Abstract

This study examines the effect of asset structure, profitability, and sales growth on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data with a sample of 48 manufacturing companies. The results of the requirements analysis test showed that the data were normally distributed and had a linear relationship. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the asset structure, profitability, and sales growth have a significant positive effect on the capital structure (R2) is 18.1%. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that asset structure, profitability, and sales growth are factors that affect the capital structure, asset structure factors, profitability, and sales growth can be used by management in improving the company's capital structure and vice versa if shareholders want to predict capital structure when investing in a company. It is necessary to pay attention to the factors that affect the capital structure

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of expectation of return and perception of risk towards the interest of investing on registered students investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. A survey with a quantitative approach is the method that this study used. The accessible population in this study is 100 students and using a sample of 78 students. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Through multiple linear regression analysis, the study found that expectation of return has a positive and significant effect on interest of investing, perception of risk has a negative and significant effect on interest of investing, and simultanously they have a significant effect on the interest of interest investing. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is that the expectation of return and perception of risk affect the interest of investing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Leverage, Firm Size, and Free Cash Flow on Earnings Management. The data collection method used is the Study Documentation method. The affordable collection in this study was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 with 190 companies. Data collection by collecting data on the annual financial report on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) web. The sample used was as many as 128 companies using random sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, pre-requirement, classic assumption, and hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that variables have a relation. Descriptive statistics analysis indicates an overview of each variable. Pre-requirement test analysis indicates data is distributed normally. Classic assumption test indicates data acceptable. Moreover, the hypothesis test result concludes that all hypotheses are acceptable. Based on the analysis, it is shown that leverage harms earnings management. Firm size has a positive effect on earnings management. Moreover, free cash flow harms earnings management. Then the coefficient determination in this study was 12,4% which showed the ability of leverage, firm size and free cash flow influencing earnings management while the rest were influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

White pepper is one of the most important types of spices among other spices both in terms of its role in donating foreign exchange and in terms of its very distinctive uses and can not be replaced with other spices. This study aims to identify the marketing functions of white pepper in CV.Indo Bakti Makmur. Research methods used case study methods. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the marketing functions in CV.Indo Bakti Makmur is divided into three main functions, namely the first exchange function in which there is a purchase function and sales function, then the second physical function, in which there is a storage function, transportation function, and physical form change function then the third is the function of the provider of facilities in which there is a function about market information , risk management, and the process of standardization or grading

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Earning Per Shares (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The method used in this study is a documentation study method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is 106 companies, with 62 companies used as research samples using the purposive sampling technique. To obtain research data, secondary data is used by taking annual reports and financial statements of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The results showed that partially the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variable did not affect stock returns. The Earning Per Shares (EPS) variable also has did not affect stock returns. The variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously the variables of CSR, EPS, and DER effect on stock returns of financial sector companies. Testing the coefficient of determination is 10.3%, while other factors outside the study influence the rest. This study concludes that there is an influence between the  disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Earning Per Shares (EPS), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at CV Bahagia Samarinda. This study uses five independent variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, with one dependent variable, is customer satisfaction. After reviewing the literature and the field and formulating hypotheses, the data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to 50 people who had used the services of CV Bahagia Samarinda as the research sample. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, partial test (t) Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). Tangible does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the services of CV Bahagia Samarinda. This can be seen from the t-test results on concrete variables with a calculated t value of 0.885, which is smaller than the t table value with a value of 1.99 and a significant value of 0.381 greater than 0.05 ( 0.381 > 0.05 ), so H1 is rejected. Does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the services of CV Bahagia Samarinda. This can be seen from the results of the t-test on the Reliability variable 1.280, which is smaller than the t table value with a value of 1.99 and a significant value of 0.207 greater than 0.05 (0.207 > 0.05), so H2 is rejected. Responsiveness has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at CV Bahagia Samarinda services. This can be seen from the results of the t-test on the Responsiveness variable 1.529, which is smaller than the t table value with a value of 1.99 and a significant value of 0.134, which is greater than 0.05 (0.134 > 0.05), so H3 is rejected. Assurance has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the services of CV Bahagia Samarinda. This can be seen from the results of the t-test on the Assurance variable 3.305, which is greater than the t table value with a value of 1.99 and a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05), so H4 is accepted. Empathy has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at CV Bahagia Samarinda's services. This can be seen from the results of the t-test on the Empathy variable 1.429, which is smaller than the t table value with a value of 1.99 and a significant value of 0.160, which is greater than 0.05 (0.160 > 0.05), so H5 is rejected. Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at CV Bahagia Samarinda services. The statistical value evidences this with a significant value of 0.002. Therefore, the significant value is less than 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). Therefore, simultaneously service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to select stocks that are worth investing in during the Covid-19 pandemic. To reduce the risk of loss for investors, it is necessary to carry out a fundamental analysis of the company because almost all companies experienced a decline in stock prices during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study produces a fair price for a stock and looks at the company's financial performance in generating profits to determine which shares are worthy of being an investment choice during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection using purposive sampling technique using seven companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the food and beverage sub-sector consumer goods industry. The method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The results showed that 5 out of 7 companies were in an investment-worthy condition, while two companies were not in an investment-worthy condition

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return On Assets (ROA), whether there is an effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) and whether there is an effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non-Performing Loans. Performing Loan (NPL) to Return On Assets (ROA). The variables in this study are CAR and NPL as independent variables and ROA as the dependent variable. Data collection can be obtained through secondary data and literature study. The data were analyzed by calculating the correlation coefficient test, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results showed that partially CAR had a significant effect on ROA at PT. Bank Central Asia, NPL has no significant effect on ROA at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence of follow-up recommendations on the performance of internal audit services to PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch-Bandung, given PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero), Bandung Branch has done a step by entering into an integrated system of Integrated System Services (ISS) in 2009 to facilitate service to the public and be in sync with the police that the acceleration of payment must be faster. The research method used in this research is the descriptive method with a case study approach. The hypothesis was tested with the statistics of the product-moment correlation, coefficient of determination, and the t-test for the significance test. The results of the internal audit report are for the management of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Bandung, in decision-making, the internal auditors' recommendations are expected to assist in achieving organizational goals, especially in the achievement of service performance. With statistical calculation results with 95% confidence level and the error rate of 5% with degrees of freedom df = n2 known for 9.849 t count is more significant than 2.048 in the t table with the following can be concluded there is a significant and positive effect between the follow-up internal audit recommendations on service performance at PT. Rahaja Services (Persero) Branch Bandung and the magnitude of the influence-a follow-up internal audits of service performance is 58.8%.
