Abstract

COVID-19 is so big for education to break the chain of transmission of the COVID-19 pandemic, learning that is usually done at school is now learning at home using various applications. However, during the learning process carried out from home, the teachers of Tanjung Mas Elementary School, North Semarang Sub-district, experienced difficulties in assessing and reporting the development of students. only done by teachers based on assignments that students do and not systematically, teachers are not able to carry out assessments by conducting KKM documents, conducting tests, attitude assessments, assessments, skills assessments, daily analysis, remedial, enrichment, analysis of assessment items and question banks, from 15 There are only 6 teachers who conduct student assessments according to the rules. Therefore, teachers need lesson study activities. This study aims to answer the problems of 1) looking for lessons as an effort to increase the ability of teachers in assessing learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemic at SDN Tanjung Mas, North Semarang District, for the 2020/2021 academic year? 2) the implementation of lesson study can improve the ability of teachers in assessing learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemic at Tanjung Mas Elementary School, North Semarang District, for the 2020/2021 academic year?. The problem is discussed through school action research which is carried out through 2 cycles with each cycle the stages are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed: 1) Lesson Study implementation as an effort to improve teacher ability in assessing learning outcomes during the covid 19 pandemic was carried out by providing opportunities for group teachers with one teacher being a model teacher and another member being an observer, any problems that occurred working in the workplace. group and discussed with other groups, the position of the researcher is to provide guidance and motivation for teacher group work to occur. 2) The implementation of lesson study can improve the ability of teachers in terms of learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic at Tanjung Mas Elementary School, North Semarang District, for the 2020/2021 academic year, this can be seen from the increase in the results of teacher professionalism in classroom administration management per cycle in cycle I. teachers or 47%, and in the second cycle there were 13 teachers or 87%. These results indicate that these results are in line with expectations. It also occurred in teacher activities in the improvement of mini workshops where in the first cycle there were 10 teachers or 67%. And up in the second cycle there were 13 teachers or 87%. The increase in the implementation of mini workshops is one way for school principals to improve the ability of teachers to develop learning tools.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which aims to increase student participation in student learning outcomes of Class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang by applying the Point Counter Point learning model using Google meet media in the learning process. The object of this research is the students of class XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang, totaling 36 students. This research was carried out in 2 cycles consisting of four main components, namely: 1). Planning, 2). Action implementation, 3). Observation, and 4). Reflection. Learning using the Point Counter Point method using Google Meet media can increase student participation and learning outcomes to take Economics lessons as evidenced by the following data; (1) students in asking questions to the teacher or group presenting before the action 5.41% and after the action 37.84%, (2) students in answering questions or working on questions in front of the class before the action 13.51% and after the action has increased 56.76%, (3) students in expressing opinions in discussions before the action 2.7% and after the action increased by 24.32%, (4) students in making material conclusions both individually and in groups before the action 5.41% and after action increased by 51.35%. Students who finished studying by meeting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) with a score of more than 70 before the action were 23.42% and after the action was 78.38%. Based on the results of the action research analysis cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that the Application of the Point Counter Point Model Using the Google Meet Media to Increase Participation and Learning Outcomes for Class XII Social Sciences 2 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang Students in Economics Subjects which can be seen from the learning outcomes. student.

Abstract

The low of mathematical literacy is a worrying thing. It must be noticed that the literacy is an important ability that must be owned by students as future stakeholders. The objective of this study is to analyze the discovery learning - PMRI which effectively improve students' mathematical literacy. The type of research used was quantitative research, experimental research with quasi-experimental design nonrandomized control group, pretest – posttest design. The determination of control and experiment class was by using random sampling technique. The experimental class was treated in the form of discovery learning - PMRI while the control class is given discovery learning - scientific learning. The data were collected using mathematical literacy test, observation, and interview. The data from the data analysis of the final score of mathematical literacy, it is found that (1) the proportion of students in discovery learning-PMRI that fulfills the Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning is 70, it reaches 70%; (2) the average of students’ mathematical literacy on discovery learning - PMRI is better than the average of students' mathematical literacy on discovery learning, and (3) The improvement of mathematics literacy of discovery learning class - PMRI is higher than discovery learning - scientific class . So it can be concluded that discovery learning – PMRI is effective in improving students' mathematical literacy.

