Transformasi Manageria: Journal of Islamic Education Management is a journal published in the Study Program of Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. Abstract

Efforts to Increase Analogy Analysis Through a Cooperative Type Creatif Mind Organization Model in Students of Class VII MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak Academic Year 2019/2020. The main factor of students learning difficulties of the Qur'an The first Hadith lack of motivation both motivation in themselves and motivation outside of themselves, this can be seen during the learning process of the Qur'anic Hadith subjects there are still many students who pay less attention when the teacher provides learning to memorize it. The second factor is the low ability of students to memorize the verses of the Qur'an in the subjects of the Qur'an of Hadith so that there is no enthusiasm in memorizing the material understanding the Qur'an on the subjects of the Qur'an of the Hadith. The purpose of this study is 1. To find out the knowledge ability of VII grade MTs students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. 2. Describe the use of Creatif Mind Organization learning models in learning and teaching activities in class VII MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. 3. To find out whether the use of the Creatif Mind Organization learning model can improve the ability to memorize MTs VII grade students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. The results of this study are 1. That the cognitive abilities of class VII MTs students. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak is very good with proven students displaying exemplary attitudes during their learning and teaching activities in the study of the Qur'anic Hadith. In the first cycle, some students seemed active in learning activities. Then, after researchers applied Creatif Mind Organization students' learning models, they were more active and responsive to the material being taught. 2. The implementation of the Creatif Mind Organization model at the beginning of the meeting took place ineffectively because students had never participated in learning activities with the model. then after the researcher enacted the action in the form of applying the model through group discussion activities, direct practice and reflecting actions in each cycle. So, the application of the model goes well along with the ongoing learning and teaching activities by involving the participation of students as Student Oriented. 3. The cognitive abilities of students of class VII MTs. Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak experienced a significant increase after learning the Al-Qur'an Hadith study field using the Creatif Mind Organization model.

Abstract

Cybernetic learning theory which has an average result of 51.75, median of 49, mode of 46.8, variance of 30.19 and standard deviation of 5.49, can be accepted with a significant tolerance limit. This indicates a positive and significant relationship. The effectiveness of learning aqidah morals of students at MTs IKABA Gebang has an average result of 52.7, median of 53.6, mode of 53, variance of 17.85 and standard deviation of 4.22 acceptable with a positive and significant tolerance limit. There is a positive relationship and significant on cybernetic learning theory with the effectiveness of students' aqidah morals learning at MTs IKABA Gebang with a regression line Y= 22.37 +0.61 X. There is a significant correlation between cybernetic learning theory and the effectiveness of students learning aqidah morals at MTs IKABA Gebang after the regression test with the product moment formula with a calculated result of 0.833 with a strong or high level of relationship. From the results of the research conducted by the researchers, it is known that cybernetic learning theory is well applied and able to contribute to the effectiveness of students' moral aqidah learning at MTs IKABA Gebang, for that it is hoped that teachers will be able to apply cybernetic learning theory well so that the impact on students can have a more positive effect

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occur in schools where most of the students have high intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence but do not have good morals. Thus, through tahfidz learning, they are expected to be able to realize that spiritual intelligence is important for their morals so that they can growup to be a generation that has good potential and also good morals. Based on this background, the writer wishes to discuss it in his thesis and take the title of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. This research focused on:(1) How is the concept of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Exampel Gebang? (2) How is the implementation of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang? (3) How is the implications of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. The purposes of this researchare (1) To describe the concept of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Exampel Gebang; (2) To describe the implementation of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang; (3) To describe the implications of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Check the validity of the data using extension of participation, observer perseverance, and triangulation. The results of the research are (1) The concept of tahfidzqur'an learning aims to train students to love the Qur'an and become a superior person from within themselves in the form of personality and spiritual intelligence; (2) The implementation of tahfidz learning includes arranging sincere intentions, with parental permission, diligent and patient in memorizing, leaving any immorality behind and keep away from harm. There are two methods used by the tahfidz teacher, namely the bin nadzar method and the murajaah method; (3) The implications of tahfidzqur'an learning make students have a high sense of empathy and always be grateful.

Abstract

The learning model used in writing this thesis is to use a classroom action research approach. The purpose of this paper is to find out that problem based learning models can improve students' understanding of fiqh subjects for class VII students of MTs Yaspend Muslim Pematang Tengah. The conclusions that can be drawn from this paper regarding student responses after the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model in improving understanding of the subject of Jurisprudence for class VII students of MTs Yaspend Muslim Pematang Tengah are at the pre-test stage the number of students who completed as many as 10 people with a percentage of 32.25% and 21 students who did not complete, then after applying the Problem Based Learning model there was an increase in the first cycle as many as 19 students completed with a percentage of 61.29% and as many as 12 students did not complete. Because it has not met the researcher's target, it is continued in the second cycle. In the second cycle, there was an increase of 28 students who completed with a percentage of 90.32% and as many as 3 students

