Abstract

Fluctuations that occur in the number of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Gunung Tua Sub-Branch Office, which indicates employee dissatisfaction. The fluctuation that occurred was caused by several employees who applied for resignation for several reasons as well as employee dismissal due to not achieving the target. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the influence of work environment, competence, and career development has an influence on employee job satisfaction. The aim is to determine whether there is an influence of these three variables on employee job satisfaction at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Gunung Tua Sub-Branch Office. This research is a quantitative study with sampling using saturated samples with a sample size of 17. The data collection technique uses literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include instrument test (validity test, reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (determination coefficient test (R2), t test, F test). To simplify the data analysis process, this research was assisted by the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the t test showed that there was no influence of the work environment on employee job satisfaction, there was no influence between competence on employee job satisfaction, and there was an influence between career development on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously there is an influence between work environment, competence, and career development on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Third-party funds are fund collectors in the banking sector. Third party funds include current accounts, savings and deposits collected from the community. Third party funds always experience an increase but are not followed by revenue sharing and inflation that has fluctuated. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the profit sharing and inflation have a partial and simultaneous effect on Third Party Funds in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the effect of profit sharing and inflation on Third Party Funds in Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. The discussion in this study relates to Islamic banking and macroeconomics. The approach taken in this study relates to theories relating to revenue sharing, inflation and Third Party Funds. This research is a quantitative study, the source of the data is secondary with a series of times series of 72 samples. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature. Normality Test, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test which includes Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Hypothesis Test which includes Partial Significant Test (tTest), Simultaneous Regression Coefficient Test (Ftest), Determination Coefficient Test, Multiple Linear Analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the shares have -ttest ttable (-2.725 -1.667) which means that the results have a significant negative effect on DPK. And inflation has -ttest -ttable (-4,852 -1,667) which means that inflation has a significant negative effect on Third Party Funds. And profit sharing and inflation simultaneously affect the Third Party Fund. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount Ftable (48.966 3.13). R2 shows that the percentage of contribution of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 58.7% and the remaining 41.3% is influenced or or explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Based on data obtained from the financial statements of PT. BNI Syariah for the period of 2011-2018 an increase in the value of CAR is not in line with an increase in capital but an increase in CAR while capital has decreased in 2012, 2016 and 2018. A decrease in the value of CAR is not in line with a decrease in capital but a decrease in the value of CAR while capital has increased in 2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of core capital and complementary capital variables partially and simultaneously on CAR at PT. BNI Syariah for the period of 2011-2018. The results of the partial research (t test) core capital has no partial effect on CAR as evidenced by tcount ttable (1,296 2,045), and supplementary capital has a negative effect on CAR as evidenced by tcount ttable ie (-2,849 - 2,045). Whereas simultaneously core capital and supplementary capital variables have simultaneous (joint) influence on CAR as evidenced by Fcount Ftable (4.060 3.33).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the financing of rahn distributed by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Branch of Alaman Bolak Padangsidimpuan from 2015-2018 has always experienced an increase. In 2015 rahn financing disbursed amounted to Rp. 12,722,736 experienced an increase in 2016 by 10% to Rp. 14,171,000, then continued to increase in 2017 by 11% to Rp. 15,877,390 while in 2018 it increased by 1% in the amount of Rp. 15,918,480, but the level of inflation and the price of gold Padangsidimpuan City has increased and decreased. This is very possible because the inflation rate is very influential to the rising cost of gold and the price of gold can be said to affect the distribution of financing because some people who mortgaged their goods in the form of gold to obtain funds. This research is quantitative research. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. To collect the required data is done by using the interview and documentation method, namely the 2015-2018 monthly financial statements PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syariah Branch of Alaman Bolak Padangsidimpuan, with a total sample of 48 months. Data were processed with the help of SPSS program version 23. Based on statistical test results partially the inflation rate does not affect the distribution of rahn financing, this can be proven in the hypothesis testing results of the inflation rate variable having tcount (-1,639) ttable (-1,679), then H0 is accepted Ha is rejected, and the gold price variable has t (2,353) ttable (1,679), then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, then the inflation rate and gold price variables simultaneously influence the distribution of rahn financing with the results of Fcount (4,435) Ftable (3,204) means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, from the determination test obtained the calculation of 18.4% is determined by the inflation rate and the price of gold and the remaining 81.6% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research was motivated by in addition to Muslim customers it turns out there are also non-Muslim customers who are customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch Office. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there are many non-Muslim customers in BSM Sibolga and to find out what the motives of non-Muslim customers are using the services of Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga branch office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research takes place in BSM Sibolga with research subjects of Bank employees: customer service, leadership, security guards and 9 non-Muslim customers related to the motives of non-Muslim customer customers in using services at BSM Sibolga, in this study supported by observation, interviews and documentation data. The results of this study conclude that the motives of non-Muslim customers in using BSM Sibolga services include: Personal motives namely work, cultural motives namely geographical (location) and groups (organizations or invitations from neighbors), and religious motives stimuli namely products. The most commonly found motif is a geographical motif, namely the location of Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga, located on the side of the road and easy to reach. Not found in the field of religious motives (religious observance), social motives (wealth, power and mastery of knowledge of personal motives (age and lifestyle). Non-Muslim customers Bank Syariah Mandiri Sibolga Branch Offices are mostly interested in gold pawning products. researchers conducted interviews with only a few non-Muslim customers who used gold pawning products that were found.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and bank image on customer loyalty at Pt. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., Panyabungan Sub-Branch Office. The creation of customer satisfaction and a good bank image is an advantage for banks. Satisfaction is a good basis for customers to repeat the use of related bank services so that these customers become loyal. This research is a quantitative study, data obtained from questionnaires. The sample collection technique uses the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 83 customers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that customer satisfaction partially affected customer loyalty and the image of the bank affected customer loyalty. Then simultaneously customer satisfaction and the image of the bank together have a significant and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Return On Assets (ROA) is a ratio used to determine the bank's ability to generate profits. The problem in this research is that there is a phenomenon that is not in accordance with the theory. Where, in 2011 the fourth quarter of Non Performing Financing (NPF) decreased accompanied by a decrease in the value of Return On Assets (ROA), as well as Earning Asset Quality (KAP) increased but was not followed by an increase in Return On Assets (ROA). This research is a quantitative research, with the research location at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Tbk using secondary data as many as 40 samples in the form of quarterly consolidated financial statements obtained from the website www.ojk.go.id. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, coefficient of determination (R2), as well as t test and F test. The results of the partial study (t test) show that Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a significant effect on return. On Assets (ROA), as evidenced by tcount ttable (2.464 2.026) with a significance level of 0.019 0.05, and Earning Asset Quality (KAP) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), as evidenced by - tcount -ttable that is (-3.385-2.026) with a significance level of 0.002 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Earning Asset Quality (KAP) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) as evidenced by Fcount Ftable (8.981 3.25) with a significant level of 0.001 0.05.The Effect of Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Earning Asset Quality (KAP) on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Abstract

