Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is trying improvement and increasement the quality continously all persons. TQM is a inovation in managing a education which make focus in improving and increasing the quality continously which oriented to customer’satisfaction. Standard of Education and The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in The Vacational School is a role and quality giudance contain minimun criteria and achievement the quality which must be finished school in operating one of education.both of them must finish consistently in order to purpose school can achieve, namely involving and enableness all school society.that thing,the observer is imterested to indentify about “Comitment Of School Society About Implementation Effectivity Total Quality Management In SMKN In Cimahi”.The purpose of obserment id is to know commitment of school society about organisation,to know implementatiom effectivity TQM and to know school society about implementation Effectivity TQM. The method that is used in the observement is the method quantative, that is located in SMKN CIMAHI, by using technic sample random sampling in sample taking. A informant as data source and tecnic data collecting that is used questionnaire and interview. And the usage programme SPSS version 21.0 and Microsoft Excel in data processing.According data processing result Weight Mean Score (WMS) find observernent in school society in SMKN CIMAHI in the position EXCELLENT in getting score 4,13 where SMKN 1 Has low score 4,08 and HIGH score SMKN 2 4,37 meanwhile SMKN 3 is 4,31 and the next about implementation Effectivity TQM in School Cimahi has WELL generally in rate score 3,97 which SMKN 1 (4,00) has high score from SMKN 2 (3,97) SMKN 3 (3,91) have low score among the other school. Meanwhile finding from normality test result that variable data X and Y distribute Normal, data processing and data analysis use parametic statistic technic. From variable corelation coefision test X and Y is gotten 0,710 and test result Signification is gotten value t-hitung 12,488 and t-tabel 1,804and coefision test result detemination is getting 50,5% it means commitment of school society inflence strongly 50,5% and signification about effectivity implementatiom TQM in SMKN CIMAHI. 49,5% is influenced other factor is included he obcerverment. The conclusion that a need consistent teachers and administration staff as school society to commite about organisation through obedience about quality operate the job according the quality guidance.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Effect of Rewards and Sanctions on Employee Performance in the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel in the Field of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (PPPPTK BMTI) Cimahi City". In this research, the method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this research is probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a member of the sample. Based on data processing carried out by calculating the WMS (Weight Means Score), it shows the average general tendency for reward and sanctions variables and employee performance variables to be in good category. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y obtained a positive result of 0.539 which indicates that variable X and variable Y have a "strong" relationship. The results of the significance test for the correlation coefficient indicate that with the test rules tcount ttable 5.116 1.998. So Ha accepted. Then in the analysis results the coefficient of determination variable X contributes to variable Y by 29% while the other 71% is found in other factors. Then the results of a simple regression analysis show 22.605 + (0.539) X, if the rewards and sanctions (X) increase, the employee performance (Y) will increase by 0.539. This means that if the rewards and sanctions increase by 0.539, the employee's performance will increase by 0.539. The conclusion of this study is rewards and sanctions and employee performance have a positive influence with the category of strong relationship strength. This positive relationship indicates that the increasing rewards and sanctions will have an effect on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine curriculum planning, supporting and inhibiting factors in curriculum planning in SMAN 1 Singaparna and MAN 2 Tasikmalaya. The results of this study showed that curriculum planning at SMAN 1 Singaparna and MAN 2 Tasikmalaya was carried out by a curriculum development team consisting of principals or madrasas, deputy heads, teachers, administrative staff, committees, and education supervisors by taking five basic frameworks, namely needs analysis, goal development, content development, learning activities, and evaluation of curriculum planning. Curriculum planning in SMAN 1 Singaparna is supported by the quality of the teachers and administrative staff and the completeness of the facilities, but is hampered by some teachers who still have a traditional-manual mindset, administrative complexity, and an incomplete understanding of 21st century education patterns. While the supporting factors in MAN 2 Tasikmalaya are the quality of teachers and administrative staff, completeness of the facilities, strict selection of students, and boarding school cooperation. However, this madrasa faces resistances from the mindset of some teachers and time management for students who live in the boarding school.

