Abstract

The aims of this study was to determined the influence of spiritual Attitudes on the self confidence of students participating in the munaqasyah triall during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is based on the backround of the covid-19 pandemic where the munaqasyah trial was carried out on a limited basis by implementing strict health protocols. The method used in this research is survey method with correlation technique sampling. The Population in this research were all students of the primary school teacher education study program at the Thawalib Islamic high school, Jakarta.  Research sample is taken by purposive sampling technique as many as 20 students who take munaqasyah triall. The Instruments in this study are non test questions on the  sipiritual attitudes and self confidence scale. The results showed that there was a positive influence between spiritual attitudes on the self confidence of student participating in munaqasyah triall, where spiritual attitudes influence of  57,9% to student  self confidence and 42,1% by other variable.

Abstract

In March 2020 the corona virus infected almost all countries in the world. The spread of this virus was declared a pandemic outbreak. New problems have arisen, ranging from economic, social to education problems. Simultaneously educational institutions are choosing online learning. This mini research aims to examine how to improve teacher competence during a pandemic, which is focused on the aspects of digitalization demands in the world of education. The review will focus on how the implementation of learning during the pandemic at Al-Ma'tuq Boarding School Sukabumi. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The data collection technique is done through triangulation (combined), inductive / qualitative data analysis. Since the ministerial circular regarding learning during the pandemic was received, Al-Ma'tuq Boarding School immediately determined the strategy. Among them by hold training at the beginning of learning about technology, this proves that Al-Ma'tuq Boarding School continues to focus on developing competencies that teachers must have during this pandemic, including: (1) Competence in mastery of literacy and science and technology (2) Competence of classroom management skills (3) Communication and social competence. The existence of an online learning policy carried out by schools because of the covid outbreak, needs to be balanced with a deeper role for teachers. Teacher competence is demanded as a form of professionalism. However, it becomes a problem when the teacher lacks competence. So it is necessary to empower teachers by developing four main competencies that already exist to face today's online learning. With the development of competencies, it is expected to minimize existing problems, so that the learning process is better.

Abstract

Climate change is due to global warming, global warming is an increase in the average temperature of the atmosphere, sea and land. Global warming is caused by the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect itself is caused by an increase in the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other gases in the atmosphere. If every Muslim has awareness of his obligations as khalifatullah fil Ard, then it is not a difficult matter for Muslims to initiate and preach the importance of maintaining environmental balance to all corners of the world, including industrial-capitalist countries that contribute a lot of carbon dioxide gas emissions that trigger global warming - jointly committed to maintaining environmental balance. Thus, global warming on earth can be stopped.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1). Want to get information objectively about the relationship between the level of family harmony and the emotional maturity of students at Taraka Pertiwa Cinere Junior High School, and 2). Knowing the relationship between family harmony and students' emotional abilities                Samples were taken by random sampling of 80 students, taken from each class of 10 students. There are two variables studied, namely family harmony as the independent variable and student emotional maturity as the dependent variable. The data were collected using a questionnaire and a psychological scale. The data obtained were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis.                The results of the percentage descriptive analysis showed that the family harmony of students at Taraka Pertiwa Cinere Junior High School was in moderate criteria, namely with a percentage of 67.34%, while the emotional maturity of students was considered moderate, namely with a percentage of 67.96%, the results of the correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.459. At a = 5% with N = 80 obtained t table = 0.220 because rcount = 0.459> r table = 0.220, which means there is a relationship between family harmony and emotional maturity of students at Taraka Pertiwa Cinere Junior High School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether finger painting techniques can improve the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Teratai I Desa Pinayungan Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Fine motor skills are movements that only involve certain parts of the body and are performed by small muscles, such as the fingers and precise wrist movements. This research is a classroom action research, in which the researcher, Siti Syarah as a teacher in the classroom, applies a lesson in an effort to improve existing learning. The design of this study used the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, held in the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, September-December 2019. The subjects of this study were 23 students aged 4-5 years. The object of research is fine motor skills. To obtain data, observation instruments were used using observation sheet guides, giving tests that referred to the process and student work results and documentation. Data analysis is descriptive, presented in the form of tables and graphs based on learning outcomes in each cycle by calculating the percentage using the formula P = f /n x 100%. The results showed that the fine motor skills of children from each cycle had increased, seen from the development of the BSB category where the pre-cycle conditions were 17%, then after learning through finger panting techniques increased 43% in cycle I and became 78% in cycle II. This increase has exceeded the minimum target with a percentage value of 75% of children's classical learning completeness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine PAI learning and understand the problems and solutions of the application of Islamic Education learning for autism  students at SLB Putra Idhata, Madiun Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of case study research and the thinking process uses inductive paragraphs. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) Learning on the autism students was adjusted to the abilities and characteristics of the students. The teaching of Islamic religious education for students on the autism uses the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) method. This therapy teaches children on the autism to follow verbal instructions, respond to other people's words, describe an object, imitate other people's words and movements. (2) The main obstacle to learning Islamic education for autism students is the incomplete target material, because students have difficulty concentrating for a long time. So before students can concentrate, instruction cannot be given. The solution is by modifying the material according to the students 'abilities, compiling creative and varied media so as to attract students' interest to concentrate in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This article discusses the cultivation of character values in students through literacy activities in the form of making posters, wall paper and literacy trees, especially at MTs N 4 Hulu Sungai Utara, South Kalimantan in the subject of Islamic Cultural History. The inculcation of these character values is carried out first, through conceptual literacy activities directing students to inculcate values so that they become independent, responsible, disciplined, hard work and creative individuals. Second, the inculcation of character values that is applied is the goal of education as a whole. Third, there are several obstacles in implementing literacy activities such as not knowing the intended literacy activities, decreasing the enthusiasm of students in carrying out activities and requiring quite a long time to carry out these activities. So it can be concluded that the inculcation of character values of students through literacy activities at MTs N 4 Hulu Sungai Utara, South Kalimantan is a form of humanization of education and as an effort to cultivate character values students, so that students have good character.

