Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of Green Accounting, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, company profitability and company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive and verification methods. The sample of this research is 200 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The data analysis method used in this study is the expansion path analysis of simple and multiple regression analysis, single test, multiple correlation coefficient (R) analysis, and coefficient of determination. While the hypothesis testing used is the statistical method of partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and Sobel significant test using Eviews version 10 Enterprise. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Green Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on the profitability and firm value. Profitability also significantly affected firm value, but the mediating effect of the profitability variable did not occur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the perception of the Supervision Principal and Work Motivation on Teacher Performace in SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. The sampling technique was conducted by random samplimg. The attainable population in this research were all teacher in status PNS is 67 teachers. The sample used by the tabel Isaac and Michael is 58 teachers. The simple linier regression and resulted Ŷ = 0,048X1 + 0,074X2 + 69,062. Relationship between the teacher perception of supervision principal with teacher performance, and work motivation with teacher performance are significantly positive. In simultan, relationhip between teacher perception of supervision principal, work motivation with teacher performance are significantly positively correlated. Normality test result were calculate with SPSS shows that all the variables above 0,05, inicated normally distributed. In partial test, significance t hitung teacher perception of supervision principal and work motivation size is 5,405 with significance 0,000 so, it indicated possitive significantly related between them.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the correlation of permanent differences and timing differences with earning persistence at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. This research used the survey method with correlational approach using secondary data which was obtained from manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of this research indicate that (i) permanent differences and timing differences simultaneously had a significant correlation with earning persistence, (ii) permanent differences had a negative significant correlation with earning persistence and, (iii) timing differences had a negative significant correlation with earning persistence. The conclusion of the research is information in timing and permanent differences had opposite direction of correlation with earning persistence, which is when timing and permanent differences partially increased, the earning persistence will be decreased and timing and permanent differences simultaneously had enough rate of correlation with earning persistence. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to identify the competencies of graduates FE UNJ waiting times based upon the profile of the work , the suitability of the first areas of work, salary and perceptions about the competence of the alumni corporation. This research is a qualitative study and the population are alumnies of the Faculty of Economics who working in government agencies, private and entrepreneur and graduated from the period 2011/2012 to 2012/2013. Sample of the population is set at 10 % of the total population, and using a technique comvenience sampling ( non probability sampling ). The data used in this study is primary data obtained from interviews and use the questionnaire instrument. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by looking at the frequency distribution and the average of respondents’s answers regarding the competence of graduates of the Faculty of Economics UNJ. 92.8% of alumni of the Faculty of Economics working as employees of the company, 5.8 % be a teacher, others go to college and as entrepreneurs . The average waiting time for alumnies FE UNJ only takes waited less than 6 months to get a job. The level of salary received at the time of the first alumni of work varies with an average of 2-3 million by 49 % and between 3 million and above by 23 % . The level of compliance competencies and job average amounted to 77 % of alumni and competence of alumni based on the user 's perception was expressed by 71 % of alumni FE UNJ have a good competence. Abstract

Abstract Amid the college competition, where public universities are entering a new form of Public Service Agency (BLU), the public universities increasingly in demand to provide more quality services. Hence the focus on service improvement mainly lecturers teaching activities need to be improved from year to year.The better for its existence, the Faculty of Economics UNJ, should run higher education quality assurance has collected. then one way that can be achieved is by doing research on students regarding the level of student satisfaction on the performance of the teaching faculty of Economics diFakultas UNJ. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of trends faculty performance and give impetus to occur padai improved performance in the coming years. The results of this study are brought average performance trend in the teaching faculty in each department is good, which is the average value moves above trend figures 3,0dengan the conclusion that the students of the Faculty of Economics satisfied with the performance of the teaching lecturer. Abstract

ABSTRACT Ditengah persaingan perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta, dimana perguruan tinggi negeri memasuki bentuk baru yaitu Badan Layanan Umum (BLU), perguruan tinggi negeri semakin di tuntut untuk menyediakan layanan yang setaraf dengan perguruan tinggi swasta seiring dengan kenaikan biaya pendidikan yang harus mahasiswa bayarkan. Oleh karena itu fokus terhadap kepuasan para mahasiswa yang merupakan pelanggan pada perguruan Tinggi Negeri perlu ditingkatkan. agar eksistensinya terjamin, Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ, harus menjalankan penjaminan mutu pendidikan tinggi yang diselenggarakannya. Perlu dikemukakan bahwa, penilaian stakeholders senantiasa berkembang, maka kegiatan penjaminan mutu juga harus selalu disesuaikan pada perkembangan stakeholders agar peningkatan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) dapat terus tercapai. maka salah satu cara yang dapat dicapai adalah dengan melakukan riset terhadap mahasiswa mengenai tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh fakultas ekonomi UNJ. Tujuan penelitian ini agar Fakultas Ekonomi menjadi lebih memahami harapan stake holder dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan dan dapat dijadikan skala prioritas bagi Fakultas Ekonomi dalam menyusun sasaran strategik ke depan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bawa rata-rata indeks kepuasan dari ketujuh standar adalah sebesar 82%, namun demikian jika melihat kriteria kepuasan maka level kepuasannya berada pada predikat cukup puas. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of interest rate and inflation on the performance of sharia mutual funds. This research was conducted on sharia mutual fund-type shares listed with the Financial Services Authority (Indonesia) (OJK) for the 60 months observed. Sharpe’s method was used for measuring the performance of the mutual funds used. This study uses a secondary quantitative research approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the t test, interest rate is shown to have a significant negative effect on the performance of sharia mutual funds while inflation does not have a significant effect on their performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Edmodo-based e-learning media on student learning outcomes in the subjects of banking basics class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 42 Jakarta. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a research design post-test only control design. The samples taken were class X Accounting 2 as the experimental class and X Accounting 1 as the control class with 36 students each. The instrument used is a test. The test results data were analyzed by normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results of the normality test showed that the experimental class obtained Lcount (0.113) < Ltable (0.147) this means the data is normally distributed and in the control class obtained Lcount (0.101) < Ltable (0.147) this means the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test shows that Fcount (1.22) < Ftable (1.76) then the data used is homogeneous. The results of hypothesis testing state that tcount (13.79) < ttable (1.66) this means that there is an influence of Edmodo-based e-learning learning media on the learning outcomes of students of class X accounting expertise competence at SMK Negeri 42 Jakarta Keywords: Learning Media, Learning Edmodo, Instructional Media E-Learning
