Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of empowering school administrative personnel which includes awareness, capacity building and empowerment. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and study of the documentation. The data analysis model used an interactive analysis model from Miles Huberman. The results show that the empowerment of school administrative personnel which included awareness, capacity and empowerment stages have been implemented quite successfully so that school administrative staff had various competencies (personality, social, technical and managerial). In the awareness stage, it is carried out to provide encouragement, motivation and communication to school administration staff to increase their adaptability to their main tasks and functions. At the capacitating stage, education and training are carried out in the form of upgrading, education and training, technical guidance and workshops. Meanwhile, at the empowerment stage, apperception and self-potential development activities are carried out. In this empowerment, there is also support from school leaders with full dedication and motivation to empower school administrative personnel. However, there is still a need for reasonably fundamental improvements in empowerment with respect to various constraints and conditions that are expected in the next empowerment process. For this purpose, it is necessary to review (remodify) empowerment programs, so that they are validative, varied, dynamic, evaluative, interesting and weighty, including the consideration of the needs of school administrative personnel.

Abstract

One of the efforts made by parents diverting children from gadget is to embrace Smart Hafiz as one of the current educational toys and trends supplying positive values to children. Young mothers who have a lifestyle with an updated atmosphere educates their children with sophisticated technology. A very fantastic price is not a problem for parents. The large number of Islamic content offered makes Smart Hafiz able to internalize religious values in children. In addition, Smart Hafiz is also a toy tool that can make children happy. Based on the research context, the focus of the research is to investigate and describe the internalization of religious values in early childhood through Smart Hafiz media, what supporting and inhibiting factors are in internalizing religious values in early childhood through Smart Hafiz media in Karduluk village. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The data collection methods or techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. From this method, the researchers then processed and analyzed to obtain data or information. The informants used are young mothers who owned Smart Hafiz in Karduluk village who put their children into pre-primary education . They know firsthand the scope that this research will undertake. They are considerately aware of various accurate information regarding the problems that occurred in the village of Karduluk. Internalization of religious values in early childhood through the Smart Hafiz media in Karduluk village is carried out by several methods including association / mentoring, habituation, advice, exemplary, and attention / supervision. The supporting and inhibiting factors in internalizing religious values in early childhood through Smart Hafiz media are influenced by several factors, namely Smart Hafiz media, family and the environment.

Abstract

One of the important elements in community development is the ulama. The Ulama are duty bearers of the Prophets who rely on the implementation of their self-serving duties to Allah SWT. and the implementation of the duties of the Caliphate on earth in accordance with the will and guidance of Allah SWT. which was sent down to the Prophets and Apostles. The prophets and messengers were sent in turn to guide people to find their identity as religious creatures, which ended with the sending of the last Prophet and Rasul, Muhammad. After our Master Muhammad (s). passed away to Rahmatullah, then the apostolic mission that he carries until the end of time and for all mankind, is the responsibility of the scholars as heirs of the Prophets to continue this heavy but noble task until the end of time.

Abstract

This article discusses changes in Islamic education organizations, who raised the role of Islamic education leadership in the change management of mini research education organizations at MTs Al-Mujahirin Patuk Yogyakarta. Basically every organization will make changes in the body of the organization is logical and formal. Good organizational change is a systemic and planned change and requires a top leader to drive a change and be suported by elements within it.

Abstract

Islamic education institutions in the village of Sumberjo Mranggen, have developed the Tahfidz based curriculum. This policy was decided as a form of the curriculum innovation and development of the madrasah. This study aims to investigate more about the tahfidz-based education concept of madrasah of MTs and MA Taqwiyatul Wathon tahfidz al-Qur'an system and to seek out how the implementation of the curriculum development in the tahfidzbased madrasah education of MTs and MA Taqwiyatu Wathon, Sumberjo Mranggen, Demak, Central Java, Indonesia. The type and method of this research is descriptivequalitative research with a phenomenological approach of data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show (1) the education concept emphasizes the time allocation for the tahfidz al-Qur'an with an extra portion, which additionally added hours to after-school period to attain tahfidz al- Qur'an 30 juz, but in fact this madrasah began to implement tahfidz-based concept from MI to MA purposing students to memorize and apply the contents of the Al-Qur'an in their daily life and (2) the tahfidzbased curriculum development of a madrasah education in MI, MTs and MA Taqwiyatu Wathon, Sumberjo Mranggen, Demak Regency, Central Java is applied to cover the needs for madrasah, development of educational goals, KTSP curriculum, Ministry of Religion curriculum and local content curriculum (Madrasah), learning experiences and curriculum evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Kepemimpinan Lelaki Sasak dalam Novel “Lalu” Karya Randa Anggarista (Kajian Kepemimpinan Transformasional) ini membahas tentang isu yang tidak akan pernah bosan untuk diperbincangkan. Apalagi isu yang ada dalam penelitian ini merupakan suatu hal yang sangat layak untuk dimunculkan. Kajian tentang model atau gaya kepemimpinan lelaki Sasak dapat dikatakan cukup memberikan pandangan bagi semua orang yang ingin mengetahui ciri khas kepemimpinan orang Sasak. Dalam novel Lalu karya Randa Anggarista ini mengungkap persoalan demi persoalan yang timbul di setiap sisi kehidupan lelaki Sasak sebagai sosok pemimpin bagi keluarga dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu novel Lalu karya Randa Anggarista yang diterbitkan oleh penerbit Sanabil pada tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan catat. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, klasifikasi, interpretasi, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian dalam kepemimpinan lelaki Sasak dalam novel Lalu karya Randa Anggarista ini, seperti 1) memimpin dengan menyandarkan pengharapan kepada Tuhan. 2) memimpin dengan ketegasan. 3) memimpin dengan cara memberikan motivasi. 4) memimpin dengan nasihat. 5) pemimpin yang pekerja keras. 6) memimpin dengan adil dan bijak.