Abstract

The research background is caused phenomenon that shows the imbalance of workload in This study aims to find out 1) The service of implementing industrial work practices in the Class XII Agribusiness Crops and Horticulture Expertise Program at SMKN 63 Jakarta 2) Mastering the competence of the Class XII Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture students at SMKN 63 Jakarta 3) How much influence the service implementation has industrial work practices on competence in the Class XII Agribusiness Crops and Horticulture Expertise Program at SMKN 63 Jakarta. This research uses descriptive method and quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is the Slovin technique, data collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 50 students of Class XII. The results of this study based on data processing performed with the calculation of WMS (Weight Means Score) showed the average general trend for the Service Variables for the Implementation of Industrial Work Practices and the Competency Variables for Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture Class XII were in the category of Strong Enough. The results of the correlation coefficient test between the X variable and Y variable obtained a positive result of 0.457 which indicates that the X variable and Y variable have a correlation. The results of the significance test show that by testing tcount ttable (3.562 1.677) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In the results of the determination test, the variable x contributes to the variable Y by 20.9%. And 79.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Next is the results of the regression test showing -148,838 + 5,918X. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the service delivery of industrial work practices on the competence of food crop agribusiness and horticulture class XII at SMKN 63 Jakarta which is classified as very good category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of phenomena that occur in the moral and moral decline of adolescents in Indonesia. The management of character education for students is in a strategic position because the center of educational services is focused on students. Student character education needs to be planned thoroughly and systematically according to the needs of students. Researchers took the research focus as follows: (1) how the students’ coaching is planned, (2) how the students’ coaching is conducted, and (3) how the students’ coaching is evaluated at SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. The method used in this study is qualitative equipped with descriptive method. SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School is here as an effort to realize the vision and mission of the Daarut Tauhiid Foundation to create experts in dhikr, thought and endeavors towards creation that has good character. The character education method used and adapted to the conditions of character education of students such as exemplary, habituation of BAKU character (Good and Strong), creation of climate and culture of Daarut Tauhiid and reward and punishment. Records of Islamic religious lessons and paying attention to basic scientific materials that support subjects that involve students and their educators can be relied on 24 hours a day and supported by a dormitory as a permanent residence for students. Control of students' character education is carried out effectively through teachers and musyrif/ah. It is carried out in several stages, namely one-week coordination evaluation, monthly meetings, final semester meetings and annual meetings conducted by the leadership together with teachers and musyrif / ah.

Abstract

This study entitled the evaluation of the zoning system on the absorption capacity of SMA Negeri 1 Cibadak. The general objective of this study is to determine the extent of the success of the zoning system implemented by the government in absorbing students in SMA Negeri 1 Cibadak. This study uses a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data collection using the interview method. The population in this study were the principal, the head of PPDB, and 2 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Cibadak. The data were analyzed by data reduction and drawing conclusions in narrative form. The results showed that the evaluation of the zoning system began with the acceptance of new students using the provisions set by Education and Culture, 50% of students from the zoning system, 25% of the achievement pathway, 15% of the affirmation pathway, and 5% of the parent transfer path. The quality of the school is very decisive for the results of this program, the quality of the teachers also determines the final outcome of the students who attend SMA Negeri 1 Cibadak. This is the spirit of the achievement of students and schools. For this reason, SMA Negeri 1 Cibadak feels that it can accept all students in the implementation of new students for the 2020-2021 school year quota of 36 people times 12 classes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh besarnya pengaruh efikasi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pengajaran di sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Pasawahan, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menjelaskan fenomena saat ini sehubungan dengan fokus penelitian yang ditetapkan. Data tersebut dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 244 guru SD Negeri yang ada. Melalui penyaluran kuesioner, peneliti melakukan penambangan data terhadap responden dan memperoleh data yang dikumpulkan oleh 69 responden. Penentuan purposive sampling ini dalam rangka mempermudah kesimpulan