Abstract

Institut Agama Islam Negeri Takengon yang merupakan Lembaga Pendidikan yang pertama didirikan di dataran tinggi Gayo telah melakukan inisiatif terkait pelestarian dan pengembangan budaya lokal. Dalam upaya melestarikan dan mengembangkan kearifan lokal masyarakat Gayo, lembaga pendidikan ini telah melakukan sebuah langkah penting dengan memberlakukan kurikulum studi literatur dan budaya Gayo. Salah satu materi pembelajaran yang terdapat di dalam kurikulum studi literatur dan budaya Gayo adalah sistem pendidikan dalam masyarakat Gayo sebagaimana disebut dalam bahasa Gayo yaitu i serahen ku guru. Jauh sebelumnya, adat dan budaya di Gayo telah menempatkan kedudukan seorang guru pada level yang sangat mulia dan terpandang, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya tradisi pendidikan masa lampau yang berorientasi pada pendidikan agama dan adat istiadat yang harus memiliki minimal seorang guru. Guru berkedudukan sangat di dimuliakan dan memiliki derajat yang sangat tinggi dalam masyarakat Gayo, dengan kata lain ketika seorang siswa telah melakukan tradisi i serahen ku guru maka siswa tersebut harus lebih patuh terhadap guru bahkan jika dibandingkan dengan orang tuanya sekalipun. Peneliti ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa desain kurikulum pada mata kuliah studi literatur dan budaya Gayo pada Fakultas Tarbiyah Institut Agama Islam Negeri Takengon menunjukkan pola yang dinamis. Pengembang kurikulum yang berbasis kepada kearifan lokal tersebut harus melalui berbagai upaya yang berkelanjutan dalam menyusun dan mengadaptasi berbagai komponen kurikulum (analisis kebutuhan, formulasi tujuan, pengembangan bahan ajar, konseptualisasi materi, pengorganisasian pembelajaran dan penyusunan rencana penilaian).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the phonetic errors of Perbankan Islam students at IAIN Takengon in reading Arabic texts. It is highly recommended that these phonetic errors are not continuously made in the future and hence the phonetic errors made by students must be analyzed to find problems and eventually come up with appropriate learning methods. This study used descriptive qualitative methods and the data in this study were obtained through interview and observation techniques. Interviews and observations were carried out on 26 active students of Islamic Banking IAIN Takengon utilizing free reading, listening, taking notes, and recording their readings to gain insight into their phonetic errors. was concluded that there had been a phonetic error made by the students in the pronunciation of the following letters “ع” (‘ain) resembles “ء” (hamzah) 80,76%; “ض” (ḍad) resembles “ظ” (ẓa), “د” (dal) or “ج” (jim) 84,61%; “ش” (syin) resembles “س” (sin) 38,46%; “ث” (ṡa) resembles “س” (sin) 69,23%; “هـ” (ha) resembles “ح” (ḥa) 23,07%; “ق” (qaf) resembles “ك” (kaf) 34,61%; “ز” (zai) resembles “ج” (jim) 57,69%; “ذ” (żal) resembles “د” (dal) and “ز” (zai) 50%; “ص” (ṣad) resembles “س” (sīn) 50%; “ح” (ḥa) resembles “هـ” (ha) 15,38%; “خ” (kha) resembles “ح” (ḥa) and “غ” (ga) 57,69%; “ط” (ṭa) resembles “ت” (ta) and “د” (dal) 34,61%; and “ظ” (ẓa) resembles “ز” (zai), “ج” (jim), “د” (dal) dan “ذ” (żal) 65,38%.

Abstract

A person's development is strongly influenced by the conditions of the local social and cultural environment, traditions, values, behavior of both parents, the way parents educate and treat them, various kinds of media, and various kinds of events experienced in their lives. This value places emphasis on forming an attitude of not being hasty or careless, but based on careful reflection and planning, this character is a very important indicator in assessing character and influencing the beliefs of others. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research whose purpose is to find out how the teacher's efforts to instill quality character in early childhood in Simehate Kindergarten. The research location is in Simehate Kebayakan Kindergarten. The results showed that Simehate Kindergarten instills Quality Character begins. The conclusion of this study is the efforts made by teachers in instilling quality character in early childhood in Simehate Kindergarten, namely by providing guidance and direction in accordance with several aspects of education such as cognitive, psychomotor, socio-emotional, religious and moral. The supporting factor in the process of instilling quality character in early childhood at Simehate Kindergarten is the educational content that has been contained in the school curriculum on character, the supporting infrastructure for the implementation of character education is also adequate. In addition, the main factor that drives children to have quality character is their parents or guardians.

Abstract

Early childhood education is early education, often referred to as the golden age, therefore this period determines further development. One of the important aspects in determining a child's life in the future is to get used to living healthy in the environment around the child, while the environment around the child is the family, school and community environment, these parties are directly involved in fulfilling the early habit of healthy living. Since the COVID-19 pandemic and post-pandemic, it is necessary for all to maintain cleanliness and healthy living habits. The purpose of this research is how the teacher treats children to teach a healthy lifestyle, what kind of evaluation is done by the teacher to see the success of children in refracting a healthy lifestyle. The result of this research is the teacher's treatment of children to teach a healthy culture by using Storytelling, Habituation, Demonstration and Field Trip methods. The conclusion of the introduction of a healthy living culture in the Musara Alun Kindergarten, Takengon Regency is the habit of washing hands properly, Disposing of garbage in its place both at school and outside school, Brushing teeth in the morning and evening, Defecation and urination in the bathroom. , Nail cutting is sunnah once a week on Fridays, and Inspections from the local health center once a month.

