Abstract

In facing the era of openness of society 5.0, an ethical filter is needed with an effort to give meaning to the aesthetic values that are assets of national culture. Value education and 'urf are one of the counter hegemony in the millennial era. The flow of industrialization brings consequences for social change. The existence of a traditional religious system has its own charm. This phenomenon can be seen in the syncretism of the cembengan tradition that took place in sugar factories on the island of Java, especially in this study in Solo Raya. This study aims to describe the history, implementation of picking ‘manten tebu’ cane and the relevance of picking ‘manten tebu’ cane in the syncretism of the Cembengan tradition in terms of value education and 'urf. This research is a field research using primary and secondary data, and Milles and Huberman model analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the harmony of the community around the sugar factory in Solo Raya as a multicultural society can be seen from the ritual symbols and spiritual symbols in the Cembengan tradition which contains syncretism between Confucianism-Islam-Javanese which is integrated into mystical cultural discourse. The phenomenon of the procession of marrying ‘tebu’ cane/cembengan in the procession of the cane ‘manten tebu’ carnival is followed by the ijab qobul led by the penghulu who in this case is represented by the traditional leader and the procession ends with a sukur (the distribution of each ubo rampe). The value education of picking ‘manten tebu’ cane in the synchronization of the cembengan tradition can be seen from religious values and social values. When viewed from the implementation, it includes 'urf fi'li but from its scope it is 'urf Khash because it is only carried out by sugarcane farmers around the sugar factory. And in terms of assessment, it is urf shohih if the belief or belief in carrying out the tradition continues to ask God and will become 'urf fasid if there is a misunderstanding and causes damage to aqidah if it is done to ask the unseen ruler.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the quality of Islamic education in a multicultural society in terms of learning outcomes. The descriptive approach of "bibliometric analysis" was utilized to accomplish this. It examined (233) scientific studies over ten years (2010-2021) and critically evaluated them in light of the study questions in order to identify the variables that these studies sought to investigate on the strategy, their impact on those variables, and the justification for the strategy's positive impact. According to the findings, the flipped classroom may give students a more dynamic learning environment, resulting in increased learning accomplishment and better preparedness for 21st-century learning and job situations. Much of the research examined the benefits and advantages of this method and the relevance of implementing it at various levels of education due to its demonstrable results in increasing a variety of learning outcomes. The research advised that instructors adopt the flipped classroom technique more often because of its favourable influence on learning outcomes. It also recommended pursuing research into the causes for the strategy's lack of evident beneficial effect in other trials.

The Islamic insurance literacy variable does not partially affect the non-Muslims intention to use Islamic insurance products. Variables Rates (Premiums), Product Quality, Promotion, and understanding simultaneously influence the intention of non-Muslims to use Islamic insurance. Abstract

The aims of this study is to test the reliability and validity of Fear of Intimacy scale thatmeasures individual anxiety and anxiety in having close relationships or intimacy inromantic relationships which introduced by Deschutner and Thelen (1991). Several itemshave developed from previous studies there are eight items taken and developed fromthe intimacy development inventory questionnaire and two items taken from the intimacysubscale of Erikson's subscale (Deschutner and Thelen, 1991). The scale adaptationprocess that the researcher did in this study refers to the journal Guidelines for theProcess of Cross-Cultural Adaptation of Self-Report Measures (Beaton, 2000).Distribution of data and samples of data was carried out through Google Formsapplication, where the researcher distributed questionnaire links through social media thatmet the research population criteria. The research population criteria set by theresearcher is for university students who have an age range of 18-24 years. The samplingtechnique used in this research is accidental sampling. Respondents in this study were235 students. To test the validity of the measurement scale, the researcher usedConfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with Lisrel software. The results of the constructvalidity test on the Fear of Intimacy Scale, shows that the items on this scale aresignificantly unidimensional, means that, they only measure the construct of the fear ofintimacy dimension. In addition, the results of the translation process are also consideredgood, because there is no difference in meaning between the results of the backtranslation and the initial scale. Respondents can easily understand the statementscontained in this scale. Based on the results of the CFA analysis with the Lisrel program, the fear of intimacy scale consist of 32 question, however it is known that there are twoitems that have a t value below 1.96, so that the significant items on this scale are 32items consisting of 3 dimensions.
