Abstract

This study entitled "Effect of Service Quality Education Student Satisfaction at the university education of Indonesia ". The problem that the writer suggested in this study is the student satisfaction about the quality of education services in university education of Indonesia. In general, this study aims to determine the effect of the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction at the university education of Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that is through online by using google form and a questionnaire to the respondent directly spread through print out the questionnaire, the number of questionnaires that are spread as much as 99. The result of the calculation Weight Mean Score (WMS), showed that the quality of educational services included in the high category with a score of 3.69 and student satisfaction with a score of 3.68, including the high category. Analysis of the correlation between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction has a strong relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.724. The regression equation of these two variables, namely Y = 10 175 + 0.820X, this means every one-unit change in the quality of education services will provide updates to the satisfaction of the students of 0,820. The results of significance test using t-test, namely t hitung (10,350) t_tabel (1.984) means that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y, then the coefficient of determination test results showed that the degree of connectedness between the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction affects 52.5 % while the remaining 47.5% influenced by other factors not examined. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of education services to the satisfaction of students in university education Indonesia.

Abstract

The research entitled "Development of Learning Supervision Health Diagnostic Instruments". Participants in this study were three education management experts, 102 school principals, 317 teachers and 135 well-known administrators in public and private junior high schools (SMP) throughout Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the learning surveillance health diagnosis instrument, see the health picture of learning supervision at State and Private Junior High Schools (SMP) in Purwakarta Regency and follow up on the results of the learning supervision health diagnosis. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The technique of using data using a questionnaire. The instrument was developed based on the dimensions of the program, planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision reporting. As for the instrument development technique through construction tests with expert lecturers by revising the item questions, respondent construct tests by distributing questionnaires with the help of Google in the form of validity tests, reliability tests and Weight Mean Score. The researcher concluded that the output of this study was in the form of a learning supervision health diagnosis instrument that could be used as a research measurement tool and a measuring tool to diagnose the health of learning supervision consisting of instruments for the principal who handled 23 questions, the teacher entered 22 questions and the administration that was asked. 16 question items; health picture Learning Supervision in Public and Private Junior High Schools throughout Purwakarta Regency as a whole is in a very healthy condition and based on school accreditation is also in a very healthy condition; and follow-up on the results of the learning supervision health diagnosis in the form of maintenance and the current condition of the supervision of learning in schools for each and existing indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Effectiveness of the Online Education and Training Program for Vocational Teachers held at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Sector (BBPPMPV BMTI) Cimahi. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Check the validity of the data is done by triangulation technique. The results showed that the implementation of the Online Training Program for Vocational Teachers at BBPMPPV BMTI Cimahi had been running effectively. This is evidenced by the achievement of objectives in each stage of implementation, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. : (1) The online training program planning process: there is a careful planning and can be seen from the online training guide, adequate facilities and infrastructure but need to be adjusted for online training, training costs are available, training participants are in accordance with the criteria, education and training personnel are in accordance with the requirements and conditions. (2) The process of implementing the Online Education and Training program: preparation for the implementation of the training through preparation meetings/technical guidance, the availability of facilities for the implementation of online training, and an interactive learning process. (3) Evaluation of the online education and training program: adjustment of the evaluation instrument, the purpose of the evaluation is achieved by the existence of a report on the implementation of the training and submitted at the close of the education and training program.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of compensation on teacher teaching performance at SMPK 1 BPK Penabur Bandung using descriptive methods through a quantitative approach. The data model analysis used was literature study analysis and interviews. This study has 40 respondents. The results of the compensation calculation show that the WMS calculation has an average total indicator score of 2.58 or sufficient. Meanwhile, the Teacher Teaching Performance based on the WMS calculation has an average total indicator score of 3.11 or high. Researchers suggest that stakeholders can increase compensation to improve Teacher Teaching Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya kecerdasan emosional guru bagi efektifitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya kecerdasan emosional guru dalam pembelajaran di kelas yang sesuai dari sudut pandang Landasan Psikologi Guru. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuat proses pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi lebih baik khususnya pada kualitas guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket terbuka ditujukan kepada guru, hasil data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap guru harus memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang baik, sehingga dapat berinteraksi dengan siswa dan menjadikan pembelajaran lebih kondusif.

Abstract

The research entitled “The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Science Educators and Education Personnel (P4TK IPA) Bandung”, is a study that focuses on the description of work discipline, and employee performance. Work discipline is one of the most important factors in human resource management. Human resources as one of the resources in the organization have an important role and responsibility in achieving organizational goals. Based on this, this study was conducted to determine the level of employee discipline, employee performance, and the effect of work discipline on performance of widyaiswara employees at PPPPTK IPA. This study uses a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach accompanied by a literature study. Data collection techniques is using questionnaires distributed to 46 widyaiswara employees at PPPPTK IPA. Findings from the calculations through non-parametric statistical techniques and Spearman Rank Correlation methods, indicating that the relationship between the two variables based on the value of the correlation coefficient on the X variable (Work Discipline) and Y variable (Employee Performance) is closeness with moderate category with a positive and significant relationship. Thus, it can be said that the X variable (Work Discipline) has a positive and significant effect on the Y variable (Employee Performance). Based on the result, it is hoped that the Head of the PPPPTK IPA Center, as the party assessing of employee performance, can pay more attention to and act decisively on employee discipline. Because discipline is an important factor that affects the employee performance, so with the high work discipline, and good employee performance, will help achieve more optimal organizational goals.