Abstract

Archives for organizations are supporting operational activities. Through archives, information and authentic can be obtained quickly and accurately. The organization's journey can be seen from the archived data stored. Therefore, good archives must be implemented, Realizing the importance of archives as a center of memory and a source of information. Service quality can be used as one of the agency's strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine Archives Management in Improving the Quality of Administrative Services at the Library and Archives Service of Central Aceh Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. By using qualitative research, researchers can investigate archive management and archive service systems at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service. The results showed that archive management at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service had been going well, judging from the archival planning that had been running according to established procedures, the implementation of archives at the Central Aceh District Library and Archives Service could be said to be good, and supervision of The Central Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service is carried out twice a week, if an error occurs in the filing of the archive, it is quickly transferred to the specified place. The quality of archival services and the obstacles in improving the quality of archival services at the Central Aceh Regency Library and Archives Service can be said to be still not optimal due to the lack of available reading media such as historical books and digital services such as wifi networks that cannot be reached by the archives and so it is difficult to upgrade and upload the latest info or activities.

Abstract

STM is one approach that can be used to improve scientific attitudes. This journal aims to find out: The steps for compiling the IPA media based on Community Science Technology (STM). This journal provides an overview for readers to understand the steps in compiling research developments in making LKS IPA media based on Community Science Technology. The instrument used in compiling STM-based science worksheets is the RnD method. The method that this journal presents in the form of this development method uses the stages of Research and Development (R&D) that adapts the 4D model. This research takes four 4D steps, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The instrument used is a validation sheet, an observation sheet on the implementation of STM. The steps for preparing the Science Technology Community-Based Science LKS Media begin with the first Defining Phase which contains front end analysis, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and learning objectives analysis. The second stage of the Design (Design), which contains the preparation of the benchmark reference test, the stage of selecting the media, choosing the format, and the initial design. The third stage is the Development Phase (Develop) containing the evaluation of the device followed by revision, and field testing. The last stage is the dissemination stage

Abstract

The development of speaking skills is a very important ability to be developed at an early age. This study aims to determine the children's speaking ability through speaking activities using the story telling method in children of group B Raudhatul Athfal Buntul Siri, Kebayakan sub-district, Central Aceh district. The speaking activity uses a varied and interesting story telling method so that it can motivate children's interest. This type of research is a collaborative classroom action research with Kurt Lewin's model. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were children of Raudhatul Athfal Buntul Siri, Kebayakan District, Central Aceh Regency, totaling 21 children. The object of the research is the children's speaking ability through the story telling method. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The instrument used in the observation is in the form of an assessment sheet. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analytic with quantitative data. The results of this study indicate an increase in children's speaking skills through the story telling method in Raudhatul Athfal Buntul Siri, Kebayakan District, Central Aceh Regency. This is evidenced by the achievement of indicators of the success of children's speaking ability which has reached 80%. The child's speaking ability has increased after the researcher gave the action which was carried out through several stages and processes, namely: 1). The teacher uses story books during story telling activities 2). Children are asked to repeat the story that has been told in a simple way 3). Children are given the opportunity to speak in front of their classmates 4). Teachers always provide motivation so that children become enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in speaking activities

Abstract

Kemandirian belajar merupakan salah satu soft skill yang diperlukan untuk keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik korelasi untuk meneliti hubungan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan 33 siswa kelas IX SMP. Data kemandirian belajar dikumpulkan melalui angket dan data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dari soal berbentuk uraian. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif berupa rerata dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Untuk menindaklanjuti temuan dari penelitian ini, kemandirian belajar hendaknya dapat dikembangkan melalui peranan guru dalam membiasakan siswa untuk menetapkan tujuan belajarnya.

Abstract

This study aims to provide digital media literacy reinforcement for IAI Almuslim students, especially in the PAI Study Program to improve learning achievement. In an all-digital era like now, of course there are positive and negative impacts from the progress of this era. If not consumed properly, the wrong information can be conveyed through these digital media. One of the biggest consumers of digital media is students. Students must understand media literacy so that they are not negatively affected by the media, and can get positive information from the media from various sources. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation on the IAI Almuslim Aceh campus.

Abstract

Career planning is the process of individuals conducting an assessment of themselves and the world of work, planning steps to achieve career choices, and making rational reasoning before deciding the desired career. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) How is the career planning of final semester students?, and 2) What are the factors that influence students in career planning?. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature review. Data were analyzed using data triangulation method. The informants in the research were the final semester students of the Tarbiyah faculty of IAIN Takengon totaling 15 people. The results showed that students already had career plans starting from introducing themselves and the world of work, as well as establishing communication and looking for job vacancies using internet media, finally deciding to apply for work in the desired place. Factors that influence student career planning include needs, parents and environment, interests, and skills.
