Abstract

Attendance system with the use of face recognition is a system that utilizes biometrics in the form of facial patterns and compares detected faces with stored faces.To capture facial patterns from users who will be absent, use an esp32-cam camera module embedded in the face recognition library so that able to compare detected faces with stored ones. This system is integrated with a web server which is designed to manage and store student absences so that one face detection tool can be used by more than one class simultaneously. The web server is controlled by the admin to manage absent schedules starting from class schedules, class schedules as well as entry and exit hours, so that the use of the web server does not allow duplicate data or attendance more than once

Abstract

Kecepatan layanan, ketepatan, keakuratan data, kemudahan penyampaian informasi serta akuntanbilitas menjadi alasan yang sangat penting bagi penerapan system informasi. Universitas Semarang (USM) merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta di Semarang yang mempunyai mahasiswa terbanyak ke 2 se Jawa Tengah. USM salah satu perguruan tinggi yang sedang berkembang dengan pesat. Banyaknya mahasiswa membuat USM mempunyai tangung jawab yang besar terhadap pendidikan mahasiswa sehingga kelak menjadi lulusan yang siap kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha atau industry. Berdasarkan data tracer USM tahun 2019 menunjukkan keselarasan horizontal yaitu keselarasan seberapa erat hubungan antara bidang studi dengan pekerjaan alumni, tampak bahwa masih ada ketidaksesuaian (tidak sama sekali=1,6%, kurang=19,2%. Dan cukup besar=27,5%) kemampuan lulusan dengan stakeholder. Hal ini menjadi perhatian khusus perguruan tinggi untuk membenahi/mengatur strategi agar prosentase data tersebut berkurang. Algoritma Apriori merupakan algoritma yang paling dikenal untuk menemukan pola frekuensi tinggi. Pola frekuensi tinggi ini juga digunakan untuk menyusun aturan assosiatif dan juga beberapa teknik data mining yang lain. Aturan yang menyatakan asosiasi antara beberapa atributsering disebut affinity analysis atau market basket analysis. Penggunaan Algoritma Apriori pada perhitungan data mining dengan menggunakan data dari tracer Universitas Semarang bahwa Batasan dari minimum support adalah 50% dan minimum confidence nya adalah sebesar 100% sehingga membentuk 4 rules. Dari keempat rules yang dihasilkan bahwa pemodelan dengan menggunakan Algoritma Apriori dapat menghasilkan beberapa formasi rules sehingga dapat memberikan evaluasi kepada pihak Universitas untuk menyusun langkah-langkah hal ini dapat dilihat karena rule yang dihasilkan berbeda karena pada tiap hubungan lulusan dengan stakeholder mempunyai acuan serta gaya yang berbeda,

Abstract

The internal research information system is an application that is used to manage research proposal data within the scope of the Indramayu State Polytechnic (POLINDRA) starting from submission, assessment, implementation to reporting. At first the system at the Indramayu State Polytechnic was still not well integrated in terms of submitting proposals from lecturers, because the sending process was still using email. Then the approval process for the proposal will be seen by external reviewers. Furthermore, the self-assessment process is carried out by filling out the assessment form provided by P3M, then it will be sent to the Reviewer via email. The choice of a website system for the development of this application is not only easier to operate and the flexible nature of the website is one of the reasons. The problem raised in this topic is that the submission of proposals is still manual using email so that data errors may still occur, data is lost or damaged. With this application, it is expected to be able to manage the proposed data so that it is fast, efficient and optimally the data stored in the system. Making this application using the Kanban method. This application is also built using the Laravel Framework and MariaDB Database. The tests carried out in this study used black-box testing with the results of testing the available features successfully and the program running well. With the Internal Research Information System through the proposal feature that displays a list of existing research proposals to the proposer. So that in sending, evaluating proposals and managing research proposals so that the process of sending, evaluating and approving proposals submitted by lecturers at the Indramayu State Polytechnic becomes easier, faster, efficient, and well integrated.

