Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Education and Training (Diklat / Bimtek), Understanding of the Regional Financial Accounting System (Simda) on the Performance of regional financial managers. This research was conducted on 60 regional financial managers in 33 Regional Government Work Units (SKPD) Bengkulu City Government. This study collected data by giving questionnaires to respondents. Research data were processed using the SPSS program.The results of the study prove that Education and Training (Diklat / Bimtek), Understanding of the Regional Financial Accounting System (Simda) has a positive effect on the performance of regional financial managers. This proves that the better the management carried out by the regional government towards Diklat / Bimtek, the understanding of Simda which is owned by the regional financial managers in the SKPD, the better the performance of regional financial managers. Bengkulu City regional government to continue to improve the existing Diklat / Bimtek model, together with increasing understanding of Simda towards local government SKPD.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal and external factors faced by the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko, determine the optimization strategy of the market utilization. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from traders at the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko in 2018 using a SWOT analysis tool.The results of the SWOT analysis can be concluded that internal factors in optimizing the utilization of the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko are; 1) Strength Factors (land availability, location, supporting facilities, trader organizations, merchant composition, infrastructure, price information); 2) Weakness factors (rental prices, utilities, location access, market conditions, budget constraints, trader awareness), for external factors in optimizing the utilization of the Koto Jaya Daily Market in Mukomuko are; 1) Opportunity factors (population, community response, government support, technological development); 2) Threat factors (other market competitors, natural disasters, thuggery, government policies, economic crisis). The strategy that must be applied in this condition is the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy, namely; 1) Implement a kiosk and booth rental price strategy; 2) Improve the quality and service quality of the Koto Jaya Mukomuko Market; 3) Optimizing existing facilities and infrastructure; 4) Maintain market security and comfort

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, product reviews, ease of use, and security of transactions on purchasing decisions online at Shopee (case study of Economics Faculty students at Muhammadiyah University, Bengkulu). This study uses a sample of 105 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the regression of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). This research uses validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the research have an effect on the online purchasing decisions at Shopee It is proven by the results of the t test showing tcount t2/2 (2.022 0.1982) and (sig α = 0.046 0.050), this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Product reviews have a positive and significant effect partially on online purchasing decisions at Shopee, this is evidenced by the results of the t test which shows the value of tcount t2/2 (2.212 0.1982) and (sig α = 0.029 0.050), this means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted the ease of use partially has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions at Shopee, this is evidenced by the results of the t test which shows the value of tcount  t2/2 (2.113 0.1982) and (sig α = 0.037 0.050), this means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Security Transactions have a positive and significant effect partially on online purchasing decisions at Shopee, this is evidenced by the results of the t test which shows the value of tcount t2/2 (2.955 0.1982) and (sig α = 0.004 0.050), this means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Price (X¬1) Product Review (X2), Ease of Use (X3) and Transaction Security (X4) jointly influence the Purchase Decision (Y) online at Shopee, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of tcount ttable, namely (6,392 2.69) and (sig α = 0,000 0.05) this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on the level of profitability at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia using the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research approach and case studies at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The type of data obtained from this research is secondary data based on the results of Sharia Commercial Bank financial reports which include BCA Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Mandiri Syariah Bank, Syariah Bukopin and Muamalat Bank during the 2013-2017 period. Sources of data obtained through the results of publications from the relevant Islamic Commercial Bank and through the official website of each bank. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that Mudharabah and Mutanaqisah financing had a significant influence on ROA levels while financing for Murabahah had an insignificant effect on the partial ROA level. Simultaneously, this Mudharabah, Mutanaqisah and Murabahah financing has a significant influence on the level of ROA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Observers Regional Office. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 42 honorary employees. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis, with the method of multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and F test. The results of SPSS analysis for windows version 16.0, obtained the regression equation Y = 2.239 + 0.231X1 + 0.653X2 + 0.378X3. The regression equation shows that there is a positive influence between morale, work discipline and organizational commitment to the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Observers Regional Office, and work discipline variables have the strongest influence on work productivity because it has the greatest regression coefficient value, namely .653. From the results of the determination test it is known that 85.3% of the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Irrigation Area Observers Office is influenced by morale, work discipline and organizational commitment. The t-test results showed that morale, work discipline and organizational commitment partially had a significant effect on the work productivity of honorary employees, because of the probability value of sig. 0.05. While the F (Anova) test results showed that work morale, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant influence on the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Irrigation Area Observers Office, where Fcount Ftable (80,169 2,850).
