Abstract

Pressure ulcers on the mucous membrane are the location of wounds found on the mucous membrane with a history of using medical devices. Mucosal tissue is susceptible to pressure when using medical devices such as using oxygen tubes, endotracheal tubes, oropharyngeal tubes, orogastric and nasogastric tubes. This scientific paper aims to determine the effect of ETT fixation repositioning in ETT treatment to prevent the occurrence of pressure sores on the oral mucosa due to ETT installation in hemorrhagic stroke patients. Method providing nursing care intervention with innovative repositioning of ETT fixation to prevent the occurrence of pressure sores on the oral mucosa. Based on the case study, after carrying out nursing action in the form of ETT fixation repositioning, the result was that no pressure sores occurred on the patient's left lip area. After carrying out nursing actions by repositioning the ETT fixation for 3 days, the result was that there were no pressure sores on the patient's left lip area.

Abstract

Patients with open degloving dextra femur who underwent long treatment in hospital experienced low self-esteem characterized by negative selfassessment, feeling embarrassed, and rejecting positive assessments about themselves. Based on the data obtained, this degloving is a very rare case in the Anggrek C Room at Tangerang Regency Regional Hospital, during 2023 there was only 1 case, where this case occurred in October. Objective: Increase patient self-esteem by providing cognitive therapy interventions. Method: A pre-test and post-test were carried out both before and after cognitive therapy was given with the Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale (RSES) instrument which contains 10 statements, each of which has an assessment which will then be added up and categorized. Cognitive therapy is divided into 4 sessions, which the author did for 3 days. Session 1 is identifying negative thoughts that automatically arise. Session 2 is using acceptable responses to negative thoughts that automatically arise. Session 3 explains the benefits of acceptable responses to negative thoughts that automatically arise. Session 4 involves the family as a supporter to help the patient increase his self-esteem. Results: Before giving cognitive therapy, the score was 2 (low self-esteem), but after being given cognitive therapy for 3 days, the score increased to 27 (high self-esteem). In the paired sample t-test, a significance value of 0.023 was obtained, less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that cognitive therapy can increase patient self-esteem.

Abstract

The Sorogan Method, a classical educational paradigm prominent in Islamic institutions like pesantren, serves to impart diverse disciplines, including Al-Qur'an study. However, it grapples with time inefficiency and limited feedback. The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology presents an avenue to enhance this method. This study delves into the fusion of AI and the Sorogan Method via the Tarteel app. Employing qualitative phenomenology, it scrutinizes the outcomes of this integration. Findings from literature analysis and experiments underline that AI integration through Tarteel holds the potential to significantly amplify learning effectiveness. This research introduces an innovative paradigm, fostering a responsive, adaptive Sorogan Method, and making substantial conceptual strides in AI utilization. In turn, it lays the foundation for tech-savvy Islamic education aligned with modern dynamics.
