Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice and entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior of private marketing employees in Solo Raya. The sample in this study were private marketing employees in Solo Raya as many as 97 respondents. The analytical tool used to determine the effect between the independent and dependent variables using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that organizational justice and entrepreneurial leadership variables have a positive effect on innovative work behavior. With the implementation of good and balanced organizational justice and entrepreneurial leadership in a company, it will be able to create a comfortable work environment so that employees feel confident to introduce new ideas that they encounter.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital and online marketing on the development of Culinary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Natar District. The population in this study are Culinary, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprisessin Natar District. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling using the Lemeshow formula so that a sample of 74 respondents was obtained. The research method used is quantitative research. The type of data used is primary data. Multiple regression analysis and correlation were performed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that if the t test stated that entrepreneurial characteristics and venture capital had a positive and significant effect on business development, online marketing had no effect on business development. While the F test states that the characteristics of entrepreneurship, business capital and online marketing jointly influence the development of Culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Natar District.

Abstract

E-service quality is a service provided to consumers networked on the internet, as a method of expanding the expertise of an application to facilitate buying and selling activities and distribution efficiently. The research method used is a quantitative method which can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between E-service quality on purchase intention. From the simple regression analysis test it is known that the calculated F value = 14,291 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so the regression model can be used to predict the e-service quality variable or in other words there is an effect of the e-service quality variable (X) on the variable buying interest (Y). Test R Square (R2) or the quadratic of the value of R, which shows the coefficient of determination. This figure will be converted into a percentage, which means the percentage of the influence of the e-service quality variable on the purchase intention variable. The R2 value of 0.198 means that the percentage contribution of e-service quality to purchase intention is 19.8%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this model. This figure (19.8%) is significant even though it is not as perfect as 100% in the point of influence.

Abstract

The franchise system provides various advantages for people who buy the system.  By using a franchise system, it can provide benefits such as a business brand, logo, marketing, production methods, brand name, and a business system that has also been built from the start.  One of the products that runs the franchise strategy to develop its business is the Mixue product. Even though it is relatively new, Mixue has experienced extraordinary development with quite high popularity. This study aims to analyze the strategy of maintaining a franchise business on Mixue drinks in Indonesia. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach.  The collection technique uses searches on various official and popular sites as well as reviews of various official publications and scientific publications on the results of scientific research.  The results of the study show that Mixue uses three strategies to maintain its business, namely producing contemporary products, low price strategy and FOMO strategy. With these three strategies, Mixue is competent enough to be able to maintain the franchise business.  In Indonesia, they also have many outlets and can keep mixue popular among ice cream or boba drink products.  Mixue is also able to compete with other companies that offer similar products at higher prices. The mixue outlet consistently applies the franchise concept as a mainstay for developing a business with very positive results. The researcher suggests Mixue business actors to develop new strategies in addition to maintaining existing strategies. The new strategy suggested is for example, business collaboration with complementary products that are well known in Indonesia, for example culinary shops that do not yet serve similar drinks, such as waroeng Special Sambal, solaria fried rice, etc.  It is suggested to further researchers to conduct an analysis on the digital marketing aspects of Mixue products.

Abstract

The marketing strategy using influencers is included in one of the business strategies, namely viral marketing. Viral marketing can be interpreted as a marketing strategy that is carried out by disseminating product information or opinions to the surrounding environment by word of mouth using digital media. One of the brands that utilizes digital media platforms as a strategy to market their products is Somethinc. This study aims to analyze the use of Somethinc influencer products in digital marketing strategies among the public. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data was obtained from observing the digital media used by Somethinc's products. To strengthen the observation results, searches were carried out in the official media and the results of scientific publications. The results of the study show that Somethinc uses a digital marketing strategy by utilizing influencers which is done by promoting their products or commonly called endorsements. These influencers promote on their social media accounts and then swatch or try the product directly on their skin and then review it by giving positive comments about the product. Somethinc also has several Brand Ambassadors from within the country and abroad to collaborate to help promote Somethinc products to the wider community. Suggestions for writers are to examine more deeply and comprehensively about the marketing strategy for the Somethinc brand using Viral Marketing techniques through influencers and Brand Ambassadors.

