Abstract

Promotion plays an important role for every employee in the workplace, because promotion can offer changes in social status, authority, responsibility and increase in income to every employee who is given the opportunity. In the process of promotion to the position of the DKI Jakarta Province Population and Civil Registry Service, criteria are needed in making a decision. Promotion decisions require different considerations of many different factors and suggestions must be made objectively, if the wrong decision is taken during the promotion process, it will have a negative impact on employees and the Agency. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to examine the effect of each criterion in determining promotions to obtain accurate results in determining the best and most appropriate criteria. The results showed that the "Employee educational background" criterion was the most important criterion for promotion. The results of processing survey data using the AHP method and the Expert Choice survey are not much different from one another. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method can determine promotion selection.

Abstract

Electronic components are objects that are supporting parts of an electronic circuit that can operate according to their application. Among them are PCB boards, resistors, transistors, and many more. In assembling a series of students, additional components are often needed which are caused by errors in assembling a circuit. An error in assembling causes a component to be damaged, because the electronic component given by the lecturer is only once. Based on the explanation above, a solution can be found in the form of the application of vending machines for electronic components that can be applied in certain places, such as in the Telecommunication Engineering lab of the Indonesian National Police.  Vending machine is a machine that can accommodate certain objects and can eject them automatically with a trigger programed by the designer, in this case electronic components are used as objects that will be removed from the box. With this tool aims to make it easier for students to get electronic components for free practically and not spend a lot of time, they can use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a detection tool on the vending machine. This research uses RFID technology where, when the user wants to take one of the components of the vending machine, the user must have an RFID-based card that has been previously made so that it can proceed to the next stage, namely component retrieval.

Abstract

National food needs are increasing along with the current population of 237 million people with growth that continues to increase every year, so it needs to be balanced with the provision of sufficient agricultural land resources. The application of the K-Means in the grouping of potential agricultural land in South Kalimantan Province, with the aim of obtaining groups of potential land data. By using the K-means clustering algorithm, the data is divided into 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 with a low potential of 6 districts, cluster 1 with a medium potential of 5 districts, and cluster 2 with a high potential of 2 districts.

Abstract

This research designs and makes a sales accounting information system application program at A&W restaurant. The rapid development of technology affects many aspects, one of which is the economic aspect. Competition between business actors is getting tougher. In order to compete in the market, efforts are needed to improve the quality of work, service quality and data accuracy. Management of Sales Accounting Information Systems at fast food restaurant companies is still not optimal, namely still using manual recording and recapitulation on POS (point of sales) machines so that errors often occur due to inaccuracy between POS (point of sales) machines with sales recaps and the time used also inefficient. The research was conducted with data collection techniques using data triangulation based on observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study will be designed a web-based sales accounting information system using mysql data processing and implemented into the php programming language with the aim of providing the needs for managing sales information at fast food restaurant companies and producing the required reporting more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the use of services in the Grabfood application still has many shortcomings, including the process of finding drivers who will pick up consumer orders, the rates set by Grabfood are still too expensive, the lack of promos given to consumers, and the lack of existing restaurants. in the city of Lubuklinggau which is registered in the Grabfood application, then whether this problem is a factor or not or customer satisfaction with the grabfood application and will be examined using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method with Service Quality variables (Tangiabels, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Product Quality, Price). This study also uses 2 data including primary data and secondary data. Primary data is observation method (directly involved), interview method (interview), documentation and questionnaire method. While secondary data are journals and books. From the results of the analysis there were 2 items that were considered good, and there were 4 items that were considered not good and this should be improved in the future. The score for customer satisfaction for the Grabfood application at Bina Insan University is 94%, which means it is satisfactory.

Abstract

PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang Sales of PSO Central Java 1 has a Pusri Mart which sells retail non-subsidized fertilizers. The fertilizer sales system at Pusri Mart is still ordinary and simple, where buyers have to go to a shop to buy fertilizer. As a result, the range of non-subsidized fertilizer sales at Pusri Mart is still limited. To support the company's progress, a web-based sales information system will be developed using the SDLC method, so that it can be used to carry out fertilizer purchase transactions at Pusri Mart based on a website that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Where can expand sales and help customers complete purchases more easily and in less time. The fertilizer sales information system includes an order subsystem, a proof of payment reporting subsystem.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the sources of employee performance appraisal of an organization or agency. Discipline is divided into 2 (two), namely discipline on time and discipline on behavior or actions in carrying out work which has an impact on job satisfaction, safety, productivity, and organizational stability. Attendance is a model for recording the hours of arrival and departure of a person. Attendance is generally used in a formal environment such as school or work. The purpose of using attendance is to monitor attendance data as well as a means to measure a person's level of discipline. This is of course quite important, especially in the work environment, because if a company has disciplined employees, the productivity level of the company will be even greater. There are various methods of doing attendance, ranging from recording data manually, through a finger print machine, or through the system. In general, an agency in the world of work prefers to use a finger print machine in doing attendance. This is based on the cheapness of the technology if implemented in the world of work. PT. MERSIFARMA initially used a finger print machine to perform attendance. However, the presence of the Corona virus (Covid-19) in 2020 certainly has an impact on the attendance system that uses finger print media. This is because the virus can be transmitted through fingerprints. On the basis of this problem, the researchers tried to develop a web-based attendance system application and raised it as a research. This application is expected to be able to minimize the risk of contracting the virus in the office environment. In addition to this, this system is also expected to be able to assist HRD in processing attendance data easily and in real time.

Abstract

Since the pandemic, there has been an increase in the frequency with which people use gadgets like computers and laptops because an increasing number of tasks can now be completed virtually. Naturally, this increases the likelihood that electronics like laptops and computers will sustain damage. Oz Computer Salatiga which provides laptop and computer services experienced an increase in customer services request due to the pandemic situation. As a result of the growing number of customers, Oz Computer Salatiga occasionally has trouble gathering information, recording the information, and notifying customers of service updates. This study will use the prototype method as a software development technique to create a web-based service information system at the Oz Computer Salatiga shop in order to solve these issues. It is hoped that this service information system will assist the Oz Computer Salatiga shop in optimizing data collection, recording, and notification of service information to customers.

Abstract

Delivery is one of the keys to a business because if there is no delivery, the work or flow of a business will be disrupted. The textile industry is one of many industries that really need delivery services with the closest route in order to save time. Greedy algorithm is an algorithm that is heuristic and its logical sequence is arranged based on problem solving steps that are arranged systematically. This study aims to design the distribution of textile products with the closest route using the Greedy Algorithm with a case study of CV. Karya Cahaya Lestari with the benefit of speeding up delivery times and helping drivers to save travel time. The final result of designing the distribution of textile products is in the form of a graph, specifically the Directed Graph, a map like the one in the picture basically only shows interconnected points, with a certain distance at each point..

Abstract

At this time the Krealogi application wants to create a new feature, namely the Customer Relationship Management feature, with Customer Relations it is expected to be able to help provide a means to make it easier to connect with customers so that customers are more generous to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), but currently Krealogi does not have a suitable application design. user friendly to their target users. From the basis of this problem the author will design a user interface and user experience Customer Relationship Management that is user friendly with the design thinking method and for testing using the single ease question method. After testing the respondents, it was found a score of 6.5 which means that the value of the UI designed is quite easy for users to use.
