Background: Low back pain is a disease that is felt mostly by those who do their work both statically and dynamically, lack doing some exercises, take a long seat, and bend over too long. Examples of this are drivers. They work long hours daily with lots of passengers and goods. As a result, they are forced to be seated in a long time with static position and sometimes they apply improper sitting position. In addition, there are several factors causing them to have a low back pain, i.e. IMT or BMI, work period, sitting position, work duration, exercise, smoking, and age as well. Objective: This literature review is aimed at finding out factors that result in low back pain happening to drivers. Method: The method of this literature review is scoping review. The articles for this literature review are collected from several database comprising Google scholar, PubMed, Proquest, Wiley online library and The Cochrane Collaboration. The articles selected are the ones published between 2016 and 2021. The article analysis and sifting uses the method PRISMA. Results: Six articles were found to be appropriately used and they are in line with the criterion of both inclusion and exclusion. As many as 66.67% of the articles discuss sitting position, 50% discuss work duration, 66.67% discuss age factor, 50% discuss IMT, 83.33% discuss work period, 100% discuss exercises, and 83.33% discuss smoking. Conclusion: The factors of sitting position, work duration, age, exercise, and smoking contribute to low back pain that happens to drivers. Meanwhile, the factors of IMT or BMI and work period are not associated with low back pain in drivers. Keywords: factors, low back pain, driver

ABSTRACT Backgraund: The High workload causes nurses to not comply with documentation, causing small parts of the documentation to be missed. Especially at night where the number of nurses at night is small while the patients who are treated are many. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the workload of nurses and compliance with EWS documentation in the inpatient setting at Panti Rahayu Hospital. Methods: This research design using quantitative with analytic observational survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 41 nurses. And taken a sample of 38 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, with a sampling technique in the form of total sampling with data collection techniques with a google form questionnaire. Result: From the unvariate results, it was found that respondents who work at Panti Rahayu Hospital Almost half are in the age range, 44.7% of late teens, almost all of them are female as much as 84.2%, Almost all of them have a D3 Nursing education background as much as 86.8% , Almost half of nurses with PKWT functional positions are 55.3%. From the bivariate results, almost half of the nurses have a moderate workload of 42.10% and most have a sufficient level of compliance as much as 65.8%, using the spearmant rank test, the correlation coefficient is -510 with a p-value of 0.001 (< 0.05), which means the higher the workload, the lower the compliance. Abstract

Background: surgery can cause acute pain, this is caused because during surgery there is tissue damage that triggers cytokine discharge. Approximately 80% of patients undergoing surgery experience acute postoperative pain. 40% of patients experience moderate and severe pain during the first 24 hours after surgery. Planning related to pain management needs to be well prepared before surgery. One of the efforts that can be done to prevent the impact of postoperative pain is by educating pre-surgery by using pain management videos. By using audio visual media, the patient will more easily understand and perform pain reduction techniques. Purpose: to determine the effect of preoperative pain management on the postoperative patient pain scale. The research was conducted at one of the private hospitals in Yogyakarta on February 11-March 07, 2021. Method: Research design using pre experiment posttest only design, Population in this study as many as 41 respondents, sample selection is done with purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were 30 divided into two groups, namely 15 respondents of the intervention group who were given education on deep breath relaxation techniques using video and 15 respondents of the control group. Result: data analysis conducted with Mann-Whitney test, obtained the result of p value 0.123 ( p value > 0.05), meaning there is no difference in the pain scale of the intervention group respondents and the control group. Conclusion: nurses should motivate and do mentoring when the patient applies the deep breath relaxation techniques that have been taught
