Abstract

Program UP2K merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan ketahanankeluarga yang dicerminkan oleh meningkatnya kemampuan keluarga dalam memenuhi kebutuhankeluarga. Harapannya adalah dengan meningkatnya kondisi ekonomi keluarga, maka mereka akanmemiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan kondisi kesehatan,pendidikan dan keterampilan. Programini dilakukan melalui peningkatan pemberdayaan keluarga dalam bidang usaha ekonomi produktif.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Cerenti Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, berlangsung padabulan April-September 2010. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan Program UsahaPeningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K) terhadap peningkatan pendapatan keluarga di KecamatanCerenti Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi danbahan masukan kepada masyarakat dan pihak yang berkepentingan.Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dengansampel 65 responden penerima bantuan dana bergulir UP2K yang juga merupakan populasi. Dataprimer adalah data yang diperoleh dari responden yang menjadi objek penelitian ini secara langsung,yaitu kelompok UP2K yang menerima bantuan dana bergulir tahun 2007, sedangkan data sekunderadalah data-data yang diperoleh dariinstansi-instansi yang terkait dalam penelitian ini. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data Deskriptif Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. MetodeDeskriptif Kualitatif adalah menguraikan keadaan yang sebenarnya sesuai dengan karakteristik datayang ada. Metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif adalah pengolahan data yang menggunakan Uji Tanda (SignTest).Sesuai dengan pengujian hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa x2 hitung (23,290) lebih besar dari x2 tabel(3,841) ini berarti adanya Perkembangan dan Penngkatan Pendapatan keluarga setelah adanyaProgram Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga (UP2K).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari: ukuran dewandireksi; proporsi komisaris independen; jumlah komite audit; jumlah komitenominasi dan remunerasi; jumlah komite manajemen resiko; komposisikepemilikan institusional dan komposisi kepemilikan menejerial terhadap kinerjaperusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh CSR.Penelitian ini melibatkan 8 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BursaEfek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder setiap perusahaanselama 4 tahun secara time series. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji interaksiyaitu Moderated Regression Analysis.Hasil pengujian terhadap ukuran Dewan Direksi, jumlah Komite ManajemenResiko, dan komposisi Kepemilikan Manajerial menunjukkan ada pengaruhterhadap kinerja perusahaan. Proporsi Komisaris Independen, jumlah KomiteAudit, jumlah Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi, serta komposisi Kepemilikaninstitusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pertambangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Service Quality, and Satisfaction Against Trust and Customer Loyalty KUR Mikro Bank BRI Kota Dumai. As for the population in this study are all KUR Mikro Bank BRI Kota Dumai totaling 3310 people. Sampling using proportional random sampling method. The sample in this study amounted to 97 customers of KUR Mikro Bank BRI Kota Dumai using Slovin formula. Technique of collecting data using questioner which contains statements based on the variables studied. Data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance-PLS. From the research results obtained conclusion as follows: 1) Quality Service Service has a positive and significant impact on Customer Trust. 2) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Confidence. 3) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 4) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 5) Customer Confidence has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty. 6) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty through Customer Confidence. 7) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Metro Swalayan Senapelan Plaza Pekanbaru yang terletak di Jalan Teuku Umar no. 1 Lt. II. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh variabel retail service quality, yang terdiri dari aspek fisik, reliabilitas, interaksi personal, pemecahan masalah, dan kebijakan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan 100 orang sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Accidental Sampling dan Purposive Sampling, dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Metro Swalayan yang ditemui secara kebetulan pada saat penelitian ini berlangsung. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis secara simultan (analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 17.0). Namun, sebelum analisis tersebut dilakukan, jawaban responden per variabel ditransformasikan terlebih dahulu menjadi jawaban yang berskala interval dengan menggunakan Metode Suksesif Interval (MSI) dengan bantuan program ORDI versi 1.0, untuk mendapatkan gambaran jawaban responden yang lebih tajam dan akurat. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, uji regresi simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen.Besar pengaruh yang ditimbulkan (R2) oleh kelima variabel ini secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikatnya hanya 0,486 atau 48,6% saja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,514 atau 51,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The result of the survey by MARS and SWA in the framework ofIndonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) 2008 for brand performance rank in sanitarynapkins category, placed Laurier as the winner with brand value of 293.5, thencomes Softex (93.9), Charm (40.6) and Hers Protex (27.3). Meanwhile Kotex waslast inrank with brand value of 12.2 (slumped from 23.56 in 2007). Compared toits competitors, Kotex is not well known by consumers. The cause is that Kotex'sads were imable to explain its brand personality well. Charm and Hers Protexshow celebrity as endorser to strengthen their brand persona lity.