Abstract

This research aims to analyze the roles and relationships between stakeholders in policies to prevent radicalism in Poso district. The actors involved in the counter-radicalism policy in Poso Regency consist of state actors such as BNPT RI, Poso Regent, Poso Kesbangpol, Poso Ministry of Religion, Kodim 1307/ Poso, Poso Police/Densus 88, as well as non-state actors consisting of the Poso FKUB, academic and former terrorist convict. The results of the research show that the counter-radicalization policy in Poso Regency is top-down in nature where state actors have a very strong influence in counter-radicalization decision making in Poso Regency, this is proven by the issuance of Poso Regent's Decree Number 188.45/0474/2021 concerning the Formation of an Integrated Handling Team Poso District Level Social Conflict in 2021 to implement the Poso District Integrated Action Plan for Handling Social Conflict in the Region in 2020-2022, where all policy formulators are government actors in Poso.

This research aims to explore the relationship between ethical behavior and satisfaction. Trust, and loyalty. This research was conducted on 111 business to business (B2B) textile customers in Indonesia. The structural equation modeling (SEM) method was used to analyze the collected data. This research shows that compliance with sales ethical standards has a significant impact on customer loyalty, satisfaction and competitive advantage if the service provided meets customer expectations and the information provided matches product availability. Additionally, ethical sales behavior shapes customer loyalty by building trust and long-term relationships.

Abstract

Human resource management is the main factor in carrying out activities. The Regional General Hospital of Morowali district is the largest in Morowali district, which has many civil servants. With the large number of employees, of course, they have very high activity in serving the community. If activity is too high, it will affect employee performance. Furthermore, performance will affect other activities, such as delays in the patient handling process and miscommunication between nurses, medical staff, and other health workers. This dramatically influences a harmonious work atmosphere and can affect employee performance. Excessive workload (work overload), such as the high responsibility that must be maintained by every employee in serving and caring for patients, is also a pressure felt by every employee. With the emergence of higher workloads, employees will feel that the work demands are burdensome, and the behavior of superiors who sometimes pressure employees will make them feel like they are experiencing work stress.

Abstract

Last year, it was 0.5 out of every 10,000 people, but now it has increased. Lucio's Leprosy, also known as Leprosy Bonita, is a very uncommon type of serious leprosy. The Lucio phenomenon is a severe reaction that can occur in individuals with Lucio's leprosy. It causes a skin condition called "necrotizing erythema". This study used reliable and important scientific databases like PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, as well as official databases from health organizations. These reactions occur in the cells of body's immune system, specifically the T helper 1 cells, in response to antigens from mycobacteria. Research has shown that certain substances produced by Th1 cells, such as IL-1?, TNF-?, IL-2, and IFN-?, are very important. High amounts of TNF-?, soluble IL-2 receptors, and adhesion molecules show how serious the local inflammation is. Patients with a mild form of leprosy who are experiencing a specific type of immune response have higher levels of a molecule called TNF-? in their nerves and skin. Type 1 reactions are caused by certain types of immune cells called Th1 lymphocytes. The WHO said it's important to make sure patients and communities know about leprosy so they can get help on their own. They think this is a very important part of their plan to fight leprosy worldwide.

Abstract

Background: COVID-19 cases in the world have reached 62,162,592 cases. Based on the Worldometers report, Indonesia is still in the top 10 with the highest number of cases in Asia. In West Nusa Tenggara itself, it is ranked 2nd best in the COVID-19 recovery index, but this does not rule out the possibility that there could be a spike in cases. Objective: to analyze the main factors causing the lack of public awareness in using masks during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ule Village, Asakota District, Bima City. Method: This research is a case study research with a cross sectional design. The population in this study is all the people who live there in Ule Village, Asakota District, Bima City. Results: As many as 55.9% were in a state of non-compliance with the use of masks because it was difficult to breathe (stuffy), they did not believe that Covid-19 was real, there was no need to use a mask if they only left the house for a short distance, it could hinder communication with the POR value = 37,424 (p.value < 0.05) so that the risk of transmission of COVID-19 could occur 37 times in people who do not comply with wearing masks when compared to people who comply with wearing masks. Conclusion: The main factor causing the lack of public awareness regarding the use of masks during the COVID-19 pandemic is that there are still people who feel that using a mask can hinder communication and feel that using a mask causes difficulty in breathing.

Abstract

Efforts to build legal awareness of rural communities have long been made for the welfare of the community. Carrying out the achievement of community legal awareness towards a legally aware village/village will find challenges and opportunities. The challenges and opportunities of realizing a legally aware village in this are associated with the press perspective of Lawrence M Friedman's theory, namely the theory of the legal system, namely aspects of the substance, structure, and culture of the law. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a sociological approach (social, legal approach) through questionnaires, interviews, and discussions with relevant stakeholders. The results of this study explain that the facts show that the achievement of coaching in legal awareness and the process of realizing a legally aware village is still very low. This study revealed that there were challenges in realizing a law-conscious village, namely low legal awareness regarding early marriage and the lack of legally aware family groups (kadarkum) in rural communities. However, it does not rule out the possibility that behind the challenges faced, there are also opportunities obtained by the involvement of students in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, which is organized by Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) as a companion for rural communities to helping to realize a law-conscious village. Researchers recommend further assessment actions as outlined in two policy texts.
