Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak began in December 2019. In preventing its transmission, society across the world agrees to use a mask for their safety. However, today, people, primarily some merchants who sell their stuff around the tourism places, still do not obey the regulation to wear a mask. Hence, this study aims to know the relationship between merchant knowledge and attitude toward the obedience of using a mask in preventing the COVID-19 transmission at the religious tourism of Sunan Bonang Tuban. The research design used in this study is the correlation analysis that uses a cross-sectional approach. Moreover, the sampling technique used in this study is Simple Random Sampling with 105 populations and 83 samples of merchants. The data technique used in this study is a questionnaire. Then, the researcher analyzes the questionnaire with a percentage and does a crosstab by using the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The finding of this study presents that most of the merchants at religious tourism of Sunan Bonang Tuban have good knowledge in preventing COVID-19 transmission. It is about Forty-nine people (59,0%). Then, fifty people (60,2%) have a positive attitude. Moreover, the finding presents that almost half of the merchants, thirty-five people (42,2%), obey the regulation to wear the mask. The result of Spearman Rank Correlation test is α =0.00 < 0.05. This result shows the relationship between knowledge and obedience in using the mask. The result of the test is α =0.00 < 0.001 shows there is a relationship between the attitude and the obedience in using the mask of merchants to prevent COVID-19 at the religious tourism of Sunan Bonang Tuban. The knowledge and attitude of merchants influence their obedience in using the mask. It means that the more increased merchants' knowledge and attitude, the more increased merchant obedience. In increasing and encouraging other merchants' knowledge and attitude, the government must have a good strategy. One of the appropriate strategies is doing counseling of using a mask to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

Abstract

Routine hematology tests are one of the supporting tests in diagnostics to assess the severity of the disease and predict risk in COVID-19 patients, and can be used as supporting data on RT-PCR tests. Some blood tests that are widely used as monitoring tools and predicators of COVID-19 are the number of leukocytes, the  number of lymphocytes, the number of neutrophils, the  number of platelets and NLR (Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio).  Thrombocytopenia occurs due to excessive use of tromocytes in the body as compensation for damage to lung parenchym cells, the lungs are organs where platelets are released from megacaryocytes, so this damage causes disruption of platelet maturation process. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive with the aim to find out the results of blood tests complete with platelet parameters in patients infected with the COVID-19 coronavirus at Muhammad Noer Pamekasan General Hospital. The results of the study were platelet count test results at normal productive age of 67 respondents (96%) and decreased platelet count (Thrombocytopenia) by 3 respondents (4%). While in normal elderly age a number of 26 respondents (87%) and a decreased platelet count (Thrombocytopenia) amounted to 4 respondents (13%).

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic is making universal, radical, and very rapid changes in the health services of many countries around the world, especially obstetrics. The World Health Organization states that Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a global pandemic. As one of the vulnerable groups, pregnant women need to avoid Covid-19 transmission and maintain their health in the pandemic period. The purpose of the study was to look at some of the research together and gain a frame of mind in solving problems about antenatal care in the time of the covid-19 pandemic. Research methods using literature review studies are obtained through the database of international journal providers Proquest and Jurnal Scientific Indonesia through google scholar with keywords according to MESH (Medical Subject Heading) namely "Pandemic Covid-19", "Antenatal Care". As a result of 12 studies, 8 showed negative ratings in which respondents did not make antenatal care visits citing fear of being infected with the virus, felt antenatal care was inadequate and caused great emotional damage to users. 2 of the 8 articles have also implemented online-based health care methods, using smartphone apps specifically designed to be used as a medium for sending health messages so that pregnant women can monitor the health of their pregnancies. As well as reducing direct interaction during the Covid-19 pandemic without compromising pregnancy outcomes. So that optimal education is needed from health workers, to increase the awareness of respondents in determining good behavior during pregnancy in order to undergo pregnancy and childbirth well.

Abstract

Atrial fibrillation is the most prevalent arrhythmia associated with the risk of developing stroke and heart failure. Catheter ablation and electrical cardioversion are standard interventional procedures to treat atrial fibrillation. Patients are recommended to undertake regular heart rhythm assessment after the procedure due to the high recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation. Multiple mobile applications with high sensitivity and accuracy rates in rhythm analysis have been developed to support on-demand rhythm monitoring. This literature review aims to provide an overview of emerging evidence about the impact of mobile ECG monitoring on AF management. Keywords and index terms used in the search strategy include "atrial fibrillation" AND "mhealth" OR "mobile health" OR "mobile app" OR "mobile application" OR smartphone OR mobile AND "electrocardiography", "electrocardiogram" OR "ECG" OR "monitoring". A search using all identified keywords and index terms was undertaken across the following databases: PubMed, CINAHL, and EMBASE. Incorporating the novel mobile ECG monitoring technology in the guideline-adherent integrated AF care model may reduce rehospitalisation, improve HRQoL, and better patient clinical outcomes. Mobile applications with ECG monitoring functions can provide user-friendly on-demand rhythm monitoring, facilitating the early detection of recurrent AF post-ablation.

Abstract

The importance of the readiness of the baby incubator for critical infant patients who are treated intensively encourages health technicians to carry out regular maintenance and calibration to overcome the problem of equipment malfunctions. Critical infant patients are babies who are treated in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) due to premature birth or babies using incubators are diagnosed with abnormalities or diseases, this situation makes babies need tools for survival, especially in the first month. Calibrating temperature control is very necessary for the incubator. In addition to temperature, it is necessary to control humidity so that the baby's respiratory system is in optimal condition. In addition, it is also equipped with a noise sensor to ensure that the noise in the baby incubator room is appropriate. From the above problems, a tool for temperature testing was made using a DHT22 sensor with five measurement points, humidity with a level of 30% RH - 60% RH and noise with a range of 30dB-60db to ensure the tool functions properly equipped with a lost data testing system and delivery speed. using internet access with thingspeak display. This research resulted in the design of a calibration tool with three parameters, namely the temperature setting at 33ºC the smallest error percentage is 0% and the largest error is 0.96%, and at the temperature setting 35ºC the smallest error percentage is 0.28% and the largest error is 4 .1%, humidity with an error percentage of 0.82% and noise with an error percentage of 0.93%. The drawback in using the Thingspeak application is that there is a limit on the channel ID, which can only display 8 readings, while the minimum time lag is 20 seconds. For the MAX4466 noise sensor, there are shortcomings, namely the accuracy in readings is not good.
