Abstract

There are many companies that have not disclosed information regarding the intellectual capital disclosure because there are no obligations or standards governing it, so that the intellectual capital disclosure is now getting enough attention from various parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, managerial ownership and company size on the disclosure of intellectual capital with the company age as the moderation in Islamic banking companies in the period of 2016-2020. This study used the associative method with the hypothesis testing using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicated that the results of the calculation of the t-test (partial) showed that partially the variable leverage, managerial ownership and company size had a significant effect on the disclosure of Islamic banking intellectual capital in 2016-2020, while the interaction variable age and leverage (X1_M) had no significant effect on the intellectual capital disclosure. The interaction between age and managerial ownership (X2_M) did not have a significant effect on the intellectual capital disclosure, while the interaction between age and firm size (X3_M) had a significant effect on the intellectual capital disclosure. This indicated that the size of the company age when it had a high company size made it willing to disclose its intellectual capital so that investors would certainly be interested in investing in large companies.

Abstract

This study aims to find out people's perception of sharia banking's preferences to become sharia bank customers. Data collection was conducted by non probability sampling method to the community in Jenggot Village, Pekalongan city through questionnaire. Data analysis using linear regression analysis.  Based on the results of hypothesis testing obtained results that public perception of sharia banking kesyariahan positively and significantly affect the preference to become a customer of sharia banks. Onthe perception side, most of the public agrees that the basis of the existence of sharia banks is by the MUI fatwa on bank interest that is declared haram because it includes usury and the presence of Sharia banking as a solution in avoiding the interest/usury system. However, the public still shows skepticism about the activities and operational systems carried out by Sharia banking to its conformity with sharia principles. Meanwhile, in terms of preferences to become sharia bank customers, the community response has not fully placed its choice on sharia banks. This generally shows that although the public has recognized the presence of Sharia banking as a solution in avoiding the interest/usury system, it does not necessarily encourage people to choose to become sharia bank customers.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the influence of work environment and work insecurity on turnover intention with work life balance as a moderation variable in PT. Rantauprapat Railway. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT KAI Rantauprapat numbering 75 people. This research uses quantitative method and perform data processing with IBM SPSS Statistic 20 tools. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, statistical test, multiple linear regression test and moderation test using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of the t (partial) test showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions with a coefficient value of 0.644 with a probability value of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 6.535. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a coefficient value of 0.259 with a probability value of 0.045 and a calculated t value of 2.043. While the results of the f test (simultaneous) showed a value of 27,286 which means that the work environment and work insecurity together have a significant effect on turnover intention. Multiple linear test results showed a yield of Y = 3.961 + 0.644 X1 + 0.259X2. Work life balance cannot moderate the influence of the work environment and work insecurity on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, promotion, price, product quality and taste on customer satisfaction at Geprek chicken at Endus Sibuaya stall. The population in this study are consumers who buy directly at Ayam Geprek Warung Endus Sibuaya. In this study, using a sample of 84 people. This study used the simple random sampling method, where the penarika was randomized by providing equal opportunities for each member of the population to express their opinion. In simultaneous testing (Test F), it is known that service quality, promotion, price, product quality and taste have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially (t test) it is known that service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while price, product quality and taste have no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, targetting and market positioning do not have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Through the determinant coefficient test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.229 or 22.9. Customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality, promotion, price, product quality and taste while 77.1 can be explained by other variables which are not discussed in this study. Testing the feasibility of the research instrument and descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the respondents used SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) software.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation, service quality, customer satisfaction and competitive advantage on the purchasing decision of the King of Furniture in Kota Pinang.. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents, while the population used in this study was On the King of Pinang City Furniture. The data technique was done by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The results showed that partially (t test) it is known that Market Orientation has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Furniture in Pinang City. Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture.Then Competitive Advantage has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture. , Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Advantage have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) 7.30% which means that Market Orientation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Advantage have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. , 32% the remaining 4.70% from other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out if product features, prices and promotions have a positive effect on telkomsel prepaid simcard purchase decisions for students and students in Kendari City. The population in this study was students and students in Kendari who used prepaid telkomsel simcards. The samples in this study numbered 60 respondents. The samplingtechniques used in this study are Accidental Sampling techniques and the analysis tool used in this study is SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline on performance, the influence of work stress on employee performance and to know the influence of work discipline and work stress simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Sankei Gohsyu Industries. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 89 people. The sample used as many as 89 respondents at PT Sankei Gohsyu Industries with saturated sampling method. The method of data collection used is questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The data was analyzed with multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that work discipline (X1) had a partial significant effect on employee performance (Y). The value of positive t count, meaning that the more improved the work discipline, the more the employee performance increases, the variable work stress (X2) does not partially affect the performance of employees (Y) and work discipline (X1) and work stress (X2) together - equally significant affect the performance of employees (Y) but the value of coefficient interachievement is very low at 17.0%. Therefore, to improve employee performance required work discipline, because the work discipline variable (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant effect on the performance variable

