Abstract

Entrepreneurial competition is currently very high because all companies are constantlytrying to increase their market share by getting new customers. Business conditions changedynamically with changes in the surrounding environment and changes in the tastes ofconsumers who are increasingly diverse. The community is required to be creative byprocessing fish into other processed fish products such as kemplang biscuits, these processedproducts are very popular with the community for complementary foods. This study aims todetermine 1) To find out whether product innovation has an effect on purchasing decisions.2) To find out whether the use of social media has an effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Tofind out the variables of product innovation and the use of social media together have aneffect on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey methodwas chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data fromrespondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Inthis study, the population was taken based on consumers who made purchases of AmandaKemplang crackers as many as 115 per month. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between product innovation on purchasing decisions. 2) there is apositive and significant influence between social media on purchasing decisions. 3) there is apositive and significant influence between product innovation and the use of social mediatogether on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The main factors that are taken into consideration before being given financing are externalfactors or factors caused by customers consisting of character, capacity, capital, collateraland conditions and non-performing financing. This study aims to determine the factors thatcause problematic financing at BMT Assayfi'iyah. The research design is a quantitativedescriptive study using a survey method. The object of research is the character, capacity,capital, guarantee and economic condition of customers with non-performing financing. Thepopulation and research sample are customers with financing problems with the number ofsamples taken as many as 55 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis withSPSS program. The results showed that character, capacity, capital, collateral and conditionpartially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on reducing non-performingfinancing. Based on the coefficient values of all research variables, it can be seen that themost influential factor on non-performing financing is the character factor of the customer

Abstract

Business competition is a competition that must be faced by companies, this increasinglyfierce competition requires companies to be careful in determining strategies to win thecompetition they face. In order to get out of a situation that threatens the life of the company,the company must plan marketing strategies to satisfy consumer desires. Marketing occurs asa social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need andwant through creating, offering and exchanging products of value with others. This studyaims to determine 1) To find out whether the price has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 2)To find out whether product quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 3) To find outwhether promotion has an effect on consumer satisfaction. 4) To find out whether the priceand product quality variables and promotions together have an effect on consumersatisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as theprimary data source. Abstract

The research is motivated by the fact that the number of new students enrolling at the TexasCollege course has experienced ups and downs from 2018 to 2021 due to rising prices foreach level of course over the last four years. If this goes on continuously it will have an impacton student interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government policyand prices on purchasing decisions for course provider services with social media advertisingas a mediating variable at the Texas College Metro Course Institute. This research isquantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, the sample determinationtechnique was purposive sampling, as many as 75 students from LKP Texas College Metro. Asa measuring tool, 80 questionnaire items were used with Likert scale measurements andanalyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study show that government policies have apositive effect on service purchasing decisions. Price has a positive effect on the decision topurchase services. Social media advertising has a positive effect on service purchasingdecisions. Government policies have a positive effect on social media advertising. Price has apositive effect on social advertising. Government policies have a positive effect on servicepurchasing decisions through the mediation of social media advertising. Price has a positiveeffect on service purchasing decisions through the mediation of social media advertising.

Abstract

Regulations restricting transportation services have caused a drop in revenue and profits for transportation companies, and some companies have even suffered losses. This decrease in the number of passengers will have an impact on the financial performance of airline companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze stock portfolios, find out why investors need the CAPM and APT methods in maximizing stock portfolios and compare the accuracy of stock portfolio analysis in the airline sub-sector for the 2019-2021 period using the CAPM and APT methods. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research. The object of this research is stock performance. Data collection is carried out by means of a documentary study of close stock prices and macroeconomics. Data analysis used the CAPM and APT methods. The results of stock portfolio analysis using the CAMP and APT methods obtained securities that can produce maximum stock returns are PT Garuda Indonesia (GIAA). The CAPM and APT models can be used by investors to form a stock portfolio because it is easier and simpler. The CAPM model is more accurate than the APT model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Brand Image and Product Quality affect the PurchaseDecision of Hand & Body Lotion Citra (Study on Students of the Business Economics Facultyof Management Study Program Class of 2018- 2020 at the University of MuhammadiyahBandung). The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, by using this researchmethod it will be known that there is a significant relationship between the variables studiedso that conclusions will clarify the description of the object under study. Based on the resultsof the study, the results of multiple linear regression analysis were obtained, the regressionequation was obtained as follows: Y = 8.493 + 0.266X1 + 0.336X2.. Brand Image andQuality Influence on Purchase Decisions for Hand & Body Lotion Citra (Study on Students ofthe Business Economics Faculty of Management Study Program Class of 2018- 2020 at theUniversity of Muhammadiyah Bandung) imultaneous contribution of 39.3% to purchasingdecisions. While the remaining 0.607 or 60.7% is influenced by other variables such as price,promotion and place which were not examined by the author.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Work Motivation, Work Stress, Employee Performance and to determinehow much influence between Work Motivation and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT.EWINDO Plant 2 Sumedang. This research method used is a quantitative method with the type ofdescriptive verification research with the subject of all employees of PT. EWINDO Plant 2 part of thePPIC Production Planning Inventory Control as many as 37 people to be respondents. From theresults of the study it can be concluded that work motivation simultaneously has a significant positiveeffect on employee performance with the results of the hypothesis test H0 being rejected and Ha beingaccepted. And the results of the research carried out can be seen from the calculation results oftcount> ttable, namely 2.092 > 0.68156. As for work stress simultaneously has a significant negativeeffect on employee performance with the results of the hypothesis test H0 being rejected and Ha beingaccepted. And the results of the research conducted can be seen from the calculation results tcount <ttable, namely -4.216 <0.68156.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the F&B Division Of Yogya Sunda Heritage 60 Bandungwhich is a company engaged in retail, food and beverage production. The purpose of thisstudy was to analyse the effect of the work environment on employee performance todetermine the constraints on employee performance and provide solutions to theseconstraints. The method used in this research is to use verification and descriptive researchwith a quantitative approach, and data collection techniques through questionnaires,literature studies, interviews and observations. This method can help to measure the effect ofa variable by using SPSS data processing. The sample of this research is 32 respondents. Theresults of the analysis show that, based on the t-test, there is a significant positive effectbetween the work environment on the performance of the employees of the F&B Division OfYogya Sunda Heritage 60 Bandung indicating that the t value > t table (14,044 > 1,684).Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influencebetween the work environment on employee performance. That is, the higher the workenvironment, the higher the performance. To determine the magnitude of the influence of thework environment on performance, it can be seen in the R Square column. The amount of RJurnal Manajemen DiversifikasiVol. 3. No. 3 (2023)494Square (R2) is 868. So it can be concluded that the work environment can contribute 86.8%to employee performance. And the other 13.2% are still influenced by other factors.