Abstract

PT Cipta Tekno Mandiri is a software house that offers software development services. In the sense of a company whose main product is the development and provision of software or applications. PT Cipta Tekno Mandiri also offers domain and hosting services, as well as programming course services. To assist PT Cipta Tekno Mandiri in sharing information between departments, it is necessary to have an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that functions to integrate every existing department. Through this system, each department can exchange information with each other. ERP that is made web-based, to speed up the website creation process, a framework is needed. The framework used is Yii 2. Yii is a framework that has amazing performance. The Yii framework makes it easy for programmers to create a web-based application. This ERP was developed using the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a sequential software development method starting from the stages of data collection, design, coding, testing and maintenance.

Abstract

Dalam pertumbuhannya tomat memerlukan kelembaban tanah dan suhu yang stabil agar tanaman tomat dapat tumbuh dengan baik, saat ini dalam memantau dan menjaga kestabilan kelembaban tanah dan suhu petani masih melakukan dengan cara manual. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi saat ini adalah IoT, yang mana dengan teknologi ini kita bisa melakukan pemantauan terhadap kondisi kelembaban tanah dan suhu pada kebun tomat melalui internet dan melakukan penyiraman otomatis jika kelembaban tanah dalam keadaan yang rendah dan suhu dalam keadaaan yang tinggi sampai kondisi kelembaban tanah atau suhu normal, Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi resiko kegagalan dalam pemeliharaan tanaman tomat dan diharapkan dapat mengontrol dan memantau keadaan tanah tanaman tomat itu sendiri, serta dapat meringankan pekerjaan petani dalam proses pemeliharaan dikarenakan proses yang dilakukan secara otomatis.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is increasingly sophisticated, especially in the field of networks. This development is closely related to the internet which is one of the most popular information providers today. The increasing need for information will demand fast access to get the latest information, one of which is the most dominant influencing the speed of access to a particular website is the service provider. Therefore it takes a server that has good quality and performance or has many servers so that it is not burdened on one server. Application load balancing is one of the right solutions to overcome this problem. The load balancing application will share the network load and avoid overloading one of the servers. The load balancing application method used is round robin with stickiness. When one server crashes, the load balancing application will automatically redirect requests to another server that is still functioning, so that the website can be accessed..

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has various types of horticultural plants, one of which is dragon fruit. Dragon fruit is a plant that requires extra care by paying special attention to its growth factors. One of the dragon fruit growth factors is temperature and soil moisture. Dragon fruit will grow well at temperatures ranging from 26-36 degrees Celsius. In addition, this plant must grow on soil that is always moist and not dry and not waterlogged. This is used to avoid rotting stems or dead plants. Therefore, this plant requires monitoring of soil temperature and humidity so that continuous monitoring can be carried out. This plant also requires automatic watering to keep the soil moist.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is being faced with the COVID-19 pandemic, to prevent being infected with the corona virus, it is to implement health protocols, especially in public places such as shopping centers to airports. The method taken by the Indonesian government in reducing the spread of the corona virus is by implementing PPKM (Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions) which is one of the requirements for restaurants/cafes, namely limiting the number of visitors to eat in places that are allowed to be around 25% and checking the temperature of restaurant/cafe visitors. The Cloud Computing implementation tool on the temperature monitoring sistem and the number of visitors can assist in the implementation of health protocols in checking the body temperature of visitors at your cafe and make it easier for cafe owners to monitor the number of visitors so that when workers allow an increase in the number of visitors, it can be immediately known through a linked website. with tools.

Abstract

The learning process or other activities related to electronics are often faced with various symbols of electronic components, where sometimes it is difficult to distinguish and know the symbols, physical forms, and functions of these electronic components. Especially at this time the learning process is carried out online. So that students do not understand the material being taught. Abstract

In the COVID-19 pandemic, masks are an important necessity for the community. The use of masks is very important to prevent the transmission of COVID-19. During the current pandemic, the Padang State Polytechnic campus allows students to visit the library on the terms and conditions that students must comply with health protocols. However, there are still many students who do not comply with health protocols, especially in using masks. Therefore, a tool that can detect masks is needed to protect/prevent people who do not wear masks from wearing masks when visiting the library in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The face detection system is masked or not using python version 3 with the OpenCV library, and Tensorflow. This system uses a webcam, Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, and Buzzer. The webcam is used to capture the image of the mask user. The captured image will be processed and classified on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. A buzzer will sound if the classification result is a face without a mask. The tool will be equipped with displaying the results of monitoring library visitor data in the form of a website using AWS EC2 as the infrastructure
