Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a level where the needs, desires and expectations can be met. This research is motivated by the lack of services provided by employees to customers so that there are some customers who are not satisfied. Inadequate employee performance so that there are multiple roles in carrying out tasks and become less than optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance at PT. Pawnshops of the Syariah Service Unit of the City of Pinang. The theories that support this research consist of understanding customer satisfaction, methods for measuring customer satisfaction, strategies to increase satisfaction, factors that affect satisfaction, understanding service quality, dimensions of service quality, understanding performance, employee performance indicators, factors that affect employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.Sampling in this study using incidental sampling with a sample of 96 people. The tests used include descriptive analysis, instrument testing (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis testing (R2 test, t test, F test), multiple linear regression analysis , assisted by the SPSS 23 program. The results of the partial study indicate that the service quality variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Employee performance variable has no positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of service quality and employee performance have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. While the coefficient of determination (R2) test is obtained a value of 0,407 or 40,7%, this shows that the quality of service and employee performance on customer satisfaction is 40,7% .While the remaining 59,3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Based on the financial report data of Muḍārabah financing, Musyārakah, and operating income in the Islamic People's Financing Bank in 2014 to 2018. An increase in financing but not followed by an increase in operating income, and also vice versa operating income has increased but the funding has decreased. So that the formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of Murārabah financing and Musyārakah financing on operational income at the Islamic People's Financing Bank. With the aim of this study is to determine the effect of Muḍārabah financing and Musyārakah financing partially and simultaneously on operational income at the Islamic People's Financing Bank. The discussion of this study relates to Muḍārabah financing and Musyārakah financing and operational income of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) and is complemented by other sciences related to the topic under study. This research is a quantitative study, using secondary data and time series forms from 2014 to 2018 as many as 60 samples. Data analysis used was descriptive statistical analysis test, normality test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autokoleration test), R2 test, hypothesis test (t test, F test), and multiple linear regression tests with processing used through SPSS 23. Partial research results (t-test) There is no effect of Muḍārabah financing on operating income at the Islamic People's Financing Bank in Indonesia for the 2014-1018 period. There is an influence of Musharaka financing on the operational income of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia for the 2014-2018 period. While simultaneous Fcount has a value greater than Ftable, this explains that Muḍārabah financing and Musyārakah financing have a significant simultaneous effect on operational income.

Abstract

The lack of interest of the people of Batang Toru District in using gold installment products. The increase in gold prices makes some people tend to want to own gold. This causes people's interest to own gold to also increase. Gold installment products attract people's attention to own gold. However, what happened to the people of Batang Toru Subdistrict they felt burdened with the down payment given by the bank to the community, which was 20%, so that the community preferred to pay in installments for gold in a conventional way compared to sharia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether promotion, price, and service quality affect the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. The theory used in this research is public interest, promotion theory, price, service quality. This study is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis, data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 people in Batang Toru District. The sampling technique is incidental sampling. Data processing was carried out with SPSS version 23. The results of the analysis carried out by researchers, the results of the partial study (t test) showed that promotion had an effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. Price has an effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. And the quality of service has an effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru. Judging by the promotion F test, price and quality of service have a simultaneous effect on the interest of the people of Batang Toru District using gold installment products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Batang Toru.

Abstract

The background of this research is the incompatibility of theory with facts. Based on financial report data obtained from PT. Bank BRI Syria, Tbk. The period 2011-2019 tends to fluctuate. Financial ratios that can affect the rise and fall of the Return On Equity variable in this study are seen from the increase and decrease in the Non-Performing Financing variable and the Operating Income Operating Cost variable. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of Non-Performing Financing and Operational Costs of Operating Income on Return On Equity at PT. Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk. 2011-2019 period. This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Financing and Operational Cost of Operating Income on Return On Equity at PT. Bank BRI Syariah, Tbk. Period 2011-2019 partially and simultaneously. This study discusses the financial statements related to the theory of the Non-Performing Financing variable and the Operating Cost of Operational Income variable on the Return On Equity variable. And related to other fields of Islamic banking science. This type of research is quantitative research, the data source used is secondary data through www. BRI Syariah.co.id. The sample of this research is 36 with data analysis used is multiple linear regression, by performing descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, linearity tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, R2 determination coefficient tests, and F tests, and the data is processed with the help of Software Eviews. Based on the results of the research partially Non-Performing Financing variables have a significant effect on Return On Equity, this is evidenced by the t-test analysis. And on the variable Operating Costs, Operating Income partially has a significant effect on Return On Equity, this is evidenced by the t-test analysis. Then simultaneously the variables of Non-Performing Financing and Operating Costs of Operating Income have a joint effect on Return On Equity