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun has the view that education must be taught gradually and understand the students. Education will be very useful if it is delivered gradually, gradually and a little by little. The teacher must also understand the readiness and thinking power of students to accept the lessons that are conveyed to him. Ibn Khaldun also taught that in educating to avoid harsh treatment of students. The position of the teacher as a guide for their students. Education must be managed with a good and well-planned system and be able to provide personal skills to students. Ibn Khaldun wanted a balanced curriculum between the teachings of the Qur'an as a concept and a source of knowledge. A teacher in Ibn Khaldun's view must master the components that show the quality of teaching that will make it easier for teachers to improve the quality of their teaching. With this viewpoint, if it is implemented properly in Islamic education, Islamic education will experience very good and significant developments. The results of the research that has been done, the researchers found that there is a correlation between the concept of Ibn Khaldun's education with the development of Islamic education. There is a positive and significant relationship in the concept of Ibnu Khaldun's education with the development of Islamic education at the Modern Babussalam Pesantren Teluk Bakung with a regression line Y = 19.96 + 0.66 X. There is a significant correlation between Ibnu Khaldun's concept of education and the development of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. Modern Babussalam Teluk Bakung, Tanjung Pura Subdistrict, after a regression test was carried out with the product moment formula with a calculation result of 0.816 with a strong or high level of relationship.

Abstract

And how is the relevance of applying the active learning strategy type of giving questions and getting answers to increase student learning activeness at MTs Private Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura ?. This study aims to find an increase in understanding through the application of the strategy of giving questions and getting answers to class VII A students at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. This research is a qualitative research which takes place at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura Langkat. Data collection methods used by documentation, observation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is deductive analysis, which departs from the theory and is then linked to the data in the field, if there is a continuity or relationship, and draws conclusions about which theory is most suitable in the application of the strategy of giving questions and getting answers. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the strategy of giving questions and getting answers in learning Islamic Cultural History can increase the learning activity of class VII A students of MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Covid 19 pandemic which has changed the system in the world, especially in the education sector. The Covid 19 pandemic has greatly affected the world economy, including in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of education financing at Gazza Wiguna 1 Vocational High School before the Covid 19 pandemic and during the Covid 19 pandemic and to determine the impact of the pandemic on the financing at Gazza Wiguna Vocational High School 1. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by examining the facts that occurred. . The research was conducted at SMK Gazza Wiguna 1 Kab. Bogor. The data collection technique used was the interview that came from the head of SMK Gazza Wiguna 1, the Deputy Head of the School, the treasurer of SMK Gazza Wiguna 1 and the parents of the students. Funding management at SMK Gazza Wiguna includes planning, management, implementation and supervision, focusing on the needs of schools, teachers and students. The Covid 19 pandemic has an impact on the management of education financing at the Gazza Wiguna 1 Vocational High School, namely on hiring teachers. Where during normal conditions, SMK Gazza Wiguna 1 relies on tuition fees to honor teachers, while during the Covid 19 pandemic, many students had difficulty paying tuition fees so that Gazza Wiguna 1 Vocational School made a budget rotation so that they could continue to honor teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study intends to determine the reality of the application of the learning model Everyone is a teacher here in the subject of Islamic Religious Education, to determine the reality of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects and to determine the reality of the effect of implementing the learning model Everyone is a teacher here on learning outcomes. students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The method used in this research is descriptive method. While the data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation and interviews. Then the data analysis used partial analysis and correlational analysis. The conclusion in this study is that the Islamic religious education learning model using the “everyone is a teacher here” model shows that the learning process through the “everyone is a teacher here” model can be carried out well. Student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) with the application of the "everyone is a teacher here" model have an average score of 4.33. This figure in the scale of the assessment criteria is at intervals of 3.5 - 4.5 with high qualifications. And obtained the count of 2.55 while the table is 11.07. So thus the count is less than the table (2.55 <11.07), the data for variable X is normally distributed.

Abstract

Islamic religious education teachers are often targeted and cornered when many students violate school rules and regulations. But with the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers, students can imitate the attitudes and actions of their teachers. This research was conducted at SMK Cendikia Muslim Nanggung Bogor. The research population was 832 students while the sample was 40 students, with a stratified random sampling technique. This study applies the correlation method with research instruments using a questionnaire for the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers and student morals using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the product moment correlation technique. The results showed that r count = 0.731, which means that there is an influence of the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers on student morals. Likewise, the significance test with the t test shows t count 6.603 t table 2.024, this means that the influence of personality competences of Islamic religious education teachers has a significant effect. While the contribution of Islamic religious education teachers to student morals is shown by the coefficient of determination = 53% which means that the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers makes a large contribution to student morals.

Abstract

This study discusses the thought of Islamic Education in the perspective of Kiai Hasyim Asy'ari. To find out the extent to which various changes and developments in Islamic education should make us always motivated to review and improve the quality of ourselves, in order to increase the quality and quantity of Islamic education in Indonesia. Because basically since the Indonesian state was born in 1945, education has become the cornerstone of one of the pillars of the nation's progress. Education is like a womb in which there are genes with a neat composition with all the seeds of existing abilities. Therefore it is necessary to have motivation in an effort to explore potential, good direction and planning in the development of education. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that K.H Hasyim Ash'ari's thoughts that talk about education emphasize more on educational ethics. Because ethics is more important than intelligence. Expertise in hadith is colored in the aspect of education. So that some of his works can change the situation at that time and experience changes and rapid development of an education.