Abstract

Orang tua merupakan madrasah pertama bagi anak. Peran kedua orang tua yang dapat diteladani oleh anak bisa memainkan peran vital dalam setiap tahap pendidikan seorang anak. PAUD merupakan pendidikan yang paling fundamental karena perkembangan anak di masa selanjutnya sangat ditentukan oleh berbagai stimulasi bermakna yang diberikan sejak usia dini. Pendidikan anak usia dini harus dipersiapkan secara terencana dan bersifat holistik agar dimasa emas perkembangan anak (Golden Age) mendapatkan distimulasi yang utuh, sehingga mengembangkan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki anak. Kebanyakan para orang tua dalam memulai proses masuk ke lembaga pendidikan untuk anaknya, mengabaikan pendidikan anak usia dini. Padahal untuk membiasakan diri dan mengembangkan pola pikir anak, pendidikan sejak usia dini mutlak diperlukan. Pendidikan akhlak adalah pembentukan perilaku baik yang menumbuhkan nilai moral kepada manusia yang akan mempengaruhi tingkah laku manusia tersebut. Didalam era 4.0 ini sangat penting dibentuknya akhlak-akhlak mulia mulai dari anak usia dini karena tidak dapat kita pungkiri pada saat ini telah banyak kasus-kasus yang diperankan anak usia dini seperti halnya, terpengaruhnya kepada dunia gadget , membangkang kepada orang tua, bullying hingga kasus pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh anak usia dini. Kasus seperti ini perlu kita amati dan segera ditumpaskan karena mereka adalah generasi bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of noble character education and its supporting and inhibiting factors. The research approach is qualitative which is carried out at Sawabiqul Himam Ngroto Islamic Boarding School with the research subjects being Islamic boarding school caregivers and religious teachers. For data collection, interviews, observations, documentation and focus group discussions were conducted. The data analysis techniques of this research are data reduction, data display and data verification and then draw conclusions from the data that has been presented in stages to become research findings. This paper concludes that the caretakers of the Islamic boarding school and the ustad have tried to implement noble character education to the students, both from the aspect of exemplary education, habituation, attention, giving advice, and educating punishment. Supporting factors are the caregivers of the Islamic boarding school who seek to socialize the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school to the residents of the boarding school and the cooperation between the ustad and other components. The inhibiting factor is the inadequate prayer room and the allocation of funds for Islamic boarding school activities. Keywords: Implementation, Education, Noble Morals

Abstract

تجريد البحث: هذا البحث يبحث عن تحليل الارتباط بين تعلم اللغة العربية والمهارة على قراءة القرآن لدى طلاب بابوا المسلمي الأصليين. استخدم الباحث لمناهج البحث هو وصفي كمي ،بمعنى أن موضوعية هذا التصميم البحثي تتم باستخدام أرقام المعالجة الإحصائية والهياكل والتجارب المضبوطة. بالنظر إلى السكان والعينة ، فإن هذا البحث هو بحث سكانية، لأنه يشمل موضوع البحث، هم الطلاب المسلمين من بابوا. استخدمت تقنيات جمع البيانات الاستبيانات والملاحظات والاختبارات والتوثيق. تم تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام الإحصاءات الكمية. بناءً على التحليل الكمي المترابط لنتائج البحث ، فإن هناك تأثيرًا بين تعلم اللغة العربية والمهارة على قراءة القرآن لدى طلاب بابوا المسلمي الأصليين. كما يتبين من نتائج حساب معامل الارتباط وهو 0.496 فإن القيمة تقع في الفترة 0.41-0.71 لذلك يمكن استنتاج أن المتغيرين X (تعلم اللغة العربية) و Y (المهارة على قراءة القرآن) لهما ارتباط معتدل أو كاف. من المتوقع أن تقدم نتائج هذا البحث مساهمة إيجابية في معرفة المحاضرين والمعلمين والطلاب وأولياء الأمور والباحثين الآخرين بأن مستوى إتقان دروس اللغة العربية يمكن أن يؤثر على مهارة قراءة القرآن.