Abstract

There is a Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) application service provided by Indonesian banks to users to enable non-cash transactions via smartphones, but eighty-nine percent of Islamic banking students at IAIN Padangsidimpuan do not know, banking students should be the ones who better understand and at the same time as parties. So that the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of knowledge on interest in using QRIS, is there a beneficial effect on interest in using QRIS and is there a risk effect on interest in using QRIS and to find out whether there is an effect of knowledge on interest in using QRIS, to find out is there a beneficial effect on interest in using QRIS, and to find out whether there is an effect of risk on interest in using QRIS. The theory used in this study is about interest in knowledge, benefits, risks, and the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This research is a quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 90 people. Data processing used SPSS version 24 software. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multi-linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination coefficient, partial (t) test and simultaneous (f) test and multiple linear regression analysis. . The results of the research test (t) indicate that the knowledge variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using QRIS, the benefit variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using QRIS, the risk variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the interest in using QRIS. While the test results (f) of the simultaneous variables of knowledge, benefits and risks have an influence on the interest in using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS).

With advances in information technology, customers can make transactions from anywhere and anytime quickly and easily, so as to further increase the volume of transactions that occur at a bank. However, only some of the customers of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCP. Panyabungan that uses E-Muamalat. The purpose of this study is to find out how customers perceive E-Muamalat and the factors that cause customers to use E-Muamalat at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. KCP Panyabungan. Theories used in this study include Definition of Interests, Banking Services, Technology Banking Services, Electronic Banking, Banking History, Types of Electronic Transactions and Products at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Panyabungan KCP. This research is field research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using the Interview, Documentation, Observation method, while the data sources used are primary and secondary. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers, it can be seen that customer perceptions of E-Muamalat are very practical, super-fast, and accurate without having to come to the office when they want to transact, besides that the factors that cause customers to use E-Muamalat because they don't want to miss out on electronic-based banking products. Abstract

The results of the initial survey of traders in Panyabungan District as many as 37 out of 50 chose credit from conventional banks over financing in Islamic banks. The decrease in people's income levels drastically due to coronavirus disease, resulting in lowering people's purchasing power so that it will affect the income of traders.The low Islamic financial literacy that occurs in the community, which is only 8.93%, is far below the national financial literacy of 38.03%. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether income has an effect on traders' decisions to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District? Does Islamic financial literacy affect traders' decisions to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District? Do income and Islamic financial literacy simultaneously affect the decision of traders to do financing at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District?. This research is quantitative research.The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents using the incidental sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, and F test. The results of the study used the t-test of income with –ttable ≤ tcount  ≤  ttable (-1.66792 ≤ - 1.304 ≤ 1.66792) with sig. 0.197 0.1, it can be concluded that income has no effect on the decision of traders to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District, Islamic financial literacy with tcount ttable (3.646 1.66792) with a sign. 0.001 0.1, it can be concluded that Islamic financial literacy affects the decision of traders to finance at Islamic banks in Panyabungan District. Abstract

This research is based on the fact that there are still many people in Environment I Of Muara Manompas Village, Muara Batang Toru District, not yet familiar with Islamic bank products. The rapid development of Islamic banks has not been able to affect the public interest in products offered by Islamic banks. The entire community of Environment I Muara Manompas Village is Muslim, but public interest in Islamic bank products is still low. This is evidenced by the number of people who prefer products offered by conventional banks rather than Islamic banks. Andri Wicaksono's theory of expressing interest is a tendency that still pays attention to some activities. According to Yudrik Jahja in his book, Educational Psychology interest is an impulse that causes the bonding of individual attention to certain objects such as work, lessons, objects, and people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data processing uses SPSS application version 23. Data analysis uses instrument validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests consisting of multicollinearity tests and heteroskedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study showed partially the variable of knowledge has an influence on public interest with a value of thitung = 1.841, so thitung ttabel, (1,841 1.66792). Location variables have an influence on people's interests with thitung value = 1.917 so that thitung ttabel (1.917 1.66792) and service quality variables have no effect on public interest with thitung value = 1.172 so thitung ttabel (1,172 1.66792). The results of simultaneous research show that the variables of knowledge, location, and quality of service have an influence on people's interests.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study is that the product development strategy rahn tasjily has been implemented well with evidence that there are some customers who have become customers of tasjily rain products, but the process in increasing the number of customers has still not increased. The formulation of this research problem is how the product development strategy rahn tasjily at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sharia Service Unit Mandailing Natal, any obstacles in developing the number of customers of rahn tasjily products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sharia Service Unit Mandailing Natal. This research uses qualitative approaches with data collection techniques in the form of interview guidelines, observation and documentation, data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The subject of this study is the leadership and employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Unit of Sharia Services Mandailing Natal and customers as many as 4 people, the data source used is primary data and secondary data. The results showed that rahn tasjily product development strategy in PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Mandailing Natal Sharia Service Unit is a marketing mix that is one of them with promotion through social media, direct promotion, jumping into the field, and socialization. The strategy has not increased because the public does not know the product rahn tasjily well. Constraints of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Sharia Service Unit Mandaiiling Natal in marketing products to improve there are some of the promotions that are done less, lack of socialization, limited operational costs. And the assumption of the community that pawnshops only as a place to pawn money.