Abstract

the purpose of this study is to determine the  influence of firm size on asset growth and debt to equity ratio prices on asset growth prices and simultaneously between return on asser and debt to equity ratio on asset growth prices. The research method used is quantitative. With the number of populations and samples as many as 9 companies with 5 observation periods, the number of data used as much as 45 data from the multiplication of 9 banks x 5 years observation period. The test result of the first hypothesis (H1)is known signification value = 0.014 is smaller than at 0.05 or sig value < 0.05, then Ha  received H0  is rejected. The test result of the second hypothesis (H2)is known to signify = 0.691 greater than at 0.05 or sig value > 0.05, then Ha  rejected H0  is accepted. The results of the third hypothesis test (H3)are known  Fcount  = 5034 and Ftable  = 2.89 so Fcalculates>Ftable with a significant level above 0.05 i.e. 0.13. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that  firm size affects the price of asset growth and debt to equity ratio has no effect on the price of asset growth and simultaneously between firm size and debt to equity ratio affects assetgrowth

Abstract

Tahun 2020 nampaknya menjadi tahun yang tidak akan mudah dilupakan oleh sejarah peradaban manusia. Pandemic covid-19 yang hampir melanda diseluruh bangsa didunia ini telah membuat efek domino terhadap sendi kehidupan manusia itu sendiri. Berbagai bidang mengalami efek pasang surut, termasuk salah satu diantaranya adalah bidang ekonomi. Untuk menghadapi gelombang pasang yang mampu membuat sebuah Negara masuk dalam palung krisis ekonomi, maka Pemerintah Indonesia telah membuat berbagai kebijakan-kebijakan yang dibuat bertujuan untuk menyelamatkan perekonomian bangsa. Kebijakan tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku usaha UMKM dapat terus bertahan dan merubah pola strategi mereka didalam pemasaran untuk mempertahankan tidak hanya kesejahteraan para pelaku UMKM tetapi juga secara kebangsaan.Strategi AVP ini merupakan pengembangan dari marketing mix yang sangat diperlukan bagi para pelaku usaha untuk membuka gerbang pertahanan dalam menjalankan usaha yang telah dirintis. Dikala efek domino yang begitu terasa dikalangan pelaku UMKM, justru disinilah letak pondasi awal para pelaku UMKM yang masih memiliki semangat dan minat wirausaha untuk tetap mempertahankan bisnis/usahanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat factor apa sajakah yang mampu menjadi stimulant komunitas pemuda Desa Gelam Jaya untuk tetap memiliki minat wirausaha demi membangun perekonomian ditengah pandemic. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel 169 orang yang diambil dari komunitas pemuda desa gelam jaya Kabupaten Tangerang.  Adapun metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa factor Adanya Pendampingan/Pembekalan Rutinitas Untuk Berwirausaha (VAR00006) masuk dalam kelompok pertama dan memiliki nilai diatas 0,50 . Artinya memang ada pengaruh antara selesainya kegiatan pendampingan pengenalan stratgei AVP (avaibility, visibility, dan promotion) dalam proses mewujudkan minat untuk membuka UMKM/berwirausaha ditengah kondisi pandemic saat ini

Abstract

In the past, offline stores were in great demand by consumers. As technology develops, many companies develop and facilitate small online stores with the creation of E-Commerce. One of them is Lazada. This research was conducted to see the effect of product quality, product design, and promotion on purchasing decisions in Lazada E-Commerce, either simultaneously or partially. This research is descriptive with quantitative data. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that only partial testing of product quality (X1) and promotion (X3) variables has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the product design variable (X2) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneous testing of product quality (X1), product design (X2), and promotion (X3) has a joint effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Suggestions needed in further research are adding other variables that influence purchasing decisions, trust, features and so on.
