Abstract

The background of this research is based on the existing theory that the higher the level of profit sharing, the Musyarakah financing will increase, conversely if the profit sharing rate decreases, the Musyarakah financing will tend to decrease. This is not in accordance with the financial statements of sharia commercial banks and sharia business units for the 2016-2018 period. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an effect on the level of revenue sharing towards the financing of Musyarakah in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. And this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the level of profit sharing on the financing of Musyarakah in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. This study deals with financial statements that discuss the notion of financing, elements of financing, financing functions, financing benefits, understanding Musyarakah, types of Musyarakah, Al-Musyarakah benefits, Understanding of results, basic principles of the concept of revenue sharing, method of calculation of results , the application of profit sharing in Islamic banking, in connection with the approach taken is the theories relating to the financing of Musharaka, profit sharing. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data source used is secondary data taken through www.ojk.go.id. Data collection techniques used are literature study and documentation based on financial reports on the level of profit sharing, musyarakah financing at Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for the 2016-2018 Period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis test, normality test, simple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test: t test, determination coefficient test (R2). The results of the study partially indicate that the level of revenue sharing affects the financing of Musyarakah.

Abstract

Sangkumpal Bonang market is the same as the market in general, where this market is where people trade, looking for fortune, a place where sellers and buyers meet and conduct transactions. Based on data obtained by Sangkumpal Bonang Padangsidimpuan market, more traders use conventional banks than sharia banks. This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity, promotion and service on customer decisions using Islamic banks in the Sangkumpal Bonang Padangsidimpuan market. This research is a quantitative research, data sources used are primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, and documentation with a total sample of 69 respondents with the sample measurement technique was the Slovin formula. The results of partial research (t test) are Brand Equity and Services affect the Customer Decision while Promotion does not affect the Customer Decision.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression data analysis with data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data was processed using statistical calculations with the SPSS 23.0 computer program, with a total sample of 53 samples whose data was obtained through the website www.ojk.go.id. The results showed that partially mudharabah financing had an effect on net income because the value of tcount ttable (2,011 2,009), musyarakah financing had an effect on net income because the value of -tcount -ttable (-1,925 -2,009), and murabahah financing had an effect on profit. net because the value of tcount ttable (2,366 2,009). Simultaneously, mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing affect net income because the value of Fcount Ftable (5.689 2.79). The effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on net income is 25.8%, while the remaining 74.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

PT. Bank BRI Syariah is one of the banks that performs a spin-off with the aim of making a profit. Researchers use the FDR ratio to assess risk and ROA ratio to assess return at PT. BRI Syariah Bank before and after the spin off. The value of the FDR ratio before and after the spin off fluctuated but net income continued to increase as well as the value of the ROA ratio before and after the spin off fluctuated while net income continued to increase from year to year. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there are differences in risk and return at PT. BRI Syariah Bank before and after the spin off. The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in risk and return before and after the spin off. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection technique used is literature study and documentation, through the official website of PT. BRI Syariah, namely www.brisyariah.co.id and the Financial Services Authority, namely www.ojk.go.id. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, normality test, sample paired t-test. The data processing process using a computer program, namely SPSS version 22.0. The statistical test results of the paired t-test sample indicate that there are differences in risk (risk) of PT. BRI Syariah Bank before and after the spin off if measured using the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), with a tcount value of 5.288 and a ttable value of 1.70329 (5.288 1.70329). The results of the statistical test of the paired t-test showed that there were differences in the return of PT. BRI Syariah Bank before and after the spin off if measured using Return On Assets (ROA), with a tcount value of 15.318 and a ttable value of 1.70329 (15.318 1.70329).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KC Padangsidimpuan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Sampling in this study using random sampling with a sample size of 99 people. To simplify the data analysis process, this research was assisted by the SPSS version 23 program. The t test results indicate that there is a significant influence between motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer. Based this shows that the influence of the motivation variable to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This research is motivated by decline in profitability in the first quarter of 2017 which is thought to be influenced by income, especially income derived from services (fee based income) and operating cost. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  fee based income and operating cost on profits at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah both partially and simultaneously. This study is a quantitative study, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis, with data processing used through the SPSS 23 Program. The results of the study show that simultaneously fee based income and operating costs affect earnings. But partially, fee based income variables hasn’t effect on earnings. While operating costs affect earning. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained R2 of 0,552. This show that 55,2% of each profit growth can be explained by the variable fee based income and operating costs, the remaining 44,8% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of people in the city of Panyabungan who are predominantly Muslim who will provide benefits for Islamic banks. Selection of the right market by using market segmentation strategies, targeting and positioning that will help PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCP Panyabungan in selecting potential customers who are useful to win competition with other banks. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by collecting data through interviews and observations, while secondary data were obtained from documents of BMI KCP Panyabungan.  The research found that the marketing strategy for BMI KCP Panyabungan products was market segmentation by selecting demographic and behavioral segmentation. Then the targeting is that BMI KCP Panyabungan chooses traders, entrepreneurs and employees as the target market. Next to positioning, BMI KCP Panyabungan builds a good image by embracing Ulama and educating the public that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia is an Islamic bank and is free from usury and provides souvenirs containing symbols to Ulama. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced are the size of the area, other competitors.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the financial statements of PT. BNI Syariah for the period of 2011-2018 an increase in the value of CAR is not in line with an increase in capital but an increase in CAR while capital has decreased in 2012, 2016 and 2018. A decrease in the value of CAR is not in line with a decrease in capital but a decrease in the value of CAR while capital has increased in 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of core capital and complementary capital variables partially and simultaneously on CAR at PT. BNI Syariah for the period of 2011-2018. The results of the partial research (t test) core capital has no partial effect on CAR as evidenced by tcount ttable (1,296 2,045), and supplementary capital has a negative effect on CAR as evidenced by tcount ttable ie (-2,849 - 2,045). Whereas simultaneously core capital and supplementary capital variables have simultaneous (joint) influence on CAR as evidenced by Fcount Ftable (4.060 3.33).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the financing of rahn distributed by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Branch of Alaman Bolak Padangsidimpuan from 2015-2018 has always experienced an increase. In 2015 rahn financing disbursed amounted to Rp. 12,722,736 experienced an increase in 2016 by 10% to Rp. 14,171,000, then continued to increase in 2017 by 11% to Rp. 15,877,390 while in 2018 it increased by 1% in the amount of Rp. 15,918,480, but the level of inflation and the price of gold Padangsidimpuan City has increased and decreased. This is very possible because the inflation rate is very influential to the rising cost of gold and the price of gold can be said to affect the distribution of financing because some people who mortgaged their goods in the form of gold to obtain funds. This research is quantitative research. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. To collect the required data is done by using the interview and documentation method, namely the 2015-2018 monthly financial statements PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Branch of Alaman Bolak Padangsidimpuan, with a total sample of 48 months. Data were processed with the help of SPSS program version 23. Based on statistical test results partially the inflation rate does not affect the distribution of rahn financing, this can be proven in the hypothesis testing results of the inflation rate variable having tcount (-1,639) ttable (-1,679), then H0 is accepted Ha is rejected, and the gold price variable has t (2,353) ttable (1,679), then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, then the inflation rate and gold price variables simultaneously influence the distribution of rahn financing with the results of Fcount (4,435) Ftable (3,204) means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, from the determination test obtained the calculation of 18.4% is determined by the inflation rate and the price of gold and the remaining 81.6% is explained by other variables.