hasil penelitian. Kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam penetapan ini adalah: 1) termohon berstatus pegawai negeri sipil (PNS), 2) memiliki masa pelayanan lebih dari 5 tahun, dan 3) bersertifikat. Hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi 3,706 dan 1,272 pada efikasi kepemimpinan. Kedua nilai tersebut positif, artinya memiliki hubungan yang tidak tera dwiampusi yang berlaku. Dari koefisien tersebut, artinya ketika terjadi peningkatan 1,272 dalam efikasi kepemimpinan, maka hal ini akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pengajaran sebesar 3,706 secara linear. Selain itu, nilai t juga menunjukkan jumlah di atas batas uji persyaratan, yaitu 12.478 (0.0001) sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa efikasi kepemimpinan memiliki efek yang signifikan pada kinerja pengajaran pada guru sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The research titled “ The Effect Quality of Service Infrastructures to the satisfaction of students in the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education University of Indonesia”. Issues addressed in this study is about how satisfied students are influenced by the quality of the service facilities and infrastructure. Generally, this study aims to find out the true picture regarding the quality of infrastructure services to the satisfaction of students in FPTK UPI. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires that were distributed to 96 students as the study sample. The result of the calculation using the general trend show that student satisfaction in the high category with an average score of 3.43 and quality of services in environmental infrastructure FPTK UPI included in the high category with an average score of 3.51. The correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment, the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is equal to 0.786 which shows that the correlation between the two variables are at high-level relations. The results of the significance test that is 12,3201,661, it means that the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y are significant with linear regression analysis equation that is: Ŷ = 9,661 + 0,806 X, this means that any change in one unit variable X will be followed by a change of variable Y for 0,806. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship of Quality of Service Infrastructures on Student Satisfaction in FPTK UPI. The need to improve on the quality of service that is the responsiveness of the service while in terms of student satisfaction is the fulfillment of infrastructure for student activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of training and education management PKH Based on Blended Learning in BBPPKS Bandung. The management of this training includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study through interviews, document study, and observation. The validity of the data was checked by triangulation. The results showed that the training and education management PKH Based on Blended Learning includes: 1) Planning which includes analysis of training needs, preparation of training objectives, preparation of training plans, and preparation of administration; 2) The implementation of this training stage includes online learning, opening, offline learning and training closing; 3) Evaluation which consists of four forms of evaluation, namely evaluation of training participants, evaluation of lecturers, evaluation of the implementation of education and training and evaluation of post-training. In addition, training and education PKH Based on Blended Learning is also influenced by the availability of the internet network, the seriousness of the training participants, the mastery of technology owned by the participants, the PBL location, the readiness of the organizers, the completeness. infrastructure, and availability of costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of teachers professional competence on student’s learning quality at SMKN 1 Bandung. The background of this research is problems based on an interview conducted to teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, teachers discovered that there are students who are not actively participated during the process of learning and some who have not met the minimum completion score which has been determined. Therefore, this study will describe the student’s learning quality, the teachers professional competence, and to determine whether there is simultaneous influence of teachers professional competence on student’s learning quality. This research applies descriptional method with quantitative approach. Results shows that on the variable of teachers professional ability on dimension developing professionalism on an ongoing basis by performing reflective actions got the lowest score (4,36) compared to other dimension. Another result from this research shows that on variable student’s learning quality on learning outcomes dimension got the lowest score (4,39) in comparation to other dimension. The analysis result from this research initiate that in general, both teachers professional competence and student’s learning quality in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung scored excellence and there is a significant influence between teachers professional competence and student’s learning quality. Thereupon, based on the result it is recommended for the school to frequently hold traning and education, In House Training, Teachers’ Working Forum (MGMP) and self-evaluation also to contemplate or even escalate every factors that can influence the learning outcomes so the students can improve capability, knowledge, and skills.
