Abstract

Etika bisnis Islam dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu dimensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh etika bisnis Islam yang diterapkan oleh toko Riyadh Store terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah keadilan, kejujuran dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden yaitu seluruh pelanggan toko Riyadh Store di Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu mengedarkan langsung daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan, kejujuran dan kepercayaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan secara parsial hanya variabel kejujuran dan kepercayaan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan variabel keadilan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah serta penerapan manajemen risiko dalam upaya pencegahan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada PT. BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Adapun penerapan manajemen risiko yang digunakan yaitu identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, pemantauan risiko dan pengendalian risiko. Keempat proses manajemen risiko di atas mencakup analisis 5C, kelengkapan dokumen, serta monitoring rutin dengan melakukan kunjungan harian. Dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah PT. BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh menggunakan pendekatan persuasive dengan melakukan musyawarah yang kemudian diterapkan penjadwalan kembali (reschedulling), persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), penataan kembali (restructuring), hingga eksekusi jaminan. Penerapan manajemen risiko yang digunakan sudah berjalan dengan efektif dalam meminimalisasi risiko pembiayaan bermasalah. Hal ini di buktikan dengan penurunan tingkat Non Performing Financing (NPF).

Abstract

Produk asuransi jiwa merupakan produk yang mendominasi pada perusahaan asuransi PT. Takaful Keluarga Cabang Banda Aceh berdasarkan peningkatan nasabah pada setiap tahunnya, akan tetapi pada empat tahun terakhir terjadinya penurunan pertambahan jumlah nasabah dari tahun sebelumnya, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran seperti analisis SWOT untuk meningkatkan kembali nasabah pada produk asuransi jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis SWOT dalam strategi pemasaran pembiayaan produk asuransi jiwa pada PT. Takaful Keluarga Cabang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk asuransi jiwa pada PT. Takaful Keluarga Cabang Banda Aceh menggunakan bauran pemasaran 4P yaitu product, price, place, dan promotion. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT diketahui bahwa nilai skor IFAS adalah 2,39 dan nilai skor EFAS adalah 2,95. Artinya PT. Takaful Keluarga Cabang Banda Aceh dapat memanfaatkan peluang dan ancaman yang ada untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kemajuan secara maksimal.

Abstract

The problem of poverty in Aceh, with various factors, has made Aceh the poorest region in Sumatra in 2021. One of the efforts to overcome it is by developing the MSME sector. Therefore, the existence of financing at Bank Aceh Syariah is expected to be able to effectively overcome these problems. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of murabahah financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Aceh in poverty alleviation efforts, specifically for the City of Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data sources used were primary and secondary with the techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies The results showed that the murabahah financing at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Operational Headquarters for MSMEs is effective in poverty alleviation efforts, it can be seen that after receiving financing, MSMEs are able to increase income, develop businesses, and create jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) on the profitability of Bank Aceh. This study uses a quantitative research approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. This research data uses Bank Aceh monthly financial report data for the 2017-2020 period. Research data obtained by testing the hypothesis performed by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operating Expenses to Operating Income jointly affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (2) Third Party Funds affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio affects the profitability of Bank Aceh. (4) Operating Expenses to Operating Income affect the profitability of Bank Aceh.

Abstract

Commercial zakat is zakat issued on property ownership intended for buying and selling, which of course has reached the nishab or haul. Trading activities are efforts made by humans to obtain halal sustenance aimed at being able to meet the needs of human life. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence muzakki in paying commercial zakat (study of traders in Banda Aceh City). This research is a field research (Field Research) using quantitative methods. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 muzakki or traders in Banda Aceh City. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that partially trust and self-awareness factors have a positive and significant effect on muzakki in paying commercial zakat (study pf traders in Banda Aceh City). On the other hand partially understanding factors do not have a significant effect on muzakki in paying zakat on brokerage (study of traders in Banda Aceh City)

Abstract

This study aims to see how the influence of education, ability, and age on the length of looking for work in an Islamic economic perspective in Reului Mangat Village, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. Technical analysis of the data in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that education, ability, and age simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the length of time looking for work in the village of Reului Mangat. Partially, education and ability have a positive and significant effect on the length of ti me looking for work, while age does not partially have a significant effect on the length of time looking for work in Reului Mangat Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Darussalam branch, Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique in this study was random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate; (1) the service quality variable has no effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) together service quality and trust have an effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand equity on customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Stabat. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. Brand Awareness has a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudharabah savings. So that if brand awareness increases, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Brand Associations have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings. So that if brand associations increase, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Brand Loyalty has a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings. So that if brand loyalty increases, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Perceived Quality has a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings. So that if perceived quality increases, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Brand awareness, brand associations, brand loyalty, and perceived quality together or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.
