Abstract

The assumption underlying this research is how investors invest in cosmetics and household goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the availability of information to assess an investment. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze financial performance as measured from the aspects of liquidity, solvency, and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns in cosmetic and household goods companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and to find out and analyze financial performance as measured by aspects of liquidity, solvency, and profitability partially have a significant effect on stock returns in cosmetic and household goods companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The data obtained from the research object was collected using documentation techniques, namely data collection, classifying, and using sequential data in notes and reports, especially financial statements related to research.

Abstract

Implementation of Patient Safety is the obligation of the hospital to fulfill the rights of patients to be free from injury and potential injury (disease, physical/social psychological injury, disability, and death) involving health workers/officers (medical, paramedical) and non-medical, to work together to improve patient safety. The researcher aims to determine the implementation of patient safety at the Update Hospital Palu, as regulated in Permenkes number 1691 of 2011. The type of research used is qualitative, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that some health workers/health workers still ignored informed consent/consent for small but risky actions in carrying out their duties. Incidents that occur due to equipment that does not meet standards should be facilitated by KMKP (Patient Safety Quality Committee) at Update Hospital Palu but have not been implemented, but only reduce incidents that occur due to medical personnel errors/paramedics. The need to build individual awareness of staff/officers in carrying out their duties, the need to integrate if there is an incident either due to equipment or due to an error of the officer in one container, namely KMKP Hospital as a report to be evaluated.

Abstract

Services carried out and implemented by the South Birobuli Urban Village Office, South Palu sub-district, as an effort to meet the community's needs with the function of making identity cards, family cards, and domicile letters to carry out regional government affairs. Meeting the community's needs is not expecting profit but on community satisfaction, in this case, the joy of the service user community. In achieving this goal, government agencies are more focused on serving the best. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance, and attention (empathy) simultaneously and partially on community satisfaction at the South Birobuli Village Office, Palu District. South. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools, research results and hypothesis testing are obtained that tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy (attention) simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on community satisfaction—south birobuli at the South Birobuli Urban Village Office, South Palu District.

Abstract

Efforts to achieve a fair and correct medical record management system, containing notes and documents about patient identity, medical examinations, medication, actions, and other services. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation, informants' determination using purposive sampling totaling six people, namely, the Head of Talise Health Center 1 person, three medical record officers, and two patients. The results showed that the Standard Operational Procedure (SPO) policy was still in the process of changing the SOP for the medical records section. Human Resources still needed to increase the number of employees with special competence, expertise, and skills in the medical record section. Has not been recorded in the organizational structure. It is recommended that Talise Puskesmas use the Health Metrics Network Evaluation Framework, which is very good in evaluating the medical record system in the Operational Service Standards (SPO), HR, and Organization policies section of these medical records so that it can increase the quality of Puskesmas services and can develop further.

Abstract

This study aims to determine data management on the gross regional domestic product at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sigi Regency. Management of Sigi Regency Gross Regional Domestic Product data shows several uses of the final product manifested in the form of "final demand." The final demand referred to consists of components of household final consumption expenditure (PK-RT), final consumption expenditure of non-profit institutions serving households (PK-LNPRT), government final consumption expenditure (PK-P), gross fixed capital formation ( PMTB), Changes in Inventory (PI), as well as components of exports of goods and services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts made by MDMC Volunteers in helping micro-businesses to survive amid the Covid-19 Pandemic Crisis. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection methods are observation studies, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the role of MDMC volunteers in helping micro-businesses to survive the Covid-19 Pandemic has had a very positive effect, apart from providing a capital injection of 4 million rupiahs for each micro business, micro-entrepreneurs are also equipped with health facilities in preventing covid-19 in the form of a place for washing hands using a tap, a collection bucket, and a chair as a holder for washing hands.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the implementation of discipline for state civil servants at the Office of Community and Village Empowerment in Pasangkayu Regency. The study results show that respondents' responses about understanding their obligations as state civil servants, who expressed doubts about one person or 3.1%, agreed with the number of 25 people or 78.1% and strongly agreed with six people or 18.8%. Respondents' responses about understanding the prohibition as state civil servants expressed doubt that one person or 3.1% agreed with the number of 20 people or 62.5% and strongly agreed with 11 people or 34.4%. And respondents' responses about punishment as state civil servants state that 19 people or 59.4% agree with the number and 13 people, or 40.6%, strongly agree.

Abstract

Efforts to deal with people with social welfare problems in Pasangkayu Regency, especially those carried out by Shelter Homes, one of which is managed by the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service, which cares about social welfare issues, includes various activities including guidance for displaced people, victims of acts of violence and trafficking. The halfway house has a vision, mission, programs, management, and facilities and infrastructure that support the guidance carried out by the Halfway House in Pasangkayu Regency. The halfway house under the auspices of the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service has service principles divided into three principles: the basic principles of social workers, the principles of the approach, and the principles of the implementation approach. As a trauma center in Pasangkayu Regency, the halfway house carries out elements of planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating.
