The normal value for total cholesterol levels is ≤200 mg/dl, high cholesterol is 200-239 mg/dl, and very high cholesterol reaches ≥239 mg/dl (Prisilia Kurnia Wati, 2020). From conducting a case study, namely to describe nursing care for families with adolescent developmental stages with the intervention of providing coriander soaking to reduce hypercholesterolemia pain in Mr. B. The method used is a case study conducted on Mr. B for 10 days, by administering a coriander water soak to reduce hypercholesterolemia pain. After 10 days of intervention with coriander soaking, the hypercholesterolemia pain was reduced from a scale of 3 to 0. There was a reduction in cholesterol from 245 mg/dl down to 175 mg/dl. There is a reduction in hypercholesterolemia pain in Mr. B after the intervention of soaking coriander for 10 days.

Objective: to determine the results of the application of occupational therapy in free time activities on signs and symptoms in patients with auditory hallucinations at the Griya Bakti Medika Jakarta Mental Rehabilitation Foundation. The design of this scientific work uses a case study method with a nursing process approach that focuses on optimizing nursing interventions for patients with auditory hallucination disorders. The results of the final scientific work of the nurses obtained an analysis of nursing care after the intervention was carried out for 3 days within ± 30 minutes. It was found that nursing actions and intervention innovations in Occupational Free Time Activities had positive results, the client's hallucinatory symptoms decreased and the client's ability to divert with Occupational free time activities. increases, clients are able to carry out interventions that are taught independently. Abstract

Cholelithiasis or gallstones form from an imbalance of chemical content in bile that causes the deposition of one or more of the bile components. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of cholelithiasis in the world was 11.7% in 2017. Risk factors are closely related to cholelithiasis such as age, sex, and BMI. Usually, gallstones that block the bile ducts can cause damage to liver cells and inhibit bile flow which can affect liver function such as SGOT, SGPT, and bilirubin which will indicate liver damage. Objective: Knowing how the description of SGOT, SGPT, and bilirubin levels in cholelithiasis patients at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang in 2021-2023. Method: This type of research is a categorical descriptive study with a cross- sectional study approach design, with the estimated population in this study being patients with cholelithiasis at RSI Siti Rahmah Padang in 2021-2023 with 86 samples using purposive sampling techniques. Univariate data analysis is presented in the form of frequency. Results: From a total sample of 86 people, most of the cholelithiasis sufferers at the age of ≥ 51 years were 41 people (47.7%), most were female at 58 people (67.4%), most with normal BMI at 55 people, most with normal SGOT levels at 62 people (72.1%), most with normal SGOT levels at 53 people (61.6), Most with normal total bilirubin levels of 56 people (65.1%), most with elevated total bilirubin levels of 48 people (55.8%), most with normal indirect levels of 60 people (69.8%). Conclusion: Most patients with ≥ age 51 years, most patients are female, most patients with normal levels of SGOT, SGPT, total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin and most patients with elevated bilirubin levels.

Abstract

From 2016 to 2018, the number of new Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) customers at PT XYZ declined. According to Safrian (2018), VSAT is included in quadrant two of the (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) SWOT diagram, so it requires diversification to create new opportunities and increase revenue. This research was conducted to analyze the feasibility of using M2M as a form of diversification. M2M was compared with VSAT using the Return on Investment (ROI) method and performance testing. Alternative M2M business strategies are also using the SWOT analysis. From the ROI results, M2M had 74%. M2M connectivity can provide more benefits with more efficient investment. From the performance test, M2M latency of 33ms is in the outstanding category, while VSAT of 596ms is in the poor category. Abstract

Education is an important factor in creating human resources who can become individuals with good character, responsibility and honesty. Education takes place at every stage of human development, so that education must be implemented well from an early age. Education that takes place at the childhood stage has quite a few challenges. For this reason, various theories have emerged to see the possibility of appropriate strategies in developing education for children from an early age. One of the figures who had an influence in contributing his thoughts to building education for children at an early age was Friedrich W.A. Froebel, based on his own experience in facing various challenges while studying as a child, Froebel has an interest in creating a learning atmosphere that involves not only teachers, but also parents as children's first teachers. The contribution of Froebel's theory in the kindergarten school environment has had a very good impact, so that it can be a suggestion for scholars in formulating an appropriate curriculum, and in implementing the curriculum that is built it certainly involves both teachers and parents as colleagues in character formation. child. Regarding Froebel's theory, the goal that is intended to emerge is the creation of a framework of thought which will then become a reference for the development of Christian Religious Education, especially in schools. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of research related to economic valuation. This analysis attempts to put a price on each natural resource and environmental input to the economy, including estimating the price of inputs not typically included in market transactions, such as clean air and water. The research was conducted using the Crossref database from 1990 to 2023. The results of the study show that the development of scientific publications on the topic is experiencing an increasing trend. From 2012 to 2016, the study topic discussed dominant terms in relation to other terms such as Biodiversity, Development, Market, Risk, and Economic Value, Willingness. Abstract

Indonesia's province of Bali was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, with its economy experiencing a decline of 9.34% in 2020. Even in 2022, Bali's economy has not fully recovered, while other provinces have already recorded economic growth in 2021. Post-pandemic numbers unemployment in the province of Bali increased from around 1 percent before 2020 to above 5 percent as of August 2022. Unemployment conditions have not improved significantly even though the economy has grown to near normal by 4.84 percent in 2022. This is inseparable from the sector of providing accommodation and food and drink which is one of the largest contributions to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Bali Province. This sector is closely related to tourism. The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a lockdown policy which prevented tourists from visiting Bali. The result is disruption in the tourism sector. Tourism centers such as Kuta and Ubud are like ghost cities because all shops, hotels and restaurants are closed. Even after the restrictions were lifted, tourism sector was still not moving. There are new problems especially in Kuta related to safety and cleanliness. Many shops haven't opened yet because the tourists haven't come yet, while the tourists themselves don't want to come to Kuta because the conditions there don't seem ready. Post-pandemic world economic conditions have also exacerbated the situation, the wars in Russia and Ukraine have disrupted the world economy. Rising inflation and the economy that has not fully recovered have caused people to remain reluctant to travel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with systematic reviews on papers that raise the issue of unemployment after the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the tourism sector. The data used is data from BPS and literature with the help of the Google Scholar search engine. This paper contributes to address these issues of unemployment in Bali after the COVID-19 pandemic by conducting literature studies in various locations that have similar problems. This study found that the main challenge in employment in the tourism sector in Bali is the vulnerability to unemployment caused by dependence on foreign tourists and lack of investment. For this reason, the Government has started to carry out stimulus to attract foreign investment while increasing the interest of local tourists to Bali. Starting from building special economic zones, building new industries such as health tourism, and develop infrastructure