Abstract

The data analysis method is carried out by analyzing income, analyzing profits and analyzing efficiency. This research aims to find out: 1). To find out the income of potato farmers in Barusjulu Village, Barusjahe District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra, 2). To find out the benefits of potato farmers in Barusjulu Village, Barusjahe District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra, 3). To determine the efficiency of the use of production factors for potato farmers on farmer income in Barusjulu Village, Barusjahe District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. Considering that one of the problems to be analyzed is how the income and profits of potato farmers are, the authors determine the sample through a population limit where if the population is less than 100 people, then the total sample taken (census method) is 30 people. This is because researchers feel that this number can already represent the characteristics of existing farmers. Potato farming costs include labour, fertilizer, seeds and land. The results showed that production factors such as labor, fertilizer, seeds, and land greatly influenced the income of potato farmers, where the income level of farmers was around 1.75%, for the feasibility level of potatoes/harvest season it was said to be feasible because when compared with the UMK in the study area the income of potato farmers is greater, and it is already efficient with an efficiency level of 37.20%, where if the value is less than 50% then the cost is called efficient.

Abstract

The preparation of financial statements has an important significance for a company, because it serves as an instrument to evaluate the financial condition and performance of the company as a whole. Toko Gloria, as a medium-sized business in the field of trade in groceries and beverages that are not prohibited, also needs to prepare financial reports in accordance with the Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). This is important so that the owner can obtain accurate information about the condition of the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate the preparation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM at Gloria stores in Tulungagung. This research is a case study using qualitative data and qualitative data analysis techniques. Several stages in the preparation of financial statements include designing codes and account names, making a list of fixed assets, preparing an initial trial balance, collecting transaction records, recording transactions in a special journal, posting to a ledger, preparing a trial balance, making adjusting journals, preparing a work balance. , preparation of financial reports, preparation of closing journal entries, and preparation of a trial balance after closing. The results of the study show that Gloria's shop does not compile complete financial reports. After using SAK EMKM, it is known that the Gloria store has an asset value of IDR 934,137,913.67, a liability value of IDR 372,512,000.00, an equity value of IDR 561,625,913.67, and a net profit of IDR 41,384. 190.00

Abstract

Technology and social media have brought revolutionary changes in various aspects of human life, including public services. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of technology and social media in changing the way the government and public institutions interact with society and provide public services. This research is Descriptive Research which describes or explains existing phenomena carefully and in detail and can be used to explain changes in public services that occur as a result of the use of technology and social media. Data was collected through surveys, interviews and document analysis to provide an overview. The results of the study show that there are 3 influences of technology and social media on public services in society, including; 1. Technology and social media have a significant influence on the accessibility of public services for the community. 2. Social media has a significant influence on community involvement in public decision-making. 3. The digital divide refers to the gap that occurs between individuals, groups, or regions that have different access and capabilities to information and communication technology.

Abstract

In general, every company has the same goal, especially to generate profits and maintain the sustainability of the company in the future. One way to see a company's ability to generate profits is to analyze the company's profitability ratios, high profitability is able to support operational activities optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, inventory turnover on profitability in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data in this research is quantitative data. Source of data is secondary data. The population in this study were pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 to 2021 and the sampling used the purposive sampling method so that 5 companies were obtained as samples. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method, panel data regression test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and test of the coefficient of determination (R2) using Eviews version 12. The results of this study indicate that cash turnover is partially does not have a significant effect on profitability, inventory turnover partially has a significant effect on profitability, cash turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

Employees are an added value for the company. They play a crucial role in achieving the company's vision and goals. To keep employee productivity optimal, it is important to pay attention to their satisfaction. One important factor in employee job satisfaction is creating a balance between work and personal life and creating a comfortable work environment. The research aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial generation employees in Gading Serpong. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 150 millennial employee respondents in Gading Serpong who were used as research objects. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with t, F and R2 tests using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has an effect on employee performance, the work environment has an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance and, Simultaneous Work-life balance, work environment and job satisfaction affect employee performance.