Abstract

Background research on the problem of how much influence the head of the field interpersonal communication has on the level of work stress of employees in the field of Senior High School Development at the Education Office of West Java Province. The research method used is a descriptive method supported by literature study. The technique carried out in this study consists of two stages. In the early stages, questionnaires were distributed via Google Form to the West Java Provincial Education Office in the PSMA Sector, the second was to test the validity and reliability tests, and data analysis while the total population of this study was 37 people, and the number of samples was the same as the population because it used the technique. total sampling. Based on the results of data processing calculated using the Weight Means Scores (WMS) technique, it shows that the general trend for variable X (Interpersonal Communication) is 4.33 and is in the very good category. Meanwhile, the average general trend for variable Y (Job Stress) is 4.22 which is in the very good category. The results of the calculation of the normality test of the distribution show that the X and Y variables are normally distributed. Judging from the calculation of the correlation coefficient (Tcount) using the Perason Product Moment formula, the correlation coefficient value is 0.402. This shows that there is a strong enough relationship between the Y variable. The results of the significant test with the t-test show that the t-test is 2,595 and it is known that the t-table is 1.689 when compared, then tcount ttable. To determine the influence of variable X and variable Y is shown from the calculation of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (KD) of 16.1%. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between the Head of Field Interpersonal Communication on the Work Stress Level of Employees in the Field of Senior High School Development at the Education Office of West Java Province. The results of this study are expected to provide a benefit both for institutions, employees and for future researchers who will examine communication problems on the level of work stress.

Abstract

This study examines the problem of the principal's strategy in implementing character education. Research aims to: a) Knowing and getting information about socialization, capacity building, implementation and cooperation, as well as monitoring evaluating the implementation of religious character education, discipline, social care, and , b) knowing and getting information about factors and inhibitors of the principal in the implementation of character education. The method used in this research is descriptive method through qualitative approach. The number of participants as many as 4 people are principal, teachers, and 2 students. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the principal a) socialized character values through meetings, small talk, and lectures to children, b) held teacher training c) cooperated with all teacher and staff personnel , foundations, school committees, parents' representatives, local residents, Zakat Umat Controllers (PZU), and the National Committee for the Palestinian People (KNRP), d) monitoring and evaluation by principals and teachers. Factors for principals are cooperation, commitment, motivation, support and a conducive, safe and peaceful environment / climate. While the inhibiting factors are time, lack of cooperation, bad environment, facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational facilities and infrastructure on student motivation in SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to the respondents which was distributed to 46 junior high school students, the Pilot Laboratory of the University of Bandung, Bandung as the research sample. The results of the calculation of the correlation analysis using the Pearson product moment, obtained the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is 0.750 which is in the coefficient interval from 0.600 to 0.799 so that it is at the level of a strong relationship. The results of the significance test between the X variable (Educational Facilities and Infrastructure) and the Y variable (Student Learning Motivation) SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung obtained t count ≥ t table, namely 2,924 ≥ 2,015 so it can be said to be significant. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test results showed that educational facilities and infrastructure contributed 56.25% to students' learning motivation while the remaining 43.75% (100% -56.25) was influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study states that there is a relationship strong and significant between the influence of educational facilities and infrastructure on student motivation in SMP Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Bandung.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Education and Training Program Against Job Performance Employees at Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung ". Issues examined in this study concerning the education and training programs and their influence on job performance of employees at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung with the object of study participantsTraining.Generally, this study aims to find out and get a picture of the influence of education and training programs at the Training Center Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique was conducted by questionnaire enclosed, with a sample of 30 participants that education and training education and training in the period from May 2016. Analysis of the calculations in this study using a support program Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS for Windows version 23.0.Based on calculations using the formula Weight Means Score (WMS), an overview of variable X (Education and Training) that are in the very good category with an average score of 4:06. While the general description of the variable Y (Job Performance) in the excellent category, with an average score of 424. Correlation variables X and Y have a significant relationship. It can be seen from the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.650 which is in a strong and significant category, with a coefficient of determination of 38% as well as the results of the regression analysis is Y = 0.518 + 75,201 that are significant and linear.Conclusion The study says education and training programs have a significant effect on the performance of employees in Pusdiklat Ir. H. Juanda PT.KAI (Persero) Bandung.