One of the obstacles for the Mandailing Natal community to go on a pilgrimage is the high cost of going on a pilgrimage. IB Hijrah Haji Savings is a savings account that makes it easier for people to visit the Baitullah. However, not many people know about this IB Hijrah Haji savings product, seen from the number of IB Hijrah Haji savings customers who experience fluctuations every month in 2018. The problem formulation in this study is how to analyze the SWOT product of the IB Hijrah Haji Savings product PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the number of customers of IB Hijrah Haji Savings PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch with qualitative-descriptive research method. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch, IB Hijrah Haji savings customers and the Mandailing Natal community. Collecting data using interview techniques and direct and indirect observations of objects related to the researched and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used the following techniques: data editing, data reduction and data decryption. The results of the study using the SWOT Matrix showed that PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Panyabungan Sub-Branch has strengths which consist of: fairly good and fast service, service to deliver prospective pilgrims and free Hajj rituals, free administration fees, free insurance. Weaknesses of IB Hijrah Haji savings, namely: lack of human resources marketing IB Hijrah Haji savings products, product promotion is still lacking. The savings opportunities for IB Hijrah Haji are: people who are predominantly Muslim, increasing customer interest in using this product, strategic location. Meanwhile, the threats of IB Hijrah Haji savings are: product competition that is getting tighter, locations between banks that are close to each other.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the analysis of the risk aspects of gold pawn products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sibuhuan Syari'ah Service Unit. The types of gold and the varying price of gold in the market pose risks. The decline in gold prices will result in losses during the auction for PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sibuhuan Syari'ah Service Unit. Pegadaian is more careful in following the price developments in the market, as well as the types of gold that supervises, must be more careful and thorough in assessing goods. What are the risks that occur in gold pawn products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sibuhuan Sharia Service Unit. How are the steps to minimize the risk of products that are pawning gold. The purpose of this research is to see the risk of gold pawn products. The theory presented in this study is related to shari'ah pawnshops, the theory of gold pawn risk, the theory of economic uncertainty, natural uncertainty, human uncertainty. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data source used is primary data and secondary data. While the technique, the data of this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research on the Analysis of the Risk Aspects of Gold Pawn Products that occurred at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syari'ah Sibuhuan Service Unit is a market risk, namely a decrease in the price of gold which results in losses at the time of the auction, credit risk, namely the risk caused by the inability of the customer to pay off its obligations, operational risk, namely the risk arising from inadequacy in the management process. such as the entry of counterfeit gold, negligence in appraising collateral, legal risk of criminal acts either robbery or employee fraud, reputation risk, namely due to customer complaints against products or services at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syari'ah Sibuhuan Service Unit and natural disasters (force majeure), namely risks that cause losses with catastrophic disasters. The steps taken by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Syari'ah Sibuhuan Service Unit to minimize the risk of gold pawn product risk by conducting supervision, guidance and supervision. Education is carried out for appraisers to update knowledge and refresh the existing estimators in the pawnshop.

Abstract

The background of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which are productive businesses owned by individuals or private business entities, also called populist businesses, which currently receive attention and privileges mandated by law, including business credit assistance with low interest, ease of business permit requirements, business development assistance from government agencies, and several other facilities. No exception in Mandailing Natal Regency, which on average has a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Lack of a good management system and capital that causes the failure of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mandailing Natal Regency. The analysis is used to determine whether Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are eligible in obtaining financing from Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panyabungan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects in this study consisted of First Informants namely SMEs and Secondary Informants namely Bank Mandiri Sharia Panyabungan KCP. The results of the study can be seen that the micro financing of Bank Syari'ah Mandiri is an alternative financing product from Bank Syari'ah Mandiri which is intended for MSME entrepreneurs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). Analysis of the feasibility of micro financing of the Syari'ah Bank Mandiri Panyabungan Sub-Branch Office to prospective customers is that the submission must meet the requirements: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition (5C) and the conditions that must be met by the SMEs. In accessing financing in Islamic banks is very influential because there must be requirements that must be completed so that the disbursement of financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can be resolved as soon as possible and can be accepted by the bank.