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of endorserpersonality to brand personality, to find out the most appropriate endorser thatrepresents Kotex's personality and to analyze the comparison betweenpersonalities of celebrity and non-celebrity as Kotex's endorser.The results of this research show the influences of endorser personality tobrand personality, which are: the influence of non-celebrity endorser personalityto Kotex's brand personality nowadays, and the influence of Agnes Monicapersonality to Kotex's brand personality after treatment. It is known from dataprocessing by simple regression 1 and 2. R2 value for regression 1 is 0.466 and t-statistic value is 9.249, with 98 degree of freedom and a = 0.05 bigger than t-tablevalue 1.661. R2 value for regression 2 is 0.454 and t-statistic value is 9.031, with98 degree of freedom and a = 0.05 bigger than t-table value 1.661. Thepersonality of Kotex after treatment (with Agnes Monica as its endorser) is betterthan Kotex's personality nowadays. It is known from T test results that comparedtwo means, which are: mean for Kotex 1 (Kotex's personality nowadays) 2.8460and mean for Kotex 2 (Kotex's personality after treatment) 4.0280. Thepersonality of Agnes Monica is more positive than non-celebrity endorserpersonality. It can be seen from T test results that compared two means, whichare: endorser personality 1 (non-celebrity endorser personality) and endorserpersonality 2 (Agnes Monica personality). Mean for endorser personality 2 is4.1440 and mean for endorser personality 1 is 2.9250.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of marketing mix toward decisions making process and satisfaction debtor on Capital of Economy the People's of Riau Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The study population was all employees of PT Riau Provincial People's Economic Capital totaling 774 people. The sample in this study is based on the use of Taro Yamane formula obtained by 90 people. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The calculations show that There is no significant effect between the positive and the product purchase decision, there is a significant and negative influence on purchasing decisions between cost, there is no significant effect between the positive and the location of the purchase decision, there is no significant effect between the negative and promotion on purchase decisions, there is no significant effect between the positive and the purchase decision, there is no significant effect between the positive and the physical facilities of the purchase decision, there is a significant and positive effect of the process on purchasing decisions, there is no significant influence and positive among the products to customer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the cost of consumer satisfaction, there is no significant effect and positive relationship between the location of consumer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the promotion of consumer satisfaction, a significant difference between the positive and the customer satisfaction, there is no significant effect between the negative and the physical means to customer satisfaction, there is a significant and positive effect between customer satisfaction and process towards a significant difference between the positive and to the satisfaction of the consumer purchase decision on PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of the company's growthprofitability, and firm size affect the dividend policy to moderate business risk.Thepopulation in this research is the property and real estate company in thisresearch across the Property and Real Estate companies listed on the StockExchange was 49 (forty nine) listed companies sampled in this research are asmany as 23 companies that meet the criteria. In analyzing and interpreting thedata, descriptive analysis method and analysis methods verification. Descriptiveanalysis method is used to describe the characteristics of the research variables,whereas the verification method used to test the research hypotheses by usingrelevant statistical tests. While the verification method used in this research isModerate Regression Analysis (MRA).Based on the research hypothesis CompanyGrowth affect the company’s dividend policy at the property and real estate listedon the Indonesia stock exchange. Profitability significant effect on DividendPolicy. Company size doesn’t significant effect on the profitability of the Bank arelisted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The business risks can’t strengthen therelationship between the policies dividend. Variabel Company Growth BusinessRisk strengthen the relationship between the profitability of the dividend policy, soH5 accepted. There is the influence of company size on the dividend policy withbusiness risk as a moderating variable. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to investigate the effects of relationship between human resource capacity, technology utilization, asset management against the quality of local government financial reports; internal control systems and organizational commitments as moderating variables (study in OPD regency of Rokan Hilir). The data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire that had been filled by 115 respondents of civil servants in the Regency of Rokan Hilir. Data processed using moderate regression analysis (MRA) & multiple linear regression analysis by using IBM SPSS Version 21. The result of research shows that is a significant effect of human resource capacity, technology utilization and asset management on the quality of the financial statements of the local government of Rokan Hilir Regency with Pvalue < alpha 0.05 value of 0.000, 0.000, 0.004. We also found that internal control system variable moderates the effect of human resource capacity, technology utilization and asset management on the quality of the financial statements of the local government Regency of Rokan Hilir with Pvalue < alpha 0.05 values of 0.010, 0.000, 0.000. And organizational commitment variable moderates the influence of human resource capacity, technology utilization and asset management on the quality of the financial statements of the local government Regency of Rokan Hilir with Pvalue < alpha 0.05 values of 0.000, 0.000, 0.000.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara profitabilitas, ukuranperusahaan, struktur aktiva, pertumbuhan penjualan, struktur kepemilikan, dan tingkat pajak terhadapstruktur modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Real Estate and Property yangterdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2004-2008. Sebanyak 26 perusahaan diambil sebagaisampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakanmodel regresi linear berganda.Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, struktur aktiva, pertumbuhanpenjualan, struktur kepemilikan, dan tingkat pajak secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap strukturmodal. Sementara profitabilitas tidak signifikan mempengaruhi struktur mdal.

Abstract

This paper describe development and financial performance of cooperative in District Pelalawan among 2007 - 2008. Studies on primary and secondary cooperative in 12 sub-districts. Method in this stady use performance measuring of productivity, efficiency, growth, liquidity, and solvability of cooperative. Productivity of cooperative in Pelalawan was highly but efficiency still low. Profit and income were highly, even liquidity of cooperative very high, and solvability was good.