Abstract

In modern times there are various ways of learning, one of which is learning through Adobe Flash CS6. Learning Arabic will be done using Adobe Flash CS6 interactive media, especially during the Covid 19 virus pandemic as it is today. This type of research is library research, and researchers get data in this study in the form of primary data sources obtained from a book written by Ichwan K entitled Membuat Media Pembelajaran degan Adobe Flash CS6 published in 2015 by CV Andi Offset, a book written by Deni Darmawan entitled Inovasi Pendidikan published in 2012 by PT Remaja Rosdakarya, and Journals written by Poppy Kamalia Devi entitled DART dalam Pembelajaran IPA. And secondary data in this study researchers obtained from reading books, articles, and literature in the form of printed or electronic, as well as earlier studies on the goals and objects of research. This research aims to help educators to be able to create learning media using Adobe Flash CS 6 so that it will be easier for educators and students to carry out the learning process more deeply. This is because adobe flash CS 6 interactive media has two-way communication between students and the media, has direct feedback, there is input data, including physical and mental activities, there is a mouse click or mouse enter so that students can learn by active and independent when using this interactive media

Abstract

The objective of this researdh is to find out the correlation between Principal’s Managerial Leadership and Compensation as independent variables with Job Satisfaction as dependent variable, both individually and collectivelly. Among 119 vocational high school  teachers were surveyed and 77 respondent were selected as samples for the research. Normality, simple regression, multiple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and partial correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research.  The result of this research imply that: Firstly, a positive and significant corelation was found between Principal’s Managerial Leadership with Job Satisfaction and expressed in coefficient correlation correlation  ry1 = 0.0,319 (a = 0,05) and regression equation as Y=94,350 + 0,245X1 and  determination coefficient is  r2y1 = 0.101  Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found between Compensation and Job Satisfaction can be found and  expressed in coefficient correlation ry2 = 0.314 and regression equation as Y = 98,752 +0,205X2 and determination coefficient is r2y2 = 0.099.  Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive corelation between Principal’s Managerial Leadership and Compensation along with Job Satisfaction which is expressed in multiple  correlation of  ry12 = 0.319 and regression form of Y= 94,709 +0,219X1 + 0,023X2,  and determination coefficient is r2 = 0,319 . According to result of this research that improvement of teachers job satisfaction can be in creased by Principal’s Managerial Leadership interest and Compensation interest.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and examine the relationship between student self-confidence and learning outcomes using the distance learning system (PJJ) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive with a correlation form. The population in this study were all students of the Islamic Education (KI) STAI Thawalib study program, Jakarta. The sample used was 21 students who took the Curriculum Development course later. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is concluded that there is a relationship between student self-confidence and the distance learning system (PJJ) and the learning outcomes of the Curriculum Development course during the Covid-19 period. The instrument in this study used the form of test questions, description of learning outcomes and the form of non-test questions on the self-confidence scale. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between self-confidence and student learning outcomes, with the influence of self-confidence by 75.7% on student learning outcomes while 24.3 influenced by factors outside of self-confidence.
