Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah isbat nikah dalam tinjauan maslahah. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian diskriktif kualitatif. Isbat nikah jika dikaji dari segi maslahah maka akan menempatkan isbat nikah pada segi maslahah hajjiyyah. Hal ini didukun dari segi tingkatan kemaslahatannya. Suatu pernikahan tidak akan bias menemukan kebahagiaan yang sempurna jika pemenuhan hajjiyah dalam pernikahan tersebut tidak terpenuhi. Terlebih lagi isbat nikah merupakan suatu cara untuk pemenuhan administrasi dalam meregistrasi ulang pernikhan yang pernah dilakukan.

Abstract

Character education has a higher meaning than moral education, because character education is not only related to right and wrong problems, but how to instill habits (habituation) about things that are good in life, so that students have high awareness, sensitivity, and understanding , as well as concern and commitment to apply virtue in everyday life. Thus it can be said that a person with character is a person's nature in responding to situations in a moral way, manifested in real action through good behavior, honesty, sincerity, responsibility, respect for others and other noble character values. Therefore, as a teacher, it should be able to apply character education to the learning process. In this paper, the authors offer ideas or concepts in the preparation of a comprehensive character education based learning plan (RPP).

Abstract

A College has an important role in developing human resources. It has to arrange a good curriculum to answer the need of human in this live. A good curriculum will create a good learning and teaching. The skills are needed by students to face competitions in looking for jobs. English is one of skills which students need in the competition. State Islamic College of Sorong as one of Islamic College in West Papua gives a positive response to answer the students need in a local and global competition. It has three units in building English skills in West Papua. The first is Language Unit. It has done TOEFL Training and Test for students and society. This program develop three skills in English; Listening, Structure, and Reading. The second is Tarbiyah Faculty. It has conducted English Camp for Senior High School Students and University Students. This program improve students’ speaking skill. And the third is Bidik Misi. It has done a weekly meeting program. This program helps students to be more active in discussing a topic in English.

Abstract

Globalization is something we cannot avoid, and it impacts on all fronts, both positive and negative impacts. Globalization can also be a challenge for all, consequently, it requires a smart strategy to face the challenges of globalization. One of them is Pesantren. Pesantren with their classic characteristics must have a strategy to adapt to today’s guidance so that it able to maintain the existence, survive and be accepted by an increasingly advanced society. One of the pesantren that is aware of this is the API ASRI Islamic boarding school in the city of Magelang, this salaf-style pesantren has proven to be able to compete with other Islamic boarding schools, although it has only been established for about 13 years, but it has become the reference boarding school throughout Indonesia. This has attracted research attention to find out what the challenges of globalization are facing the API ASRI Islamic boarding school and how the strategy of the API ASRI Islamic boarding school in facing the challenges of globalization. This research is a case study research, using a qualitative descriptive approach. In this study, researchers used several techniques and data collection instruments, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques to check the validity of the data used in this study. The result of this study is that the biggest challenge faced by API ASRI Islamic boarding school is sophistication and promiscuity. Both of these are challenges of globalization that make Islamic boarding schools prepare themselves for this. Furthermore, the strategy used is through the formation of the character of the students and the formation of skills of the students. In terms of character building through the existence of Pesantren organizations and activities including the recitation, congregational prayer and mujahadah. And in terms of skill formation includes establishing formal schools and the existence of extracurricular activities which include English, tambourine and calligraphy.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest Islamic religious education institution in Indonesia. However, the regulations and recognition of the Indonesian government are not the same as the recognition of schools, why? The results of this study show that government policies and pesantren recognition are divided into five periods, namely recognition of the existence of pesantren; recognition of pesantren as religious educational institutions in Indonesia; pesantren are equivalent to school and madrasah; pesantren as part of the Indonesia education system; and the period of independent existence of pesantren as educational institutions.

Abstract

Imamah (Leadership of the State) is the main factor causing disputes among Muslims until today, thus splitti ng Islam into various streams, classes and schools. The conflict between Islamic groups aft er the Prophet based on a question: who should and deserve to be the leader of the state. In the Shiite concept known as “Imamah” which mean that Shiite Imamah is not a matter of personal interest given to the general choice, but it is one of the principles and foundati ons of Islamic religious principles (Arkan ad-Din). This paper will explain the implementati on of imamah concept and the conflicts that occur in the issue of political differenti on between Shiite groups. Various problems are analyzed through Shiite primary books. This study shows that Shiite throughout the history of Islamic politics always be a dissident side.

Abstract

Islam is very concerned about and highly respects science. Science is very complex to navigate human life, al attas upholds science that will have a positive impact on the development and world civilization. There is a term in the category of religious knowledge and general knowledge which was introduced by al Ghazali. So al attas, in this case, will provide new knowledge and insights of all knowledge that will be affected by changes and developments in world civilization. With the concept of Islamic thought, the science of al Attas is applied in the context of modern Islamic education in Indonesia, from basic education institutions to higher education institutions. Which states the concept of Islamization of science in an integrated manner in the concept of Islamic education from aspects of educational institutions, aspects of the curriculum, aspects of educators, and aspects of students. These four aspects are an attempt to implement the concept of Islamization of science in real human life with the concept of the theory of nature inherent in humans as caliph on earth.

Abstract

This paper aims to see the resistance shown by Islamic thinkers represented by Syed Naquib Al-Attas, Ismail Raji al-Faruqi, and Fazlurrahman against the development of civilization and intellectualism in the Western world. This study is a literature review that tries to answer questions about the development of Western civilization on Islamic civilization, especially in the intellectual world. This research finds that the development of knowledge in the western world cannot be separated from the methodology and contextualization developed by the West so that it is superior and more developed than the Islamic world

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh penggunaan metode langsung dalam meningkatkan keterampilan percakapan sehari-hari siswa MA. Sultan Hasanuddin, Kecamatan Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan metode langsung dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab berpengaruh pada peningkatan keterampilan percakapan seharihari siswa di MA. Sultan Hasanuddin, Kecamatan Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa, hal ini dilihat dari hasil post test dan mengalami peningkatkan jika dibandingkan dengan pre test. Kemudian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode langsung berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan percakapan sehari-hari siswa MA Sultan Hasanuddin, Kecamatan Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa, Secara rinci keterampilan percakapan sehari-hari siswa di MA Sultan Hasanuddin. Kecamatan Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa, sebelum menerapkan metode tersebut berada pada kualifikasi "baik", sedangkan setelah menerapkan metode tersebut berada pada kualifikasi “sangat baik”. Abstract

This paper examines the history of the transformation of Islamic education in Indonesia according to Ariel Furchan. As a study of literature, then this article refers to the work of Ariel Furchan titled Transformation of Islamic Education in Indonesia: Anatomy Existence Madrasah and PTAI. However, this study is the discussion about Islam in general education from the historical aspect before the colonial Dutch, the Dutch colonial era occur until after the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. The conclusions from this discussion is that the Islamic education of transformation occurred as a result of the dialectic of Islamic education with a phenomenon that occurs or context, both Dutch-style education system, as well as the presence of the Indonesian Communist Party, and even the challenges of globalization and the character of the nation itself. The transformation of Islamic education should be accompanied by the availability of qualified human resources, so that the transformation of Islamic education can work together in every process.
