Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence, compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is a company engaged in the field of financial services. Survey research methods by inferential testing techniques by using path. Sampling technique with stratifield random of 127 employees, with a precision level of 5% in the sample can be as many as 107 employees. The results showed that there is significant influence of competency, compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Competence has contributed 22.81%, while compensation has contributed the most low at 21,35%, while the working motivation has the highest contribution of 22.98%, thus the simultaneous effect of competence, compensation and motivation of the employee performance by 67.14%. These results indicate that the effect of these three variables significantly, while the remaining 32.86% is determined by other variables. Abstract

Rapid technological advances that increasingly requires the application of technological advances stretcher. One model of information technology development by building a system of information in this case the expert system that can diagnose diseases of rice plants. By using an expert system is expected to assist in providing a facility that supports to provide information and diagnose symptoms rice plants which arise along with the cause, especially that caused by pathogens to farmers in real time, and can be an alternative to meet the shortfall of field educator staff field which provides information on the prevention and control of pests and diseases of rice plants to farmers. Abstract

Leadership in the organization is a factor that determines the success or failure of an organization in achieving its objectives. Hence the need for in-depth study mengenail it, this study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership dimension to employee performance. Exploratory research methods used by respondents all employees of PT Oto Multiartha Branch Bandung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that situational leadership proved to be shaped by the author's dimensions, coaching, participation and delegation. Situational leadership and influence on the performance of employees is 0365 or 36.5% and the rest influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine, analyze and propose changes that can be done to address the problems raised in the formulation of the problem through the analysis of marketing strategies using the Blue Ocean Strategy. The method used is descriptive method. The results showed that the decline in product sales is due to several factors. These factors are in terms of the product itself, in terms of packaging, the destination cities in terms of product marketing as well as promotional and advertising products. Problems sales decline may be addressed by the Blue Ocean Strategy. The proposed factors described in the Strategy Canvas namely variety of nutrients and vitamins, originality, taste, and their slogan 'HEALTHY IS CHEAP' as a result of their product differentiation in the form of vegetable sausage. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. The object of research is a field service company that is Grand Kopo Hotel, Bandung. Exploratory research methods using Structural Equation Modeling Component Based Partial Least Square (PLS). Sample research is all employees amounted to 32 employees. The results showed all dimensions of leadership style that is the decision maker (X1), leadership behaviors (X2) and leadership orientation (X3) significantly affects the performance of employees. This indicates that if the leadership style that is effectively carried out by the company will improve employee performance optimally. Keywords: leadership style; performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of achievement motivation and competence toward employee satisfaction. The research method used survey method by using purposive sampling of the research object with a total population sample of 50 employees. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (PLS). Results showed that achievement motivation significant effect on the competence and employee satisfaction. Competence has significant effect on employee satisfaction. This indicates that the lack of attention to achievement motivation and competence will increase employee satisfaction. Keywords: achievement motivation; competence; employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how customer relationship marketing, and customer value that is applied at one salon existing Muslim city of Bandung, and its influence on customer satisfaction in the Muslim salon as well as to see how the implications for consumer loyalty. The independent variables were investigated alleged to have a strong influence on customer loyalty compared with other variables that are not included in this study. The method used in this research is survey method. While the population of the study where consumers have an infinite amount, the researchers took samples of the iteration technique, where the technique is used when the population of the infinite. To find out how the influence of the independent variables in this study on customer loyalty used path analysis with the help of LISREL software. The results of data processing found that the independent variable is customer relationship marketing and customer value effect simultaneously with a total effect of 0,532 or by 53.2%. While partially, customer relationship marketing has a significant influence against the influence of customer satisfaction with 26.3%, variable customer value has significant impact on customer satisfaction. As much influence 26.9% and customer satisfaction has significant impact on customer loyalty with great effect of 73.1%. Abstract

This research is conducted on MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises) that are participated in the MSME Syari’ah Mentoring Program by Academician and Practitioners (PUSPA) organized by Bank Indonesia in Bandung. MSME who participated in PUSPA program 2016 is MSME that included in necessity entrepreneur where MSME operated just to fulfil the life necessities. This program aims to improve the competence of entrepreneurship owned by MSME in term of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Increased in the entrepreneurial competence will have an impact on MSME performance both on financial term by the increase in income and non-financial term namely by the increased of the knowledge and skills like simple accounting, managing the production process, how to market the product, and know the procedures for obtaining the venture capital. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of the entrepreneurial competence on the MSME performance in PUSPA program 2016. Researcher used quantitative research method. This research use sampling technique on non-probability sampling that is saturated sampling because the members of population less than 30 people and the entire population is a sample. Total sample in this research is 20 respondents. Data collecting in this research is done by distributing questionnaires to all respondents that is MSME that participated in PUSPA program 2016. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and descriptive-causal analysis. The result showed that entrepreneurial competence affects the performance of MSME that participated in PUSPA Program 2016. Based on the calculation, coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the influence of entrepreneurial competence variable (X) on the performance (Y) is 61.7%. While the remaining 38.3 is influenced by other factors such as mentoring, motivation, and human resources. Keywords: entrepreneurship; entrepreneurship competence; performance; MSME.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Academic Information Systems Online (SIA Online) for student satisfaction in the D3 Program Information Management AMIK HASS Bandung by using models Technology Acceptance Model. The use of TAM model based on the fact that so far TAM is a concept that is considered good in explaining user behavior toward new information technology systems. The populations in this study were students D3 AMIK HASS Information Management Bandung. The sample made with proportional sampling is proportional sampling method based on sub-populations. Sampling using proportional sampling technique for the study population was spread covers college campus 1 and 2. Data were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS software (Analysis of Moment Structure). Results of this study proved the hypothesis received only 8 of the total 10 hypotheses proposed. Only the following relationships are shown to have a positive effect: a) Self Efficacy (SE) with Perceived Usefulness (PU), b) Self Efficacy (SE) with Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU, c) Self Efficacy (SE) with Perceived Enjoyment ( PE), d) Perceived Enjoyment (PE) with Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), e) Perceived Usefulness (PU) with Attitude Toward Using (ATU). f) Perceived Usefulness (PU) with Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), g) Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) with Attitude Toward Using (ATU), h) Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU) with Actual Use (AU). It is proved that the use of SIA Online can not be fully explained by the Technology Acceptance Model. Abstract

This study aimed to identify and assess the Influence Factors of Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment Arindo PT Pratama Bandung. The method used in this research is the analysis of the path, because this research in addition to want to get an overview of customer satisfaction associated with Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, also wanted to get a picture of the pattern of the relationship and the influence of the variables research has been established. Based on the results of the study, found that tangible in PT. Arindo Pratama Bandung are in good enough category. Then reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy in good enough category. In general, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy effect on Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment in PT Arindo Pratama Bandung. The effect of partially variable Tangible against Customer Satisfaction is 0.169 or 16.9%, variable reliability of the Customer Satisfaction is equal to 0.127 or 12.7%, variable Responsiveness to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 0.306 or 30.6%, variable against Satisfaction Guarantee Customers amounted to 0.054 or 5.4% and variable Empathy towards customer satisfaction is equal to 0.222 or 22.2%. Simultaneous influence of Tangible, reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy towards Customer Satisfaction amounted to 0,879, or 87.9%, whereas 0.121 or 12.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the research that is done, then the variable Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy when combined will have a significant impact on Customer Satisfaction Partner Online Payment in PT Arindo Pratama Bandung.
