Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Price Earning Ratio on market performance in banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method based on the purposive sampling method, there are 14 banking companies that meet the requirements and as a sample in this study using a simple regression analysis tool. The results of the study show that the variable Price Earning Ratio (PER) has no significant positive effect on Market Performance, this situation illustrates that Price to Earning Ratio (PER) is one of the company's financial ratios that can influence stock prices more dominantly than EPS. Companies that have a high PER value will attract investors to buy shares. So that the demand for these shares will increase, this will push the stock price to rise. Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the PER, the higher the level of investor confidence in the company's future, seen from the company's growth, it will push the stock price up.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the expectation of fishers after natural disasters in the form of earthquakes and tsunami in the Sirenja district of Donggala. The theory used is the theory of hope or expectation that Victor H. Vroom ever expressed. In this theory, it is stated that the power that motivates a person to work actively in working on his work depends on the mutual relationship between what is desirable and necessary for the outcome of the work. The method used is qualitative with five informants prescribed in purposive sampling. Data collection through observation and interviews, which are then analyzed using interactive model methods. The results show that there is a force that motivates fishers to work enterprising again. However, they still depend on the help of both government assistance and the assistance of the Sewasta, such as the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) that has been down in the Sirenja district. The fishermen also have expectations to restore their lives like before the earthquake and Tsunami disaster. And the fishermen society desperately wants to go back to the sea; of course, they need some help in the form of capture equipment, such as boats, nets, and machinery, and fishing rods

Abstract

Analysis of technical soil properties in terms of size, type, and pressure is needed for the proper development plan. Building plans, which include Sedimentation Retaining Wall, need to be able to create buildings that are safe, stable, and resistant to both vertical and horizontal forces. It requires shear resistance analysis (Pα), which is carried out through laboratory tests by estimating the value of cohesion, shear angle, soil fill weight, and density. When the shear resistance analysis has a value greater than 1.5, it means that the building is resistant to force.
