22 learners, 12 male and 10 female. Data collection technique with test and observation. Data validation use triangulation data. Data analysis use descriptive qualitative with precentage tehnique.The result are 27,27% complete and 72,72% uncomplate. This first cycle obtained resut 59,09% complate and 40,91% uncomplate with averaage value of psychomotor 59,09%, affective 81,81% and cognitive 68,18%. Second cycle obtained results86,46% complate and 13,64% uncomplatewhith average value psychomotor 77,27%, affective 90,90%, and cognitive 81,81%. Based of analysis result from 2 cyclle show increase and suitable with achievement target.Conclusion on this study is implementation approaches can improve learning outcomes basic of mini volleyball on IV A MI Muhammadiyah Jimbung. In the academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) To test whether there is influence of the application of fartlek and interval training methods to endurance in extracurricular students futsal SHS 3 Sukoharjo 2016/2017, (2) More effective and efficient between fartlek and interval training on Endurance in extracurricular students of SHS 3 Sukoharjo year 2016/2017. The type of research used is quantitative experimental research. Subjects used in this study are extracurricular students futsal SHS 3 Sukoharjo 2016/2017. The number of learners is 30 students. The entire subject is used as the research sample. The data collected in this research is Endurance data about VO2 Max capacity. The tests and measurements used to collect data are by performing the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) test. The data analysis technique used in this research is the difference test (t-test) by passing the first requirement test such as normality test and homogeneity test. The result of the study was: (1) There was a significant comparison of the effects of fartlex training method and interval training on energency participants in futsal extracurricular leaners of SHS 3 SUKOHARJO year 2016/2017, (t count = 2,6651 > 1,7613); (2) Interval training methods better than fartlek training method for energency participants in futsal extracurricular leaners of SHS 3 SUKOHARJO year 2016/2017. Based on the precentage increase of physical endurance showed that group 2 (who received treatment with interval training method was 5,64% > group 1 (who received treatment fartlek training method) was 2,62%. The conclude of the result as: (1) There was a comparison of the effects of fartlex training method and interval training on energency participants in futsal extracurricular leaners of SHS 3 SUKOHARJO year 2016/2017; (2) Interval training method better than fartlek training method on the physical endurance of extracurricular learners SHS 3 SUKOHARJO year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in this study is that there are still many PJOK infrastructure and facilities that have not met as they should be, not comparable to the number of students, there are some teachers who are less creative in making tool modifications, and many teachers are still waiting for assistance from PJOK infrastructure and facilities from the school. This study aims to determine the level of teacher creativity to overcome the limitations of infrastructure in the learning process of PJOK in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. The method used in this research is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire as primary data, as well as observation, and documentation as secondary data. The population of this study were all PJOK teachers in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 23 teachers. The data analysis used was a descriptive analysis of the percentage. The results showed that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency as a whole was categorized as 1 teacher (4%) in the very high category, 6 teachers (26.09%) in high category, 10 teachers (43.48%) in the medium category, 4 teachers (17.39%) in the low category, and 2 teachers (8.70%) in the very low category. It can be concluded that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools in Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency is in the medium category (43.48%).

Abstract

The male student of futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 1 Rejoso in 2020 experienced an average quality decrease after playing over 17 minutes on the second round of the game so the researcher suspected that it was related to the aerobic endurance possessed by students. Besides aerobic endurance, the nutrition adequancy level of each futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 1 Rejoso also have differences, starting from age, weight and height. The results of the observation conducted by researcher with extracurricular trainers, the researcher wants to correlate the nutrition adequancy level with the aerobic endurance of each student. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with correlational techniques using 2 variables, the nutrition adequancy level and aerobic endurance. The population in this study were 15 students. The Body Mass Index (BMI) used to determine the nutrition adequancy level of students, while Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) used to determine the aerobic endurance. The research was conducted in 2 repetitions. The results of the research are tested for reliability test, normality test and correlation test. The results showed that there is no significant correlation between the nutritional adequancy level and aerobic endurance of male students’ futsal extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Rejoso in 2020. Value (- 0,229) < (0,514) or p (sig) 0,413 > 0,05. There is other factor related to aerobic endurance such as aerobic exercise training factor.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of the tonnis game in fourth grade students in SD Negeri Banyuanyar II Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects in Classroom Action Research are fourth grade students of SD Negeri Banyuanyar II Surakarta, amounting to 36 students consisting of 21 male students and 15 female students. Sources of data in this study were obtained from students, researchers and teachers as collaborators. Data collection techniques use tests and observations. Data validity using data triangulation technique. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive technique based on qualitative analysis percentage.The results of the research on prasiklus stage are only 12 students who completed with the percentage 33.33% and 24 students not complete with the percentage of 66.67%. First cycle obtained the results of student learning that has been completed as many as 25 students (69.44%) and 11 students are not complete (30.56%). The acquisition of affective averages (72.22%), psychomotor (58.33%) and cognitive (77.78%). Second cycle obtained the results of student learning that has been completed as many as 28 students (77.78%) and 8 students is not complete (22.22%). The acquisition of affective averages (100%), psychomotor (86.11%) and cognitive (77.78%). Based on the analysis results from cycle I and cycle II showed a significant increase and according to achievement targets. Based on the research results obtained the conclusion that: Modification of learning media can improve the learning outcomes of basic motion of the game tonnis on the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Banyuanyar II Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.

Abstract

This study is aimed to identify and describe the  role of parents in supporting sport achievement of Surakarta U-19 Women’s Football Club in 2020. Descriptive quantitative method is used in this research. The data source is obtained from parents/guardians at Surakarta Women's Football Club. Those data needed in this study is the problematic role of parents in supporting sports achievement. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the data analysis carried out in the fifth chapter of this thesis, obtained: 1) There are 5 people included in a good category while for the adequate category there are 12 people — of parents’ role in term of attention factor. 2) of parents’ role from nutritional factor, there are 6 people categorized as good while there are 13 people included in adequate category. 3) Parental role from the equipment and supplies factor, there are 2 people included in a good category while 9 people for the adequate category. 4) Environmental factor discussed in parental role problem, both good category and adequate caregory have the same number of people — 8. From this study, we can indicate that the problematic role of parents in supporting sport achievements of Surakarta Women’s Football Club in 2020 which is included in “very poor” category is 4% (1 person), categorized as “less” is 24% (6 people), counted as “adequate” is 36% (9 people), included in “good” is 32% (8 people), and the last but not least “excellent” is 4% (1 person). Based on the average value, which is 101.16, parents’ role in supporting sports achievements of Surakarta U-19 Women’s Football Club in 2020 placed in adequate category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how high the level of knowledge of physical education teachers on the rules of basketball games in high schools in Jombang district. The research method used a descriptive research approach by surveying 18 physical education teachers in 12 high school schools in Jombang District, Jombang Regency. East Java. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire that utilizes the google form application so that the questionnaire can be filled online. The data analysis used is descriptive with the results of the assessment of all teachers carried out with the same tool which will be made into 5 categories, namely very high, high , moderate, low and very low categories. The results showed the level of knowledge of the physical education teachers on the rules of basketball games in high schools in Jombang District, namely 5 respondents (27.78%) were in the very high category, 4 respondents (22.22%) were in the high category, 5 respondents ( 27.78%) is in the medium category, 1 respondent (5.55%) is in the low category, and 3 respondents (16.67%) are in the Very low category, and when viewed from the mean (Mean) in the overall results of respondents with a value of 25.61, this value is also in the "medium" category. Thus it can be concluded that physical education teachers in SMA in Jombang District have a fairly good level of knowledge of the rules of the basketball game.