Abstract

The implementation of this school action research aims to improve the ability of teachers to use the Quiziz application in blended learning through the implementation of teacher mentoring activities. The research subjects were 9 teachers at SD Negeri Rejosari 02. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using comparative descriptive techniques. The explanation of increasing teacher ability in using the Quiziz application in blended learning learning in the initial conditions was 45.42 and only entered in the LESS qualification, and in the first cycle the results showed an average score of 69.72 in the C qualification or ENOUGH and at the end of the second cycle increased to 91.67 in the VERY GOOD qualification. In terms of improving the ability of teachers to use the Quiziz application in individual blended learning, it shows an increase, because in the first cycle there were 5 teachers 55.56% who met the success criteria, which were in the GOOD category, in the second cycle all teachers were declared to have increased their skills in using the application. Quiziz on blended learning, because of the 9 teachers there were 6 teachers or 66.67% who met the success criteria, namely in the VERY GOOD category and 3 teachers or 33.33% in the GOOD score criteria. Looking at the data obtained from the research results in this School Action Research activity, it can be concluded that the mentoring carried out by the principal for 9 teachers at SD Negeri Rejosari 02 was declared SUCCESSFUL in increasing the ability of teachers to use the Quiziz application in blended learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the a\pplication of the development of the E-Module media the theme of the richness of my country the sub theme of the wealth of energy resources in Indonesia grade IV elementary school 01 Paninggaran. This type of research is R&D (Reseaerch and Development), the procedure of this research uses the procedure of Prof. Sugiyono there are 10 procedures and only 7prpcedures are used. The result of this study indicate that the E-Module media obtained a percentage score of 75.83% (Proper to Use), from material expert validators, material expert 2 and 3 by 80% (Proper to Use). The scores obtained from media expert 1 is 75.83% (Proper to Use), media expert 2 is 88.33% (Very worth using), media expert 3 is 76.66% (Proper to Use). There is also a score obtained from the student response questionnaire with a total score of 87.30% (Very worth using). Learning media is feasible to use based on an assessment by three material and media experts wit valid criteria, and the result of the student response questionnaire show the results are very feasible to use.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low ability of the principal in managing school administration. This is evidenced by the incomplete documentation of school administration management by 8 elementary school principals in the Wijaya Kusuma Cluster, Ngaliyan District. The aim of the study was to improve the ability of the principal in the Wijaya Kusuma Cluster, Ngaliyan District, in managing school administration. The research subjects were 8 elementary school principals in the Wijaya Kusuma Cluster, Ngaliyan District. This research was conducted in two cycles. Methods of data collection using observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the results in the initial conditions, the results of the first cycle, the results of the second cycle. The results of the study show that: (1) The model for fostering the ability of elementary school principals in managing school administration through Workshops and Continuous Guidance on K3S has proven to be able to improve the ability of elementary school principals in managing school administration in the Wijaya Kusuma Cluster, Ngaliyan District, (2) This can be seen in the results The results obtained, namely from the initial conditions as many as 8 elementary school principals were declared unable to manage administration with a B value with an average rating of 47.4, increased to 2 elementary school principals or 25.00% in the first cycle with an average score of 66, 7 and 100% in the second cycle with an average score of 89.8. The explanation of the value criteria from the initial condition is LESS, increased to ENOUGH and GOOD in the last cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning media in in State Elementary School 01 Kebondalem. As well as describing and analyzing the profile of learning media in State Elementary School 01 Kebondalem. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research instruments used are observation sheets, interviews with teachers, and questionnaires. In this study, researchers found data that in State Elementary School 01 Kebondalem teachers use the Whats-App Group platform as a learning space. The types of learning media used are visual and audiovisual, from the data that has been obtained from grade one to grade six there are 16 learning media with the percentage of types of learning media in the form of visual as much as 37% and audiovisual learning media as much as 62% In conclusion, the results of the analysis of learning media in SD Negeri 01 Kebondalem, there are two types of learning media used by teachers, namely the type of visual media and audio-visual media. With the percentage of visual media types as much as 37% and audiovisual learning media as much as 62%.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to examine the effect of guided inquiry learning on improving learning outcomes and learning activities of students in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. In this study, the research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. Data collection techniques in this study include classroom observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires, formative evaluations, and discussions with partner teachers (collaborators). While the data analysis used in this study is a quantitative and qualitative data analysis technique. The application of the guided inquiry learning learning model can improve scientific literacy skills with an indicator of success, namely the results of scientific literacy students in the class in Cycle I are able to achieve an average score of each aspect, namely 75% or on good criteria and in Cycle II it increases to an average score every aspect that is 85% or on very good criteria. The results showed that the average value classically increased from 68 in Cycle I to 80 in Cycle II and the percentage of students who were able to meet the minimum completeness criteria in Cycle II had reached 89%. Student learning activities also increased as seen from the activity of asking questions which increased from a score of 14 in Cycle I to a score of 29 in Cycle II or an increase of 41.67%. The activity of answering questions increased from a score of 18 in Cycle I to a score of 27 in Cycle II or an increase of 25%. Meanwhile, the activity of doing the task increased from a score of 23 in Cycle I to a score of 32 in Cycle II or an increase of 25. All the results of the action had reached the expected criteria. Based on the results of the classroom action research that has been carried out, it is concluded that guided inquiry learning is assisted by Liveworksheet media which is able to improve the scientific literacy skills of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 6 Semarang

Abstract

There are many influences from watching Upin and Ipin films, ranging from educational moral messages to imitating the language contained in the film, namely Malay. The purpose of this study is to analyze the character values ​​in the film Upin and Ipin episode Taman Riang. The type of research used is qualitative with descriptive method. Methods of collecting data were interviews, listening, notes, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it is found that the character values ​​in each scene of the Upin and Ipin film are found. The character values ​​found in Upin and Ipin film Taman Riang episode are religious, cooperative, hard work, honest, social care, curiosity, tolerance, respect for achievement, communicative/friendly and envious. The conclusion from the analysis of the Upin and Ipin films in the Taman Riang episode is that there are ten character values ​​contained in the Upin and Ipin films that can be used by teachers as media tools in the process of conveying character values ​​with a pleasant atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the increase in bottom service ability through the letabol model (throwing catch the ball) on the learning outcomes of Class V students at SD Negeri Tlogosari Wetan 02 Pedurungan District for the 2018/2019 school year.This study uses the Class Action Research (CAR) method with a research design of cycle I and cycle II to increase the ability to serve down through the letabol model (throwing and catch the ball) on the learning outcomes of Class V students in the second semester of SD Negeri Tlogosari Wetan 02 Pedurungan DistrictThe results showed the results in the first cycle with bottom service activities through traditional games 17.85% with the success of students'. The average success percentage increased to 89.28% 33 students who scored above the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) from 39 students with significant changes. Conclusions: 1) there is an increase in the bottom serve through the game of cat and mouse on the learning outcomes of 39 students who get above the minimum completeness criteria of 75 that have been set. 2) traditional games are very effective in providing stimulus to students to improve student learning outcomes. In the 2013 curriculum, which prioritizes the assessment of real processes and results, traditional games are very helpful in improving the ability to serve under volleyball.
